Ethan roared, his voice echoing across the battlefield and pulling their attention to him.

"Take the knights and go inside. Leave this place to me." He ordered with a sharp tone.

SWOOSH!

In the next moment, Ethan's aura exploded outward and ripped everything around him. The zombies that stood close to him were torn apart into shreds just from being near his power. Pieces of bodies and dark mist flew through the air like dust.

Ethan did not waste a single second. He took one powerful step forward and the ground under his feet cracked open. With the force of that step, his body launched ahead like a missile that tore through everything in its path.

He charged straight at the two evil cult priests. His body was wrapped in glowing aura energy that flickered like flames. The speed of his movement was like lightning. The air split around him and a sharp trail of wind followed behind. In only a few seconds, he crossed several kilometers and appeared right in front of Kai and Bernard.

"Just die you assholes."

"Holy Light Power Slash!" Ethan shouted as he swung his massive greatsword with all his strength.

A giant blade of holy light, more than ten meters long, burst out from his sword. It cut through the air with a terrifying humming sound. The attack aimed straight at the priests with energy strong enough to purify everything evil. Even before the slash reached them, the priests could feel their skin sting and tingle, as if they were burning from the inside out.

"Damn it! How is there such a powerful knight in this region?" Kai growled in frustration, his face twisting.

"He's just a Master rank right?" he shouted again, disbelief shaking his voice.

"So why is his power on a whole other level? This feels like a battle between big powers, not a skirmish among Master knights."

They could smell death getting closer. Their hands shook.

In a rush, Kai and Bernard cast a dark teleportation spell.

Crimson light surged around their bodies and they vanished just before the holy slash landed. They reappeared a hundred meters away.

They had used Advanced Magic: Demonic Blink. It was a spell that used demonic energy to open a temporary space rift.

The holy sword slash missed and struck the ground with a thunderous boom. The earth shook and dust exploded upward. A deep and wide crater appeared where the slash hit, cracking the battlefield like broken glass.

Even after missing, Ethan did not look disappointed. His expression stayed calm and fierce. He had already expected them to escape. Mage professions had too many escape tricks. The stronger they got, the harder they were to kill. If the priest earlier had not underestimated him, Ethan would not have taken him down so easily.

"Let's go again," Ethan muttered with a sharp gleam in his eyes.

He moved again, his body glowing with holy light. He knew they could not keep teleporting forever. Demon Blink consumed a huge amount of energy. Seeing Ethan chase without stopping, Kai and Bernard split up fast. They separated and kept a distance while chanting quickly and casting spells.

Dark curses rained down.

[Curse of Blood.]

[Blood Rain.]

And more deadly spells that covered the sky.

Each spell aimed to slow him down or trap him.

Ethan did not bother dodging. He raised his sword and cut through everything with Holy Light Slash. One clean sweep erased all negative magic. His aura sliced through the spells like thin paper and he stepped forward again and again. With each step, the priests were pushed back.

Shockwaves exploded with every clash. They shook the ground so hard that stones lifted into the air. The zombies below were torn apart and shattered into dust by the aftershocks. Cracks split across the ground and buildings trembled.

The shockwave hit the wall of Vancouver. The knights standing on guard shook violently. Emma and the others rushed forward and braced the wall, raising their hands and releasing energy to support the barrier.

The faces of knights turned pale.

"Oh my god!" one knight shouted in shock.

"This level…" another whispered, eyes wide.

"It feels as if even The Duke might be overshadowed."

"This is too much."

Their voices trembled and some could not close their mouths from shock. They watched Ethan fight alone against two powerful priests and the scene felt unreal.

Ethan used everything in his arsenal. His attacks were relentless. He deflected spell after spell.

Being a magician gave him an edge.He could pinpoint the weakness of the spells with a rough guess

He blocked curses and flames with one side of his blade while preparing another attack.

He lifted one hand and cast lightning spells. Bright blue bolts shot from his palm and cracked across the sky. At the same time, he swung his sword with the other hand. Holy light exploded with every strike he threw.

The sky lit up with lightning and sword light. The three figures moved too fast for ordinary eyes to follow. Ethan dashed forward and slashed upward. Kai dodged and cast chains of blood. Ethan cut them apart. Bernard launched black spears. Ethan blocked them with lightning shields. Sparks of light burst everywhere.

The priests kept chanting violently, trying to stop him. Their eyes widened more and more as time passed.

It became clear.

Ethan's power was not fading. He was growing stronger with every breath.

The two priests slowly began to panic. Their hands shook. Their voices trembled. Fear crept into their eyes as they realized they were losing.

"Aren't you the Apostle…Now bring out some hidden moves!"Bernard shouted.

"This isn't working," Kai said through clenched teeth. Sweat ran down his face, dripping off his chin.

"If we don't stop him now, we're done," Bernard added, his voice tight with fear. "We need to summon a demon God from hell. We can't kill him on our own."
