Pokemon - A real story

"Yes, I am very sure. Axel, I am also not a stupid Pokemon. Even though this is a safe haven, I can tell from the looks of the leader that the world is going shit in the future. I can tell that the future is not good and I can only trust someone like you who can make a difference. You are still very young but you are very powerful and mature.

So, I don't mind wasting a couple of resources to help not only you but also me and my child."

"I will also tell some of the elders to look after your Charizard's training. They will make sure that your Pokemon is going in the right direction."

After talking to them, Axel came back and told them all the things to Charizard.

"But what about your safety? Boss will also go to training and if I do the same, then who will protect you, father?", asked Charizard.

"Don't worry, I have plenty of trustable friends to protect me. I know that it is a risk but this is the risk that we have to take. Alakazam, Nidoking, and Slowemperor are still here with me. And it is not that I will be far away. I can come here any time and then get you if I need you. I will call you in the tide battle. So, don't worry."

Charizard agreed to it and it decided to get stronger as fast as possible to aid Axel. This was what Axel needed. Training them in this direction was a foreign concept even for him. He had to take help from people like Red who would not always be available.

So, Charizard training here was the perfect choice.

Axel didn't want to waste any time here now. He also had to talk to Gerad about the tide battle and he knew that it would be very hard to do so. Gerad would not go easy on him and he might have to face the most difficult tide battle in his life.

He had of course prepared as much as possible.

"Now it is time to meet with that angry Pidgeot.", said Axel.

Yet there was a problem with this plan of theirs. Axel could only teleport himself in that place not Blue. So, Blue cannot come with him.

"I will go to the settlement. Don't worry about me. Worry about yourself. These Pokemons look exceptionally strong and I don't think that Pidgeot clan will be as cooperative as them.", said Blue.

Axel told the general direction to Blue and Blue flew on his Pidgeot. That was the fastest Pokemon of Blue and he was planning to reach the settlement in 3 days.

"Ok, I am ready.", said Axel and used the teleportation paper.

ZOOOMMMM!!!!

Axel puked even harder this time. Before, it was done by Lucario, so the move was perfect but this was not perfect and he had to rest for some time to get over it.

After 5-10 minutes, Axel stood up and looked up to see a lot of Pidgeot staring daggers at him. He gulped hard and then asked, "I was called here to meet with your leader. So, can I meet her?"

"We know. That is why you are still alive now. Follow me, I will take you to our leader.", said one of the Pidgeots, and then Axel followed him.

He was interested in why he was called here. This leader hated him to the bone and didn't even want to see his face.

As he followed the Pidgeot on its back, it flew high in the air and finally reached towards the cliff.

Axel could see a single Pidgeot on the edge of the cliff and it was looking at the other side. The Pidgeot that brought him here nodded at the leader and flew back.

"Ahh, can you tell me why you want to meet with me?", asked Axel.

The Pidgeot slowly turned around and looked towards Axel. Axel could clearly tell that this Pidgeot was different from the previous leader that it had met.

This Pidgeot looked more old than the previous one.

"So, you are the trainer. It is nice to meet you. I am the father of the leader that you just met. I am also the previous leader of this group."

"So, where is the current leader now?"

"That is the problem. She just disappeared."

"Disappeared? But how?"

"My daughter always wanted to roam around the world but I never let her do it. This is a safe place. The outside world is dangerous. So, she had a habit of going beyond the boundary of this island, just to look around. I knew about it but I never said anything. Then one day, she just never came back. I talked to the leader and he also tried to sense her around the island, but she was never anywhere.

Axel, I know I am asking a lot but can you find her? I know that she is still alive. I have a device that can tell if she is alive or not. I can tell that she is hurt but she is still alive. I am an old father just worrying about his daughter. You live in the outside world. So, can you help me with this?"

"Sir, I am just a young trainer. Your daughter is far stronger than I am. If she got captured, then what can I do?"

"I know that you have a lot of connections. I heard it from the leader. I know that if you give your best, then something will happen. I can give you anything that I have. Take everything from me. But just bring back my daughter.

A main quest has been issued. Pidgeot wants its daughter back. Bring it back in one piece.

Difficulty: C++

Rewards: Depends on performance.

Time: 3 months.

Axel could not believe that a main quest had been issued for such a thing. After years of experience with the system, Axel knew the value of the main quest. Main quest would only be issued if it would permanently affect his life or the fate of this world. So, now Axel could not ignore this request. He had to take it.

"I will do the best I can."

"Thank you and if you like, you can train your Pidgeot here. It will be welcomed.", said the old Pidgeot.

"Thanks, but I will take on that offer some other time. Now I will have to go. Thanks for inviting me.", said Axel and went towards the settlement.

He had nothing to do here right now and he just needed to make up his mind for a lot of things. There were several main quests that had been issued till now and till now Axel had only been able to complete 2 of them. The difficulty of this main quest was not so high. It was not even B rank. Only C++ rank but there was a time limit of only 3 months.

3 months might sound a lot but it was very little for the main quest. So, Axel had to work from right now.

It took him 5 days to reach the settlement and then he met Blue there and told him about the main quest.

"Blue, main quest is only issued if it directly affects my fate or the fate of this world. I don't think that we should ignore this. It also has a time limit. So, we should concentrate on this."

"Axel, what do you think really happened?"

"I think it was the league or some other people that captured it. They had not met such a powerful Pokemon on this island before and then suddenly they did. So, they captured it. Either that or the sea Pokemons captured it. But I don't think that the sea Pokemons would do such a thing. They might kill it but not capture it."

"I also think the same thing. Let me talk to Harry. Why don't you come with me too.", offered Blue which he readily agreed.

"You come here to this island where we had set up all of this and now you have the gal to say that we somehow captured a champion rank Pidgeot?", shouted Harry looking very angry.

"I just want you to ask such a simple question. I met with the father of this Pidgeot and it is even stronger than its daughter. It threatened me that if we don't get that Pidgeot, then there will be war.

You also know that the leader of this island lives in the north. None of us knows who it is. I believe that it is at least a god rank Pokemon. Do you and your league really want to mess up with a god-rank Pokemon for just a champion-rank Pokemon?"

Harry visibly shook while hearing this. Actually, they did capture this Pidgeot and it was a secret operation. Not many people knew about it. They captured it cause they wanted to perform some tests on it and gather some knowledge about Aeus energy.

Harry didn't know how Blue came to know about it but if what Blue told was the truth then they were truly fucked. Even the leader of the league didn't have a god-rank Pokemon.

Yet, Harry didn't believe all the bullshit that Blue was telling him but after Blue threatened him with a god rank Pokemon multiple times, he finally caved.

"Yes, we did capture such a Pokemon with such a description.", said Harry.

Axel flared up after hearing it. Even though he didn't have a good impression of Pidgeot, he felt bad for the father.

He stood up raised his voice and shouted, "WHY DID YOU DID SUCH A THING?"

"We did it to gather more knowledge about the Aeus energy. We have been on this island for years and there has been no progress. What do you think that we should have done?"

"Where is that Pokemon now?", asked Blue.

"It is not here and has been transported to the Kanto region. I am sorry but I cannot tell them to give that Pokemon to you.", said Harry.

"Don't worry. Your job here is done. I will talk to Romeo directly.", said Blue.

Romeo was the leader of the league. Even Blue cannot talk to him without any appointments but Blue knew who can talk to him at in equal level.

Tring.. Tring.. Tring.. Tring...

Katchak.

"Blue, where are you right now? Gary is troubling me a lot. Come here fast.", came a voice.

"Father, I am facing some problems and I need your help."

"Oh, what is it?"

Blue then told Oak about all the things. About Axel's mission and about Pidgeot.

"There is not much time. I don't know how this Lucario would act after it knows about this but I don't think that we can face a god rank Pokemon right now. Your Charizard had still not reached that stage and even if it did it might not be able to beat that Pokemon. I have seen it myself, that Pokemon is on a completely different level."

"Damn that Romeo. Doing such things without asking me. You wait here. I will personally take care of it.", said Oak and hung off the phone.

Axel didn't know what Oak did after that but after an hour, Oak arrived on the island with a cage and there was Pidgeot inside it. Axel could also see another human with Oak. This was Romeo.
