Upon hearing Stussy's words, the corners of Morgans' beak twitched sharply.

At their level, Devil Fruits were still abundant—but many were so useless they were practically considered garbage. While the adage "There are no useless Devil Fruits, only unskilled users" was true, finding someone talented enough to make use of them was a challenge. Thus, in their eyes, these were "garbage fruits," good only for pawning off.

Still, Morgans was visibly displeased now.

"Stussy, how about we make another wager?" he asked.

"Oh? And what would we be betting on this time?" Stussy replied, her tone playful yet curious.

"Let's raise the stakes. Ten Devil Fruits! I wager that Zero won't be able to defeat Big Mom!"

Stussy glanced at Roja, who was now slowly levitating higher, locking his gaze on Big Mom. A glimmer of intrigue sparkled in her eyes.

"Fine, I'll take that bet," she said with a confident smirk. "I'll wager that Zero will defeat Big Mom."

"Oh? You have such faith in him?" Morgans asked, visibly intrigued by her conviction.

"Call it a woman's intuition," Stussy responded with a sly smile as she began retreating.

Her withdrawal wasn't isolated; others at the scene also began to back away. A suffocating aura of murderous intent was radiating from both Roja and Big Mom as their clash loomed closer.

"Zero, if I'd known you would push things this far, I wouldn't have bothered to negotiate with you earlier," Big Mom bellowed. "I should've turned your soul into a snack! But it's not too late—MAMAMAMA! Today, I'll show you why they call me one of the Yonko!"

Roja remained unfazed, floating higher with an air of dominance. "Do you honestly think you can beat me, Big Mom?"

Big Mom cackled, her sinister laughter echoing. "MAMAMAMA! Come at me with everything you've got, boy! Let me see just how far your strength is from mine!"

Roja's smirk widened. "We'll see who's still laughing in a moment."

As the exchange of words ended, the fiery sky dimmed momentarily as Prometheus, Big Mom's living sun homie, returned to her side. Emerging from the dissipating flames was Portgas D. Portgas D. Ace's battered figure. His body was scorched with severe burns, his skin blistered from the intense heat.

Prometheus, empowered by Big Mom's Soul-Soul Fruit, had managed to harm Portgas D. Ace's real body without even the need for Armament Haki. Portgas D. Ace, visibly weakened, plummeted from the sky, struggling to maintain consciousness.

But before Portgas D. Ace could hit the ground, Roja extended a hand, activating his spell-like ability. Portgas D. Ace's silhouette floated upward, cradled by an invisible force.

"If you stay down now, they might just chop you into pieces," Roja said, his voice cold but steady. "Stay up there and watch carefully as I trample this so-called Yonko underfoot."

With that, Roja kicked off the air itself, a feat made possible through sheer mastery of his techniques, propelling himself toward Big Mom with explosive force.

"Armament Haki: Advanced Coating!" Roja declared, his fists radiating a menacing black aura of concentrated Haki.

Big Mom snarled. "MAMAMAMA! You think you can take me down with Haki alone? Don't insult me!" Her own fists gleamed with Armament Haki as she met Roja's attack head-on.

The spectators were stunned.

"Is he insane?! Challenging Big Mom's Armament Haki? The woman's known as a 'Steel Balloon' for a reason!"

"Does he have a death wish?!"

"This guy's arrogance will be his downfall!"

Morgans, observing from the sidelines, chuckled. "He didn't even use his iconic flames. He's far too cocky this time."

Stussy, however, smiled knowingly. "You're underestimating him," she murmured, eyes locked on Roja. As an experienced agent of CP0, she had detected the sheer potency of Roja's Haki—it was on par with the likes of Admiral Kizaru or even Katakuri!

In the meantime, Navy forces stationed nearby had begun mobilizing under orders from Phantom Is, the liaison to the Navy. He relayed instructions to Admiral Kizaru: "Prepare the Buster Call! Begin all necessary procedures!"

Back in the sky, Roja's smirk grew more pronounced. When it came to Armament Haki, he feared no one.

"BOOM!!!"

The moment Roja's and Big Mom's fists collided, a cataclysmic shockwave erupted. The ground beneath Big Mom cracked violently under the sheer force, sending tremors rippling outward.

Big Mom's face twisted in shock as the impact traveled up her arm. For the first time in years, pain pierced through her seemingly impenetrable body. Her massive form staggered backward, her steps leaving craters in the ground.

"Impossible!" she exclaimed, staring at Roja. "This… this is peak Armament Haki!"

The audience erupted into chaos.

Morgans' jaw dropped, his usual smug demeanor vanishing in an instant. "No way… I underestimated him."

Stussy, meanwhile, radiated confidence. She gave Morgans a teasing glance. "Looks like I win again~"

She then turned her gaze to Roja, admiration flickering in her eyes. But behind her composed exterior, Stussy's ambitions simmered. She had no intention of remaining a mere CP0 agent or a pawn for the World Government forever. The more power she amassed in the underworld, the more she longed for true autonomy.

As Roja floated above, his smirk turned venomous. "BIGMOM, is this really the strength of one of the Yonko? How disappointing. Perhaps you'd be better off as my subordinate. Who knows? You might find a better future under my command than as a mere Emperor of the Sea."

His words reverberated through the battlefield, taunting Big Mom and leaving the onlookers in stunned silence.

Big Mom's face contorted with rage. "You insolent brat! DIE! The sea has no place for people like you!"

Her voice thundered across the battlefield as her soul-bound homies surged forward, ready to resume their ferocious clash.
