The free samples were nice, as a type two diabetic, but just as he thought his work-life balance couldn't get any worse, he's reincarnated into a world made of candy during his lunch break.
He's found the golden ticket, but for him chocolate rivers aren't a childhood dream, it's his worst nightmare. The trees are fudge, the grass is sour apple, and his blood sugar is through the roof already. Smiling confectionery citizens shove sweets in his face while he's starved for macros. If there's milk chocolate, then there's milk, and if there's milk, there must be cows, right? What's a guy got to do for a steak around here?
If not steak, then maybe the trading cards the other heroes collect can give him protein powers, so Duncan's here to chew sugarless bubblegum and open packs.
