Primordial Awakening: I Can Evolve My Skills Infinitely

Chapter 218: All Hope is Lost Before Him, Primordial Rush and Supernova!

The first notification appeared the instant Sam finished sorting through his panel.

Ding!

[Gaze of the Primordial (Forsaken) → Deep Gaze of the Primordial (Forsaken+) → Spirals of Doom (Forsaken++) → Gaze of the Determined (Determination) → All Hope is Lost Before Him (Primordial)]

'What the hell is that name…'

It was even stranger than the one called [Determination is Fuel], but he let it slide and moved on to the next skill.

Ding!

[Void Rush (Forsaken) → Void Merge (Forsaken+) → Abyss Rush (Forsaken++) → Soul Rush (Determination) → Primordial Rush (Primordial)]

A faint smile tugged at his lips.

Finally came the one he had been waiting for the most, the special ability he had pulled from the [Mystery Box].

Ding!

[Fire Meteor (Forsaken) → Blazing Meteor (Forsaken+) → Cataclysmic Meteor (Forsaken++) → Cataclysmic Star (Determination) → Supernova (Primordial)]

"All Hope is Lost Before Him, Primordial Rush, and Supernova," Sam murmured, tasting the words one by one as a grin spread across his face.

"Good."

With these upgrades, his entire arsenal now stood at [Tier 2] primordial rank, and evolving the rest of his abilities would become far easier.

Power coursed through his veins like a living storm, seeping into his soul and fueling him without end.

Sam drew in a deep breath.

'Alright. Let's check them out.'

He opened the panel for his newly evolved skills one by one.

[Primordial Rush][Tier: 2][Rank: Primordial][Description: You can blend into any surface you need to, and attack from anywhere you want. The world is your hiding place, and detecting you is incredibly difficult.]

[Hell-Mode Analysis: Doesn't seem much different than before, but maybe…]

"Hm."

Sam decided to test this one first since he could do so without drawing attention.

The description promised that detection would be nearly impossible, meaning almost no one could find him once he merged with the environment.

He crouched, placing a hand on the ground, and exhaled slowly.

Fwish!

Darkness rippled beneath his feet, and he slipped into the earth like a shadow melting into water.

Previously, a faint trail of black energy had lingered whenever he traveled underground, betraying his movement.

Now there was almost nothing.

He moved EXTREMELY fast beneath the surface, nearly matching the speed he achieved at full sprint, though not quite on the level of the [Primordial Wings].

More than that, he could transition freely from floor to walls to ceiling, blending into any surface and using it as a pathway.

'Hm.'

Possibilities unfolded in his mind like an endless map.

It wasn't a radically different ability, but every aspect of the previous skill had been enhanced, refined into something deadly and efficient.

'It'll be very situational,' Sam thought. 'The [Monarch] might still be able to detect me. But we'll see.'

With clever use, he could probably create entirely new tactics from this single evolution.

Satisfied, he surfaced silently and moved to the second skill.

[All Hope is Lost Before Him][Tier: 2][Rank: Primordial][Description: Let them see who they are truly facing. If the user bears ill intent toward another being, their eyes will flare, and anyone looking at them will be struck by "Doom." There is no cooldown.]

[Hell-Mode Analysis: Very situational.]

'Wait a minute.'

Previously, this ability had carried a solid cooldown, limiting how often Sam could unleash it.

Now… the restriction was gone.

He could activate it whenever he pleased.

Against opponents capable of resisting [Doom] the skill would be useless, but against anyone else it would be devastating.

'Good.'

Like [Primordial Rush], this was a tool for very specific circumstances, but the potential impact was undeniable.

Sam nodded and turned to the third and final skill, the one that almost seemed to pulse on the screen, calling to him like a distant heartbeat.

[Supernova][Tier: 2][Rank: Primordial][Description: The explosion of a dying star will erase all of those that stand in your way, for no matter how hard they resist, they cannot face you. 1-day cooldown.]

[Hell-Mode Analysis: =)]

'Damn.'

The panel offered almost no concrete information, leaving the true extent of the ability to the imagination.

But the fact that even at its highest rank the cooldown remained an entire day told Sam everything he needed to know.

This was no ordinary technique.

It was a weapon of finality, the kind of power that could only be used once per battle and had to count when it landed.

'This is my trump card.'

He would need to wield it with caution, saving it for the moment when all else failed.

[You have a good feeling about this.]

Sam raised an eyebrow at the sudden message and let out a quiet laugh.

"Damn. First one in a while. That's good news, I guess."

With that, every one of his skills had reached full evolution.

His arsenal now looked more terrifying than ever.

[Skills: True Primordial Sword Technique (Primordial), Primordial Barrier (Primordial), Primordial Clone (Primordial), Primordial Barrage (Primordial), Determination is Fuel (Primordial), Primordial Wings (Primordial), Primordial Tendrils (Primordial), Primordial Hellscape (Primordial), True Primordial Spirits (Primordial), Primordial Rush (Primordial), All Hope is Lost Before Him (Primordial), Supernova (Primordial)]

If anyone else laid eyes on this list, they would have thought they were losing their mind.

Every single ability had climbed to primordial rank.

But Sam simply grinned.

This was the result of relentless effort and sheer will.

He was too strong.

With that done, he could finally set his sights on the [Fifth Zone].

There was no need to train with these new abilities in a safe environment.

It would be a waste of time, and most of them were best tested in live combat anyway.

[All Hope is Lost Before Him] required a living target.

[Primordial Rush] shined in stealth and surprise, not empty practice.

And as for [Supernova], firing it off without reason was out of the question.

He wanted to see it erupt in a real fight, where it truly mattered.

A wide grin stretched across his face as he imagined the destructive brilliance of a dying star unleashed.

'I'll have to be careful,' he reminded himself. 'A blast like that could probably hurt me too.'

With those thoughts lingering, Sam left his apartment.

He didn't immediately use the [Realm Map] to teleport to the [Fourth Zone] and continue on to the fifth.

Instead, curiosity tugged at him.

He wanted to test [Primordial Rush] in the real world.

Specifically, he wanted to see if he could slip past the main gate without anyone— even the strongest— noticing.

If they detected him, he would simply walk away.

[...Or we kill them =)]

"You really want to kill them, don't you…"

[I'm you.]

"Fair."

Chuckling under his breath, Sam moved through the quiet streets toward the kingdom's main square.

The night air felt charged against his skin, as if the world itself sensed the power now humming through him.

With every step, the thought of his new skills sent a thrill racing through his chest.

Soon he would see what they could truly do.

Soon the Fifth Zone would know the strength of a Primordial.
