As usual, Chen Yang got up, quickly tidied the house, and then headed to the office for a small meeting.

He shared everything he discussed with Wang Jingman yesterday with Wu Kexin and Li Han listening.

"The talks yesterday reached an agreement, and there's nothing wrong with the contract. Now the main thing is to select a site in the village as soon as possible to provide the land for their investment and construction," Chen Yang explained the current situation clearly.

Looking at the planned streets, the innovative buildings on either side, and the modern facilities, Chen Yang almost couldn't recognize Liuhe Village.

"In terms of planning, we've used most of the land for building shops and infrastructure. Right now, there are only these few vacant spots left that we can provide to her," Li Han pointed to several vacant areas on the planning map.

Hearing that, Chen Yang immediately looked in the direction Li Han indicated.

He found that those remaining spots were indeed quite suitable for Wang Jingman's investment.

Since Li Han and Wu Kexin had work to do, staying in the office would have been pointless and possibly disruptive, so he chose not to linger and returned to his clinic.

Back at the clinic, Chen Yang pulled a chair to the backyard to relax and took out his phone to take a look.

Seeing Niu Ming's message, Chen Yang smiled slightly, didn't say much more, and just replied that he would definitely be there, then closed the chat and made a call to Wang Jingman.

He informed her that the village land had been selected and was just waiting for her to come for an on-site inspection.

He also inquired about when she'd have time to visit.

Upon hearing the news, Wang Jingman immediately decided she'd come over later.

Because she was currently at Li's store preparing herbal medicine.
