And behind them all, there was the rest of Maria's army, Thorn, the gigantic blood vine monster spread her vines everywhere, rapidly trying to encompass the entire nightmare demon castle, or well, what was left of it, so she could better scan its surroundings and find anything her master, or her allies needed, while also providing support. Root looked at her from afar, he was happy she came along too.

And the rest of the Nightmare Undead were led by Magnus, Beatriz, and Legion, the Nightmare Demons that Maria had "contracted" which were now about to fight against their own kind, to "liberate themselves" or whatever she had told them.

"S-So we really made it here…" Magnus muttered, his voice was trembling and afraid of the confrontation.

"You're a giant made of fire, and you're still scared?" Beatriz sighed. "You're such an idiot."

"It's not like I am one of the King's children! You are on another whole level!" Magnus complained.

"Magnus, please command us!"

"We're here to battle!"

"Till the bitter end!"

"And yet somehow… our souls feel connected."

"It is as if we're one?!"

"Not even I can believe it completely…"

As Legion talked through his many components, Magnus sighed, making a braver face and looking at his new enemies… his former comrades.

Or well, not really. Nightmare Demons don't truly form bonds, they only have hierarchies based on their level of power, respect is only achieved through showcasing strength and dominating another.

Hence, comrades wouldn't be the right word… more like coworkers, if anything, even though those that lived inside the castle looked down at the "wild nightmare demons" that lived in the hollow planet core.

"You…?! You're here, Beatriz?!"

And then, her sisters noticed her, the slender one first.

"You're alive?!"

And the smaller one quickly saw her as well.

"Aeeeh?"

Even Glutton slowly stood up, his wound regenerating instantly once he regained consciousness, making Jonathan squint his eyes.

"Hello, my siblings. It seems two of us have already fallen," smiled Beatriz. "I was the one that helped Maria kill them by the way."

"You damn traitorous…!"

"I've always hated all of you, always bullying me, calling me the weakest… Maybe it's finally time to pay you back for your lovely treatment."

Beatriz smiled, her body overflowing with a deep darkness, her level of power had completely evolved compared to before she met Maria.

Her sisters and even Glutton realized the immense level of power she now carried within her, overflowing her surroundings, darkening them.

"I hate to admit it, but that crazy bitch has helped me a lot, that Maria… yeah, that's her name, the monster father is fighting… the monster that will kill him in a few more minutes at most."

"…Y-Your power…! How high is it now?!"

"That's not how she was before…"

"Eheeh…"

Beatriz looked at Magnus and the legion of Fire Nightmare Demons with her.

"These are all like me too, they were recruited by Maria. Thanks to her "Mana", we no longer feel the hunger for humans. We are free of our destructive nature, and we've grown to become better than you. We are the new Nightmare Demons, and we're clearing the floor with all of you."

"Hah… You traitorous bitch, I'll make sure to kill you now, something I should've done a while ago, weakling!" her big sister roared angrily, glaring at Beatriz with scorn and hatred.

"Big sis… you always hated me, didn't you? You were also the one I hated the most… Nah, I shouldn't call you big sis anymore, you're not even someone I care about… Right, Emperatriz?" Beatriz smiled lightly.

"Don't you dare say my name with your filthy mouth, traitorous filth! I'll tear you to shreds with my claws!" Emperatriz roared angrily, her nails growing into enormous black, purple, and red claws, overflowing with different colors. "I'll show you… the Nightmare of Pain."

Her Aura transformed, as dozens of more arms emerged through her entire body, each of her hands carrying a deadly weapon or a strange torture tool.

Emperatriz was the second strongest child of the Nightmare Demon King, the embodiment of the Fear of Pain, another terrifying fear that all humanity, and even life in the world carries…

"You cannot handle that monster on your own, Beatriz…" Emeraldine said.

"Let us help you out too," Partner smiled.

"…Fine," Beatriz groaned. "But her life is mine, understood?"

"…" As everything happened, the clown girl-like Nightmare Demon glanced at everything happening in silence. From one thing to another, it felt like this night would never truly end.

"A clown, huh?" Emily wondered.

"Is she really someone we should be afraid of?" Sofia asked.

"…Don't underestimate Nightmare Demons, girls!" Alma said.

"Egolatra, do you think you can handle her?" Martina asked.

"Heheh… of course," Egolatra giggled.

The clown girl-like nightmare demon clicked her tongue, gritting her teeth… To think these humans would dare to think they could even stand a chance against her, utterly ridiculous.

"You think that because I am small and don't speak much, I am weak? Filthy humans like you are only good as food for us…" the girl smiled. "My name is Payasa, I am the Embodiment of Humanity's Fear of Humiliation. Have you ever been pranked? Trolled? Humiliated? Bullied? Discriminated? I can do all of that and more…"

She extended her hands, as her aura shifted into many colors, the world around her beginning to shift, warping into some sort of colorful, noisy circus.

At the same time, her sister Emperatriz was doing the same, her aura transforming, becoming a dark and abandoned, underground hospital full of rusty tools and blood everywhere.

And even Glutton, as he smiled, spread his aura, mouths, jaws, teeth, fangs, and tongues appeared everywhere, corrosive drool encompassing it all.

The three siblings remaining, and the strongest of them all, unleashed their Nightmare Authorities!
