Chapter 2: Ch 2 Finish The Culprits



Ranveer was wandering through the streets of Pune. Today, there was a unique excitement across the world—everyone was incredibly happy. As Ranveer was on his way to track down Ramesh and his gang, he noticed a 3D holographic anchor appear in the sky.

The anchor began speaking, "Good evening, ladies and gentlemen! Finally, the moment we've been waiting for has arrived. In just a few moments, we will become a Type 1 Civilization. Achieving Type 1 Civilization status will be a monumental milestone for humanity. This won't just make us self-sufficient in terms of energy, but it will also serve as a boon for future generations.

"Once we become a Type 1 Civilization, we will even have the ability to alter Earth's environment at will. This will enable us to eliminate global warming in a single stroke. So, let's begin the countdown: 10... 9... 8... 7... 6... 5... 4... 3... 2... 1!"

As soon as the countdown ended, fireworks lit up not just the skies over Pune, but across the entire world. People began cheering loudly, overwhelmed with joy. This was the moment humanity had been waiting for—a dream that had taken a long time to realize. At last, humanity had achieved something extraordinary.

Ranveer, too, was filled with happiness. Speaking to himself, he said, "Finally, we've achieved everything we once dreamed of. Now, our civilization might just be the most advanced in this region of the galaxy."

With this thought, Ranveer continued moving forward.

Soon, Ranveer stopped in front of a pub. The name of this pub was Blue Moon Pub, and it was a pub owned by Rishi Saxena. The pub was quite grand—not only from the inside but also from the outside. As Ranveer prepared to enter, two burly men standing at the entrance stopped him.

Ranveer was unfazed by this. He knew he was a Warrior-level fighter and had nothing to fear from such men. Calmly, he said, "I have some work inside. Let me in peacefully, or else I'll enter by force. And if I do, the consequences will be so severe that you won't even be able to imagine them."

Hearing Ranveer's words, the two bodyguards burst into laughter. Mockingly, they said, "Hey kid, where did you get this courage? A scrawny 17- or 18-year-old like you is threatening us? Aren't you afraid of death? Or is it that your family doesn't care about you?"

Ranveer wasn't angered by their taunts. Instead, he replied calmly, "No, I have no one behind me. That's why I don't need to fear anything. But I'm guessing you two must have people who care about you. You should think about them. Even if I die, no one will mourn me. But if I kill you, your families will surely go mad with grief."

These words made the bodyguards furious. Their anger reached its peak, and without hesitation, they lunged at Ranveer to attack him. But Ranveer wasn't a weakling; he had reached the level of a true Warrior. He didn't fear them in the slightest.

Though the bodyguards were no amateurs—they were master-level martial artists—Ranveer's strength far exceeded theirs. On Earth, master-level fighters and grandmasters were considered the strongest before someone ascended to the level of a true Warrior. A normal fighter could handle one or two opponents at best, while a skilled fighter could take on up to five or six. Master-level fighters could handle 50 to 60 armed opponents with ease, while grandmasters could fight entire groups single-handedly. Despite being master-level fighters, the two bodyguards were no match for Ranveer.

As they closed in on Ranveer, he cracked his neck and got into an attacking stance. "Alright," he thought, "I've become a Warrior-level fighter. Time to test my strength."

When the bodyguards were close enough, Ranveer attacked without delay, knocking them both out with a single punch each. They were down in seconds. Standing over them, Ranveer said, "You should never mess with someone stronger than you. The result is always what just happened to you. Now, I'm going inside."

He began to move toward the entrance, but one of the bodyguards grabbed his walkie-talkie and called for backup. Soon, a voice from the other end asked, "What's so urgent that you had to call us?" The first bodyguard, whose name was Sampat, replied, "Come out quickly. There's an intruder trying to force his way into the pub. We need to stop him at any cost. And don't underestimate him—he knocked both me and my partner out with just one punch."

After saying this, he tossed the walkie-talkie aside and stood in front of Ranveer again. Seeing this, Ranveer's expression turned stern. "Looks like I went too easy on you earlier. This time, there will be no mercy. I'll fight my way in if I have to."

The backup arrived soon, increasing the total number of bodyguards to 12. When Ranveer saw so many guards blocking the gate, he smirked and said, "It seems you all are in a hurry to die today. Fine, I'll grant your wish."

He began fighting them, and within moments, all the guards were lying on the ground, groaning in pain. Onlookers outside the pub were shocked to see a 17- or 18-year-old boy single-handedly take down so many powerful guards. Many started recording videos of the incident.

But Ranveer paid no attention to them and walked straight into the pub.

Inside the pub, the party was in full swing. Ramesh and his gang were dancing to the music, surrounded by beautiful women. When Ranveer saw this, he narrowed his eyes. He didn't care that they were dancing and singing because, in his eyes, Ramesh and his gang were already as good as dead. His focus wasn't on their enjoyment but on the audacity they displayed—celebrating lavishly after nearly killing a boy.

As for the women dancing with them, Ranveer had no particular opinion about them. He didn't judge how they dressed because it wasn't his concern. In fact, he often avoided making comments about such things. However, he did briefly glance at them, appreciating their hairstyles and other features. But he quickly shook off those thoughts, reminding himself of the real reason he was here: to kill Ramesh and his gang and complete his first mission.

Ranveer then headed towards the DJ, who was playing the music. Without hesitation, he pushed the DJ aside, stopped the music, and grabbed the microphone. He announced loudly:

"Ladies and gentlemen, tonight, you are about to witness a very special event that promises to be quite entertaining. However, if you're someone who feels uneasy at the sight of blood or violence, I suggest you leave immediately, because some people here are about to die. So please, if you can't handle such scenes, it's better to walk out now."

Ramesh and his gang heard the announcement and immediately turned their attention to the source of the voice. They were shocked to see a 17-18-year-old boy making such a declaration. Upon looking closely, Ramesh's mind spun—this was the same boy they had shot and left for dead. His gang members also recognized Ranveer and said to Ramesh,

"Boss, how is this guy still alive? He should've been dead by now! And look at him—there's not even a scratch on his body. How did he heal so quickly? This doesn't make any sense!"

Ramesh, after taking a moment to compose himself, smirked and said, "It seems we went too easy on him last time. But now, there's no escape. This boy won't leave here alive. This pub will be his grave. Today, we'll show everyone that anyone who dares cross Young Master Shubham will never survive."

With that, Ramesh and his entire gang started moving toward Ranveer.

Ranveer, seeing them approach, gave a faint smile and said, "Thank you for coming forward. If you hadn't, I wouldn't have gained anything from this. But since you've done me such a favor, I think it's only fair that I grant you all a swift death. And don't worry, after I'm done with you, I'll make sure your Young Master doesn't live to see another day either."

Ranveer, without a moment's hesitation, launched a direct attack on Ramesh. He didn't want to give Ramesh even a single chance because he knew Ramesh was a cunning man. Whenever Ramesh found himself in trouble or his life was in danger, he would do anything to escape. He had done so many times before. Although Ranveer had never fought Ramesh personally, he was well aware that the area where Ramesh operated was under the complete control of Rishi Saxena. Ramesh was one of Rishi Saxena's most trusted men, and thus, Ranveer had gathered significant information about him.

When Ramesh saw Ranveer advancing toward him with the intent to kill, all the people with Ramesh stood by his side and launched a fierce attack on Ranveer. However, Ranveer ignored their attack as if it wasn't even worth acknowledging. And rightly so, because the attack had no impact on him. When Ramesh and his allies realized that their assault was meaningless against Ranveer, Ramesh was enraged and charged at Ranveer himself. But Ranveer once again effortlessly stopped Ramesh mid-air, neutralizing his attack as if it was nothing.

Ranveer decided to stop playing games with them and made up his mind to fight them seriously. However, before he could act, Ramesh and his allies aimed their weapons at Ranveer and opened fire. But Ranveer's reflexes were too fast. He swiftly dodged the bullets and moved to another location, emerging unscathed from their attack.

The moment Ranveer got an opening, he launched a deadly counterattack on Ramesh and his allies without any delay. Smiling menacingly, Ranveer walked toward Ramesh and taunted him, saying, "What happened? Lost your arrogance?" With those words, Ranveer reached Ramesh, who was now lying on the ground. Ranveer placed his foot on Ramesh's head and crushed it with a single motion, killing him instantly.

He did the same with all the others who had been chasing and harassing him the entire day. Soon, Ranveer eliminated every single one of them. As he did, a series of notifications started ringing in his mind:

- *Ding! You killed one enemy. You've gained experience points.*

- *Ding! You killed a human. You've gained experience points.

- *Ding! You killed an enemy. You've gained experience points.*

Ranveer kept gaining experience points as he killed them all. Once he was done, he decided to send a strong message to Rishi Saxena and his men. He went outside the pub, doused the entire place with petrol—or maybe alcohol—and set it ablaze.

As the pub burned with a loud crackling sound, Ranveer muttered to himself, "This will be the cause of your downfall. The next time I get a chance, I won't think twice before destroying you." With that, he left the scene.
