'Who are you? How did you end up like this?' A question was running around in my head.

The two girls beside me looked very elegant, even though their clothes were very dirty. One thing that caught my attention was the girl in the maid uniform. It's not because of her melon, no it is, no it's not that one.

She had something on her neck, like a red marking. The truth is, I can't sense any danger from them, but my curiosity is now running wild. I was curious about their language. I can't figure out the meaning of their words, even if I tried to follow them with careful observation.

I gather my courage and tried to speak with them.

After I spoke to the lavender-haired boy, he just nodded like he wasn't really interested. I wanted to ask him a ton of questions, but I don't have any courage to do something vulgar. But suddenly, he spoke up with a blurry tone. I didn't understand his words, so I looked at Areina.

I was shocked to hear that kind of language. I didn't even know such an ugly language existed on this continent. So that means this boy does not belong to this continent. How fascinating, a new discovery! Who would have thought that I would encounter someone outside the continent, and he also looks like we are the same age.

I knew that Areina had the same thought right now, and she bowed with her embarrassment of talking to a boy. I understand that she doesn't really like to talk with other genders, but it's a good time for her to overcome her fear.

But after what I just did to him, he just looked at me like he wasn't even bothered. I suddenly felt regret and sympathy for him. I think he was used to this kind of treatment, so it was okay to him.

For some reason, I felt like I understood him a little. Just by looking at his body, I can say that he has already faced a hurdle of struggles. I knew that I'm not in the place to do something bad for him, so I apologized to him. I knew that he doesn't understand my language, but I can't just leave my pride above hurting someone.

"Don't worry, the church doesn't want to be involved with immoral things like this."

"Hmmm... I guess you're right, but you are now in my territory. Do you know what might happen to you?"

"Don't worry about me. You should be worried about yourself. Dogs like you only bite weaklings, and you are stupid as dumb."

The bandit head exploded with pure rage and released his light beam. The old bishop stood like he never cared about being hit. The ray of the light beam traveled to the thin air, striking the old man. The bishop raised his right arm and brushed it off with his mere hand. The ray bounced back to the bandit's chair, destroying it into pieces.

"I don't wish to fight you. Like I said earlier, I'm just here to warn you," the old man explained.

"Ho..ho, you're powerful, huh! Better to shut up before I killed you."

The bandit launched a fireball, but it didn't have any damage to the old man. He unleashed his sword and attacked the old man. He swung his sword flawlessly, showing his experience in swordsmanship, but the old man just blocked it with a walking stick. The old man gazed into the eyes of the bandit. It was enough to block the other attacks of the bandits.

"Say, old man, aren't you going to rescue the Princess?"

"No, I don't care about her. But I want to warn you that the empire is a big deal. If the higher-ups issue an execution order, I will kill you without hesitation. But you are lucky this time, huh."

"Oy, old man, don't you know me? I'm an ex-military officer of Tanozo, The White Devil." The bandit smiles with satisfaction.

"I don't care about your title or whatsoever. You're just a trash of Tanozo, a leftover."

"Whahah, show me what you've got, old man." The bandit launched a powerful strike, but the old man walked away without even saying anything. In rages, the bandit destroyed everything in the area.

"I won't let you get away again, old man." He muttered while facing the direction of the cell.

He walked to the whole group and started to mumble.

"Gather everyone. We will proceed to the sacrificial rights. Prepare the three children and the altar on the next down." He smirked and unleashed his sword, boosting the moral of the whole group.

"I guess we better cut down trees, huh!" The other bandit muttered. Everyone laughed with hungry eyes.
