Chapter 1839: She's My Wife
Chu Liang was silent for a moment, hesitating to speak.
Is there a problem?
Chiang Songhai noticed it too, sighed, and said, "It's really not a good place to talk here. The place Chu Liang and they rented is small as well. I've been there; it's a bit cramped with so many people. Why don't we just go to our place?"
"Thank you, Uncle. Chiang Xiao, is that okay?"
Hearing Chu Liang's words, Chiang Xiao understood his intention. It seemed this matter was a bit troublesome; otherwise, Chu Liang would have resolved it himself.
"Let's go." Chiang Xiao said to Zhao Xin and Gong Xinhe, "You guys go bring the person out."
Chiang Xiao took Wang Yi to her home first, washed her face, and then they arrived.
The man was dragged up by Zhao Xin and Gong Xinhe and pushed onto a chair. They instinctively pulled a chair each and sat on either side near the door, preventing him from running.
"Brother Hu, pull the cloth out of his mouth." Chiang Xiao said while starting to make tea, sitting on the sofa, to Hu Xibing.
"Alright."
Hu Xibing pulled the rag out of Tian Sanqiang's mouth, and Tian Sanqiang shouted at Chiang Xiao, "Who are you? What do you want to do? Let me tell you, don't think there's no law in broad daylight!"
"Pfft."
Chiang Xiao couldn't help but laugh.
"What have I done to you? Didn't I tell you there would be a chance for you to speak? You can speak now. People are getting married, and you rushed in to disrupt their wedding banquet; don't talk about broad daylight, right?"
Tian Sanqiang glared at Chu Liang and said, "That's because he did something that wronged me first! Little Fang is my wife! He's stealing someone else's wife, shameless, immoral!"
Everyone was stunned at these words.
Wife?
Chiang Xiao looked at Qian Fang, "You and him?"
Qian Fang's face turned red, "We were introduced. Because my cousin is still in my hometown, knowing that I'm old enough and not married, they introduced me to him."
"Being introduced doesn't mean she's your wife." Chiang Xiao said to Tian Sanqiang.
Tian Sanqiang's forehead veins popped out, and he said indignantly, "We were introduced. I specially bought a train ticket and traveled three days to come here to meet her. At that time, we both liked each other. Although she's three years older than me, people say a woman three years older is like holding a gold brick. I found her gentle, honest, and not bad looking, so I told her our marriage was settled, and I even gave her a jade bracelet my mother gave me, considering it an engagement."
Chiang Xiao raised an eyebrow.
Is this just another mess?
"But I clearly entrusted someone to return that bracelet to you." Qian Fang said anxiously.
"I never received it! No one told me!" Tian Sanqiang cried out, "When I gave you the bracelet, I said the marriage was settled. I went back to tell my parents and asked them to pick a date. We aren't getting any younger, so we didn't go through any formalities and set a date to marry directly, and you agreed at the time. Aren't you willing to admit it?"
"I, I..."
"You agreed at the time. I went back to spread the good news. All the family knew I was going to get married, and the date was chosen. Some relatives even sent gifts in advance, and my parents spent a lot of money renovating the new house." The more Tian Sanqiang spoke, the angrier he became. He suddenly stood up, "Everything was prepared, and you told me you were going to marry someone else? Little Fang, tell me, is this how one should behave?"
After speaking, he suddenly realized his legs were strong enough to stand again.
Immediately, he ran towards Qian Fang, "You're coming back to D State with me now!"
