Violet heard Evan's question and nodded firmly.

"No problem."

"You can get it all."

"Anything else?"

"In addition to Metagross, there's Aggron, Aegislash, Duraludon, Empoleon, and Venusaur."

"I want to customize for these five Pokémon."

"Just let me know if there's anything you need that you can't get."

Hearing this, Evan suddenly froze.

"In that case, Metal Powder—please bring me a few hundred kilograms."

"Bright Powder, Moon Stone, Dusk Stone, Miracle Seed, Mystic Water..."

"As for the Dragon Skull, Sophia already has it, so we'll just use those."

"That's about it."

Evan listed off a series of rare and extremely expensive items. Most of them were evolution items, inherently costly and highly sought after.

Unexpectedly, these could also be used to craft top-tier Pokéblocks. Many of the items were held items known for their mysterious properties, which could promote Pokémon growth.

This unique quality made crafting top-tier Pokéblocks incredibly challenging. Extracting the energy within these items was no easy feat.

But none of that seemed to faze Evan.

Violet listened intently to Evan's requests, growing more confident in his ability to create top-tier Pokéblocks.

"No problem."

"I've got it."

"It seems like these items align with my Pokémon's secondary types."

"The Pokéblocks you're preparing are clearly tailored to each one of my Pokémon."

"Amazing."

By now, Violet was completely convinced of Evan's skills. She admired him deeply.

If it were any other breeder, they wouldn't have been able to offer such personalized care for her Pokémon. She had consulted other master breeders before, but none of their plans had satisfied Sophia.

While those plans had helped her Pokémon grow, they weren't enough.

This frustration had been weighing heavily on her.

Now, meeting someone as skilled as Evan felt like divine intervention.

Even better, he was already acquainted with Sophia.

It was almost as if fate had handed her the perfect solution.

This year's Elite Four position felt as good as hers.

As she considered this, her gaze at Evan was filled with admiration.

Although she was tempted to offer him a formal position, she quickly dismissed the idea. Breeders of his caliber didn't need employment.

People like him could earn fortunes by simply sharing a few recipes. Offering him a salary would be laughable.

And frankly, she couldn't afford it.

So she immediately dismissed the thought and focused on maintaining a good working relationship.

Hearing her compliments, Evan scratched his head sheepishly.

"It's nothing special, just a way to get by."

"I originally wanted to become a Trainer."

"But then I thought better of it—it's just too expensive."

"Becoming a Champion or something would mean astronomical yearly expenses."

"I'd rather make money than spend it."

When Evan said this, he couldn't help but sigh.

He seemed to have made quite a lot of money by now.

It wouldn't be a problem for him to become a Trainer and raise his own Pokémon.

But when he thought about it carefully, what exactly was a Trainer?

Wouldn't it be more satisfying to just keep making money?

Helping others craft Pokéblocks could easily bring in a fortune.

Then he could take his time raising a few powerful Pokémon of his own.

Thinking of this, Evan felt genuinely content.

Yes, being a breeder suited him perfectly.

A Trainer?

Sorry, he wasn't interested.

Even Growlithe didn't seem to fit that role.

Oh, right, Growlithe really wasn't cut out for those demanding and expensive ventures.

...

Violet was momentarily stunned by Evan's words.

"Is that so?"

"You really know how to joke."

"It's a shame, though. If you became a Trainer, you might be a formidable rival."

She shook her head as she said this.

If Evan had chosen to become a Trainer, given his talent for nurturing Pokémon, he would likely grow stronger and faster than most.

But his ambitions clearly lay elsewhere.

There was little she could say to change that.

Violet decided not to linger on the topic. Instead, she turned her attention to something more practical—the price.

"So, what's the cost for these six types of Pokéblocks?"

"How much is the total?"

Hearing her question, Evan quickly ran the numbers in his head before responding.

"You've provided most of the materials."

"In that case, for a batch lasting one month, the price would be 3 million."

"For everything combined, you can pay me 18 million."

Since she was supplying the materials, Evan only charged a crafting fee.

Besides, Violet was a friend of Sophia, so he wasn't about to overcharge her.

This price was more than reasonable.

If it had been anyone else, the price might have been much higher.

Hearing Evan's response, Violet didn't hesitate. She immediately asked for his account information and transferred 20 million.

After completing the transfer, she added:

"We'll be working together for a long time in the future. I don't need any discounts—I have plenty of money."

"By the way, when can I expect the Pokéblocks?"

She wasn't trying to take advantage of Evan.

Violet understood that his price was already generous. Even though she was providing the materials, the craftsmanship involved was costly.

She knew better than anyone how expensive Pokéblocks crafted by a master breeder could be.

And Evan wasn't just any breeder; he was capable of producing top-tier Pokéblocks for multiple Pokémon. Such skills were incredibly rare, making the price more than reasonable.

Her Pokémon would rely heavily on Evan's expertise in the future.

The price was fair, and she didn't mind being generous, even adding an extra two million as a gesture of goodwill.

Evan, meanwhile, was left speechless.

Rich women really didn't treat money like money.

Are all wealthy people this generous?

He couldn't help but joke to himself: **If I hugged her leg right now and cried about being hungry, would it still be too late?**

Pushing those thoughts aside, Evan gave her a timeframe.

"Once the materials arrive, you can pick them up in three days."

"It's not too difficult to produce a large batch, but processing certain berries takes time."

"Oh, and please grind all the stones into powder before sending them over."

"My equipment isn't fully set up yet."

"The breeding house has only just been built."

"After all, it hasn't officially opened yet."

"So I'll need your help with a few things."

Violet nodded immediately.

"No problem!"

"I'll arrange everything."

"The materials will be delivered to you this afternoon."

"I'll also get Sophia to assist with the process."

"Oh, and I'll send you some equipment as well."

"It's custom-made at home—no big deal."

"Consider it a gift from me."

Evan was nearly brought to tears by her generosity.

**It's good to have money.**

But he reminded himself not to take undue advantage.

He decided to repay her kindness slowly in the future, knowing how much he needed these things right now.

With that thought in mind, Evan accepted her offer graciously.
