Onepiece: I'm Aizen Sosuke

Chapter 7: Chapter 6 Kong's Expections

Just as Sakazuki wrestled with his thoughts, the overwhelming pressure of Aizen's spiritual energy vanished without warning.

"You…" Sakazuki looked up, bewildered, as the weight lifted from his body.

Aizen had already sheathed his Zanpakutō and extended a hand to him. "Didn't I say from the beginning? This was only a sparring match."

The sight of the calm and refined young man before him softened Sakazuki's frustration. The anger and humiliation he had felt moments ago began to dissipate.

"I… I was out of line," Sakazuki admitted reluctantly. Though embarrassed, he reached for Aizen's hand, allowing him to pull him to his feet.

Aizen smiled gently. "Desiring victory isn't a flaw. Without it, growth is impossible. But there's value in learning from defeat as well."

Sakazuki gave a small, self-deprecating laugh. "Perhaps. But losing this badly… it stings."

Moments ago, he had been utterly immobilized by Aizen's spiritual energy, unable even to stand. Now, standing before the younger Marine, he felt humbled. Despite his age and experience, Aizen had surpassed him in every way—strength, character, and even temperament.

**He was completely convinced.**

Younger. More talented. Stronger. And even kinder. There was no room for competition in Sakazuki's mind.

**[System Notification: Defeated Sakazuki, future Marine Admiral. Template unlocked: 1.8%.]**

Aizen's lips curved slightly as he registered the system's notification. The increase in his template's progress brought him closer to his goal. Though Sakazuki was far from his prime, defeating him had yielded a notable gain—a reward nearly equivalent to years of training.

Meanwhile, outside the training ground, murmurs spread among the observing Marine generals.

"This kid… he has a personality that's hard not to admire."

"Indeed. Gentle, composed, and courteous—a true gentleman. And his strength matches his demeanor."

"It's rare to see someone so powerful and yet so humble."

Even Fleet Admiral Kong seemed impressed. He strode onto the training ground, approaching Aizen. "You're Aizen, correct? Was that Conqueror's Haki just now? Or was it… your ability?"

Though Garp had claimed earlier it wasn't Conqueror's Haki, Kong wanted confirmation directly from the source.

Aizen responded calmly, "It's my ability. A Paramecia-type Devil Fruit."

Kong raised an eyebrow, impressed. Paramecia fruits were diverse, often unpredictable in their power. Yet, Aizen had managed to overwhelm Sakazuki—who wielded a Logia fruit known for its immense combat advantage.

"A Paramecia? Remarkable," Kong said, his tone carrying genuine admiration. "To suppress Sakazuki without even using Haki… that's no small feat."

Zephyr, standing nearby, nodded in agreement. "I've said it before—this kid is a rare genius."

Aizen offered a modest smile. "It's just luck that I came across a good fruit."

"Luck?" Sakazuki and Kizaru exchanged skeptical glances. Both of them possessed Logia fruits, considered the pinnacle of Devil Fruit abilities. Yet, Aizen—a Paramecia user—had outclassed them entirely.

Kong clapped Aizen on the shoulder. "No need to be so humble. You've proven yourself. Zephyr, make sure you train him well. This one has the potential to become a Marine Fleet Admiral."

With that, Kong departed, leaving the Marines in stunned silence.

**The Potential of a Fleet Admiral**

The weight of Kong's words lingered heavily in the air. To declare someone as a potential Fleet Admiral—the supreme commander of the Marines—was no small matter.

"Fleet Admiral potential, huh?" Garp chuckled, turning to Sengoku. "Looks like your promotion isn't even finalized, and they've already picked your replacement!"

Now the only active Marine Admiral, Sengoku's ascension to Fleet Admiral was an open secret. Yet Kong's statement implied Aizen might someday take even that title.

The gathered Marines stared at Aizen, their expressions a mix of awe and respect. Gentle, humble, and overwhelmingly powerful—Aizen's presence had left an indelible mark on everyone.
