"Yeah… I mean…" Emily muttered awkwardly. She didn't really know what to say.

"Ugh! Would you three stop it already?! The world's about to be destroyed! Do you really think we've got time for your high school drama?! Cut it out and get along already! We have to go fight for our world!" Martina snapped, her harsh words bringing the girls back to reality. "Get your shit together!"

"T-That's right…" Sofia nodded. "It doesn't matter…! We can talk about this once we've managed to solve this problem!"

"Yeah! I guess there's no other damn option!" Emily agreed. "Maria! I don't give a damn anyway, we're friends!"

"I…" Alma muttered. "I… I still love you, Maria… These feelings… I simply cannot forget them or make them disappear! S-So please, once this is done, explain to me who you truly are and what happened here… okay?"

"Yeah, I promise," Maria nodded, holding Alma's hands and kissing her. Alma smiled cutely, realizing their love was real as her heart continued beating faster and faster. "Let's go now. We'll need all the help we can get after all."

Maria encompassed everyone with her Aura, flying into the dark skies and chasing the Original Nightmare Curse, who carried countless black clouds and the spiraling "water" of the Nightmare Void Sea.

His existence and true body weren't well defined, being made of this entire dimension and the sea beneath. He was also extremely powerful, yet Maria had destroyed one of his fake bodies fairly easily while he tried to run away, showing her he was quite afraid of her to an extent.

"BEFORE YOU REACH ME, THIS WORLD WILL ALREADY BE MINE!"

His countless abyssal tentacles pierced through the spatial membrane of the Nightmare Void Dimension, beginning to shatter it and opening giant cracks, which rapidly infiltrated the ceiling of the Hollow World, digging through the tectonic plates.

The entire world trembled as his massive tentacles surged to the surface, emerging amidst the seas, resembling gigantic black pillars with crimson eyes.

People all over the world started seeing them, pointing at them. Nightmare-detecting devices instantly triggered alert alarms, identifying these giant tentacles as Nightmare origins.

In Academy City, students who were taking their day off were quickly alerted as their teachers and the rest of the military noticed several gigantic tentacles emerging, slowly moving toward the island.

"DAMN IT!"

Maria roared angrily, her body transforming again. She had returned to her human form to talk more personally with Alma and the girls. Now, she rushed toward the Original Nightmare Curse, grabbing his body with all her Aura and powers. Void, Shadows, Death, and her developing Divine Embers all manifested in that moment.

"Where do you think you're going?!"

Her Divine Flame of Void, Death, Yin, and Yang manifested their combined powers. Maria's monstrous body transformed, growing several arms made of light and darkness, pushing the monster back into his dimension.

Against all his expectations, the bastard plummeted, splashing into the Nightmare Void Sea. He quickly re-emerged, resembling a massive spherical mass of black clouds, miasma, black and purple flames, tentacles, and crimson eyes.

His size? Roughly over seven hundred meters tall, though not massive, as his body could grow bigger or smaller as he pleased.

"I already told you that I wouldn't let you go away, coward," Maria said angrily. "We're fighting right now, and we're killing you right the fuck now."

"Heh… You truly believe I am that stupid?! I have already left half of my body on the surface! All those tentacles?! They were fragments of it! And right now, I am unifying them all!"

"Taking over the entire world would be too tiring, so I decided to start at a premium spot for food, that damned island! I'll destroy and devour all those students you care so much about! Hahahaha! It'll be the fastest way for me to grow stronger! HAHAHAHAHA!"

Maria roared furiously, rushing down and manifesting her two Dream Weapons, corrupting them into Nightmare Weapons with her unleashed power. They became monstrous, with black flesh tendrils and crimson eyes. Her Halberd and Sword surged forward, clashing against the Original Nightmare Curse, who defended by solidifying his limbs.

"HMPH! YOU THINK I'M WEAK?! I AM A FUTURE OUTER GOD! AND MUCH STRONGER THAN YOU!"

With a furious scream, the Original Nightmare Curse fought back fiercely. His powerful crystallized limbs overwhelmed Maria's weapon techniques, pushing her back. Not only was he learning to fight much faster, but he was also unleashing more of his true power.

At the same time, he kept feeding on the Nightmare Dimension's endless power, giving him an edge over Maria that turned this battle of attrition into his eventual victory, as Maria had no endless energy like he did.

Maria's chest opened, revealing a large black hole that absorbed the surrounding Nightmare Miasma. The energy in the air and even the sea below entered her chest's black hole, the power of one of her strongest Skills, the [Primordial Skill: All-Eating Black Void Heart: Yog-Sothoth]!
