Shinkenger!

Rengoku and Shinobu both flashes and in the place of their clothes, were Shinken Red and Shinken Pink suit. Their kanji on their helmets spelled out fire and heaven respectively.

(I can feel my strength increasing just by being in the suit. What did Ren actually do?... Now is not the time for that, I have to help him!) thought Rengoku and he picked up his katana from the ground and ran toward Ren.

(So this is what Ren meant, I feel like I have enough strength to decapitate a demon now. Well, let's test that out shall we.) Shinobu pulled out the Shinkenmaru and dashed toward Akaza.

Meanwhile, I used Water breathing First Form: Water Surface Slash with the Gokai Saber which Akaza avoided by stepping back and he stomped on the ground, rotated his whole body and punch me.

*Bam* I blocked the punch with my sword, but the force launched me back in the air. *Bang* *Bang* Bang* *Bang* I shot him multiple time while still in the air so he could not follow me, but he dashed at me while moving his body out of the bullet's way.

Akaza closed in on me used a round house kick to send me flying further into in the air. *Bam* "Tch." I used Water breathing Second Form: Water Wheel to stop myself. He followed after me and launched himself in the air.

Akaza closed in on me again but this time I was ready. I slash him with my sword but he redirected it with the back of his hand. He tried to punch my head, but I used my feet to kick his chest and flung myself toward the ground while kicking him further into the air.

Boom

I rolled a couple of time on the ground before stopping myself with my sword. I heard footsteps coming from behind, so I turned around and saw Shinobu and Rengoku in Shinkenger form.

"Rengoku-san, Shinobu, it looks good on you."

"Hehe you think so?" Shinobu asked as she showed off her outfit.

"Umu, it suits you." I gave her a thumbs up.

"Now is not the time you two! Ren, beside these...strange outfits, do you have a strategy we can use?"

"Well, I like the idea of hitting him until he dies but yeah, I have a strategy we can use."

"Make it quick, we don't have a lot of time." said Rengoku while still keeping an eye on the falling Akaza.

"Me and Shinobu will use these new swords to keep him distracted. Rengoku-san you are the main damage dealer with your Nichirin blade, try to cut off his head at every opening we make."

"It looks like that my poison is still inactive. The poison I use when I stabbed him in the forest is slow but powerful. Its victims don't notice that they are poisoned until it's too late. "

Boom

Just then Akaza landed on the ground making a crater and dust covered our vision, but we didn't let our guard down as the impact was not strong enough to kill him.

"That's ok, for now we'll focus on making openings for Rengoku-san. Now just wait a moment." I said and pressed my buckle and took out Shinkenblue ranger key. "Gokai Change."

"Shinkenger!"

"Shinken blue." I transformed into a blue samurai suit with the kanji letter Water on my helmet.

"Rengoku-san, Shinobu, Let's get this show started!"

~Chan Chan bara Chan bara~

We charged at Akaza and meet him head on. Shinobu and I attacked Akaza form both side again with our Shinkenmaru. Akaza blocked our attacks with his forearms but because of the force, the ground he was standing on cracked.

~Chan bara bara Chan bara~

(What! They're faster and their attacks are stronger than before! Is it because of the outfits? Their strikes are more powerful than Kyojuro's from before. GOOD, IT MEANS I DON'THAVE TO HOLD BACK ANYMORE!)

~ SAMURAI SENTAI SHINKENGER! Splendid!! ~

Akaza's bloodlust intensified so much that even I could felt it. Akaza redirected our swords and used the back of his hand to strike both of us in the gut. I didn't know whether he was testing us at the beginning or not, but we weren't blown away like before and just skidded along the ground.

~ Time goes by. From long ago to now. ~

Both of us stomped on the ground and dashed at Akaza again after forcing ourselves to stop. I strike Akaza's shoulder while Shinobu tried to cut his stomach. Akaza once again tried to stop us as he punched the ground as the dust clouded our vision.

~ The spirits of Japan start awakening. ~

Rengoku-san went into the cloud of dust *Boom* and attacked Akaza as the dust was blown away. When the dust cleared, we saw Akaza holding Rengoku's sword that was about to cut his neck with both of his hands.

*Bam* Rengoku kicked Akaza in the chin and send him flying as Shinobu jumped in, trying to decapitate him. Akaza spun around in the air and kicked Shinobu in the neck before her sword reached him. *Boom* As Shinobu was sent flying, I came from behind him slashed his back from behind. *Shing*

~ Fascinating swordsmanship. It is dangerous if you downplay it. ~

Rengoku-san dashed at Akaza again with me beside him. I went in front of Rengoku trying to create an opening by slashing his arms.

Destructive Death Disorder!

Akaza landed on the ground and punch rapidly at the air, creating a barrage of large shockwaves, destroying everything in front of him. *Boom* *Boom *Boom*

~ If you show an opening, there will be no tomorrow. ~

I was blown away but, in my place, Rengoku came in and closed the gap between him and Akaza. *Shing* He cut Akaza chest as blood gushed out, but the wound started to heal as Akaza used Destructive Death Leg Type: Flying Planet Thousand Wheels to kick Rengoku up in the air. *Bam*

~ Activate the power of a single letter authorized by Divine Providence. ~

Shinobu appeared behind him using Insect breathing Dance of the Bee Sting trying to stab his neck. But Akaza tilted his head to the right without turning around and caught her sword and pulled her toward him. *BAM* He used his elbow to strike her in the gut and turned around to kick her shoulders which made her flew away and rolled on the ground without getting up.

~ In a storm of applause, the main stars appear! ~

*Whoosh* I dashed at Akaza again using Thunder breathing First Form: Thunderclap and Flash and used Thunder breathing self-made third form Dance of lighting. *Clang* *Ting* *Shing* Akaza reinforced his arm muscles and stopped my strikes which only made multiple cuts on his arms, legs, and face.

After he blocked all of them, he turned around and used Destructive Death Leg Type: Explosive Flurry! *Bam* *Bam* *Bam* *Bam* I tried to block all of them while Rengoku came down from above using flame breathing Third Form: Blazing Universe.

~ The blizzard of flowers is shining. Go Samurai! ~

A few of the kicks landed on me as the shock wave from them blew me away and made a crater on the ground. *Boom* *Shinng* Rengoku brought down his sword to Akaza's leg which he managed to separate from the body.

~To protect those lives! ~

*clack* Akaza leg regenerated just as fast as it was cut off. Akaza punched Rengoku's sword again but his time it was a faint. His real goal of to use his leg to make Rengoku lose his balance. Rengoku gripped his katana and redirected Akaza's arms and after stabbing him in the chest and jumped avoiding Akaza's leg strike.

~Attack, flutter in the air. In the end say banzai! ~

I jumped at Akaza while Rengoku was keeping him busy and used Water breathing Second Form: Water Wheel to cut his neck. But he moved his body in the opposite direction of Rengoku's katana's blade by cutting his stomach and avoiding my strike.

~ The power of the words will explode. ~

I landed on the ground behind Akaza and used Water breathing sixth form: Whirlpool to cut his knees. Rengoku used Flame breathing Second Form: Rising Scorching Sun to cut Akaza whole body from below.

~ Let's bushido! Let's have a match! ~

Destructive Death Final Form: Blue Silver Chaotic Afterglow!!

As Rengoku's katana went through Akaza's body, just before he reached the neck Akaza made a barrage of countless thin and sharp shockwaves that deliver a hundred blows to us coming from everywhere almost at the same time.

"Kha!!!" "Arrg!!"Both Rengoku and I yelled out as not even the Shinkenger suits could fully defend us. Both rolled on the ground near where Shinobu was with burnt spots on our Shinkenger suits.

~ Samurai Sentai Shinkenger! Splendid! ~

"*huff* *huff* Rengoku-san I don't think we will win if we keep going like this." I said while using my sword to support myself while trying to stand up.

"I don't think so too but... we have to defeat him... if we want to protect the innocent passengers." said Rengoku trying to stand up with his katana.

"I think we can win." A voice suddenly came out from Shinken Pink's helmet scaring me.

"Shinobu! I thought you were unconscious." I asked while going near her to support her getting up.

"I was... I just woke up." Shinobu rubbed her helmet like it was her own head.

"Why did you say we can win this." Rengoku asked turning toward her.

"I know my poison and it should be affecting him soon and when it does, we'll kill him."

"Now may not be the best time but Rengoku-san when Shinobu and I attack him again, if you see lighting or water or whatever, don't mind it ok. This time I'm going to be using Secret Disks."

"Secret Disks?"

"Yeah. Shinobu, do you know how to fight using a fan?"

"Of course I don't."

"Then don't use the Disk that is on our swords right now, it will change your sword into a fan. Just use the elemental Disk got it?"

"Got it."

"Now let's try this one more time and this time we'll make sure to kill him. Shall we Rengoku-san?"

"I don't understand what you two are saying but my role is the same as before yes?"

*Whoosh!* I used Thunder breathing first form to arrive in front of Akaza and used Thunder breathing self-made third form Dance of lighting again. He jumped back as he catches all of my strikes with multiple deep cuts his hand. But no matter how deep the wound is, they just heal again.

~ Always serious. Sometime regretful. ~

I crouched after attacking and Shinobu came from behind and jumped off my back to get behind of Akaza. I gave him no time to turn around as I used Water breathing Seventh Form: Drop Ripple Thrust to stab his head trying to get his attention.

~ I'm also training my mind to be competitive. ~

Akaza stopped my thrust by grabbing my sword and punch me with his other hand. *Whoosh* Rengoku arrived beside me and Akaza and used Flame breathing First Form: Unknowing Fire and tried to cut Akaza's neck but Akaza blocked it with his free hand that was about to punch me.

~ Activate the power of a single letter authorized by Divine Providence. ~

While we were in a standstill Akaza spoke first. "Nice Kyojuro, Ren. I don't know what or how you did but these strange outfits make you stronger right? Can you tell me how you did that?" he said while smiling.

"I cannot!" Rengoku answered first.

"Rengoku'san you don't need to answer that!"

"I don't?"

"Of course you don't! Anyway, it looks like we've done our job."

"Yeah."

~ Festival merrymaking, the main stars appear! ~

"Shinkenmaru: Dance of sky!" Shinobu appeared behind Akaza and thrusted her attack.

Akaza widened his eyes as both Rengoku and I jumped back. He tried to avoid the attack but he was too late as Shinobu's attack landed on him. *Boom*

"Kha!" Akaza strengthened his body to withstand the attack, but it was useless as his body had a hole where his stomach used to be.

~ The moonlight is shining. Go Samurai! ~

Rengoku and I used this chance to get near Akaza. He used Flame breathing Fifth Form: Flame Tiger and I followed up with Thunder breathing self-made second form: Thunder drill.

Destructive Death Disorder!

*Bam* *Bam* *Bam* Akaza and Rengoku compared their speed and strength as they strike each other without moving from the stop they are standing. I broke through Akaza's defense by an opening which Rengoku made and *Shing* cut both of his hands as I passed him.

~ We want to save this sinking world. ~

I changed the disk on my sword to that of a lighting disk. I spun it after attaching it to the hilt and attack Akaza together.

"Shinkenmaru: Dance of Thunder." My sword got covered lighting as I slashed at his back.

"Arrg!" Akaza's skin got burnt by the thunder and his healing slow down a little compared to before. Akaza looked pissed with veins in his forehead as he turned to look at me before fighting Rengoku again.

~ Attack, flutter in the air. The origami are in standby. ~

The hole on his stomach fully healed as he jumped in the air after Rengoku's attempt to delay him again.

Destructive Death Crushing Type: Ten Thousand Leaves Flashing Willow!

*BOOM* Akaza brought his fist down on the ground creating a huge crater. The shockwave from his punch made both Rengoku and I retreat to a distance.

~ Five hearts come together as one. ~

Shinobu dashed at Akaza who was in the middle of the crater with her Insect breathing Dance of the Centipede. She disappeared into the smoke as we heard a loud boom sound.

Destructive Death Annihilation Type!!

The dust disappeared as Shinobu came flying out like a cannon bolt and went pass me. I used Thunder breathing First Form: Thunderclap and Flash to launch myself after her and caught her just before she touched the ground.

~ Let's bushido. Looks like you cut it! ~

"Rengoku-san! Use your mind to mentally request the Lion origami disk and open your round belt. Use the hilt of the sword to inset this disk and spin it!" I shouted at him.

"Sure!" (Let's see, Lion origami disk!) said Rengoku opened the belt. He then took it out and attached the disk on the sword's hilt and spun it. I put Shinobu on the ground and also took out the Dragon origami disk and spun it.

"Shinkenmaru: Dance of Flames." Flames started to appear around the sword covering it fully.

"Shinkenmaru: Dance of Water Currents." Water started to wrap around the sword and was also fully cover in it. We launched our long-range slashes at Akaza.

Destructive Death Final Form: Blue Silver Chaotic Afterglow!

Akaza canceled our range attacks with his technique but for some reason after he canceled our attacks he stopped moving while purple veins started to appear from his body.

~ Samurai Sentai Shinkenger! ~

(!! My body...I can't...move! What's this...POISON! When did they...that woman! I will have to kill them fast before it spread all over my body!)

"Now's our chance! Rengoku-san please give me the disk that was on the sword before."

"This? Sure." He pulled it out from the hilt and tossed me the disk which I caught.

~ To illuminate big dreams. ~

(Akaza, you didn't die when your head got cut off in the manga but let's see you survive being turned into nothing!)

Rengoku-san can you keep him busy for a while!"

"Yeah. Leave it to me!" Rengoku said as he dashes at Akaza who was not moving.

I first put the disk in my sword and spun it as it transformed into a giant red blade.

"Rekka Daizantou!"

(Give me double disk.) I mentally requested as I opened the round belt and took out the double disk.

"Double disk!"

I spun the disk and with the Rekka Daizantou and it became two.

~ Today the sunrise climbs the Mt.Fuji again! ~

Rengoku once again face Akaza using his katana. Rengoku used Flame breathing Ninth Form: Rengoku!! to finally cut Akaza's neck. But at the last second Akaza regain movement for his arms as he counters Rengoku's attack.

Destructive Death Eight-Layered Demon Core!

Akaza unleashes eight powerful punches in a straight row stopping Rengoki's attack as he slides backward. After the attack the two reached a standstill and that was when I came in.

~ Chan-Chan-Bara Chan bara! Chan-Bara-Bara Chan bara! ~

I charge at Akaza holding only one of the swords as I left the other near Shinobu. I swung the sword at Rengoku's open back as he jumped up in the last moment and hit Akaza instead throwing him away.

~ Put my love and courage into this sword. ~

"Rengoku-san I'm going to go for the finishing blow but I need your help."

"What is it?"

"Can you use this sword to throw him up in the air when I give you the signal?"

"I've never used a big sword before, but I think I can."

"We're counting on you Rengoku-san." I said as I handed him the Rekka Daizantou and used Thunder breathing First Form: Thunderclap and Flash to get the other Rekka Daizantou.

Rengoku followed in the direction that Akaza was in. He arrived in front of Akaza who was trying to stand and swung the broad sword at Akaza's stomach. *Bam*

~ Chan Chan bara samurai! Cut the darkness that looms over us! ~

(Give me Kabuto disk.) I requested mentally and took it out from the belt.

"Kabuto Disk. Rekka Daizantou-Ozutsu Mode." The giant sword changed into a cannon.

"Shinobu, can you help inset the disks!" I said as I took aim at Akaza.

"...yeah." said Shinobu as she stands up weakly and put the Lion disk, Dragon disk and the Turtle disk in the empty space.

"Rengoku-san please throw him up now!"

"Leave it to me." said Rengoku as he pushed the giant sword into Akaza's body trying to throw him up.

"Arrrrr!!" Akaza dug his feet into the ground and use all of his strength to stay on the ground.

~ Let's bushido. Let's have a match! ~

*Crack* The ground below them cracked as the two of them continue to push against each other.

"ORAAA!" Rengoku swung the Rekka Daizantou using all of his strength and threw Akaza up in the air where he couldn't dodge. Shinobu inserted all three Discs powering up the Rekka Daizantou - Ozutsu Mode. I said "punishment" *Whoosh* and shot Akaza with it.

"No, I won't go down like this!!" Akaza yelled and brought both of his fist together as he prepares his final move.

"Arrrrrrrrrr!!" Destructive Death Final Form: Blue Silver Chaotic Afterglow!!

*BOOOMM*

He tried his best to block the incoming energy blast but even his ultimate attack couldn't stop it as the canon hit him and exploded turning him into ash.

~ Samurai Sentai Shinkenger! Splendid! ~

"*Huff* *Huff* We really did it. *huff* We managed to kill Akaza." I transformed back from Shinken blue to Gokai red.

"Shinobu, can you stand?"

"I don't think I can even move right now. Just go do what you need to." said Shinobu in her normal demon slayer uniform while lying down on the ground.

"Alright." I answered and went toward the train. As I was walking, Rengoku-san arrived beside me and started asking me questions.

"Ren, I'm glad we managed to kill an upper rank but what were the strange outfits that gave us strength, how did you and Shinobu knew how to you them and what was that sword like thing that destroyed Akaza?"

"Rengoku-san just wait a little bit longer but for now can you call your crow near the passengers."

"? Sure." He tilted his head, and we called his and my crow as Shinobu's crow left to get help from HQ.

They landed near the group of passengers as they watch us. A random passenger asked while pointing his finger and yelling at us.

"Hey you! What was that? What happened to the train? Why does the two of you have swords? What are you wearing? Answer me!"

"I will answer everyone's questions but first can all of you look over here!?"

"Gokai change. Goseiger!" I changed into Goseiger and took out a card from my belt.

"What! What are you! How did you do that!?"

I put the card in the Tensouder after pulling out the mouth space and closed it. The head lighted up as I say its name with the activation key. "Memory wash card, Tensou!"

The head light up and feathers appeared around the crows and people and went away soon after.

I transform back to my normal clothes which is a demon slayer uniform with a red coat over it.

"Huh? Where are I? What am I during here?....." The people whispered to themselves before grouping with others and asking each other questions.

"Now then Rengoku-san, before I answer any of your questions, I want you to promise me one thing."

"Rengoku-san promise me that no one will hear about what I'm going to tell you right now. And I mean no one, not even Oyakata-sama nor the other Hashiras except for Shinobu."

"...I promise."

"My name is Reily Gibson but to suit your world I chose the name Ren Kosuki. The outfits and the attacks that you just saw is called Super Sentai power."

"Super Sentai power?"

"Umu. As you saw, it gives its wielders strength, speed, stamina and endurance that can survive even an upper moon's attacks. Its wielders can also use special powers as you saw with the fire, big sword and that Memory wash card."

"Memory wash... are you going to do it to me too?"

"No, you are a Hashira. If I did that then who will report to Oyakata-sama and beside even if you lost your memories, you are still going to suspect that something did happen here and eventually confront me about it, so I like to get it out of the way."

"So, why weren't you using that power before?"

"It's not that simple. you see, I'm a traveler of worlds. I travel worlds in search of adventure. When I arrived here my powers were locked for some reason. It was only when I master breathing and strengthened my body that I was able to use it again."

"You said worlds as in there is more one world."

"There are. There are lots of worlds. Some filled with happiness and joy, some filled with fear and anger, some with really weird powers. Your world is just one of them."

"Then now that you've unlock your powers, do you intend to leave?"

"Heh of course...not! Rengoku-san do you think so little of me?"

"...No." He shook his head.

"Well, Truth be told I thought about it, but you see the more time I spend in this world the more things I found that I want to protect, people I care about. That's why until the defeat of Kibutsuji Muzan I will not leave." I said while watching at the night sky.

"Then why not tell the others about this. If the other Demon Slayers had this kind of power Kibutsuji would be defeated."

"Not everyone can use this power. To use it, you need to have the physical strength of a Hashira. and beside I don't trust the other Hashiras like I do with you and Shinobu. I spent time with both you and Shinobu to know you, but I don't know them myself. I'm sorry."

"I see...I need some time to think about this."

"I understand. I'll be sitting beside Shinobu if you need me." I said and went toward where Shinobu is.

I arrived near Shinobu and sat down on the ground beside her. She weakly moved her hand near mine, and I held it.

"So how did it go?"

"Well, I don't know he believe it or not, but I told him somethings I made up on the spot plus some truth here and there."

"I see."

I heard a lot of footsteps heading this way with the sound "Over here! Over here!" accompanying them.

"Looks like your crow is here with help. Still want to hold my hand?"

"Yes please." She said and held my hand more tightly.

"*Heh* Sure." I said and the Kakushi came in my sight.
