In 1500 year of the sea circle calendar, Sakazuki returned to North Blue.

That year, he rescued Hibari from the Slave Pirates and adopted her as his daughter.

After a subsequent investigation, it was discovered that the slave ship was closely linked to the Donquixote family, who were entrenched in North Blue at the time.

It was a call from the Five Elders, seemingly about the Red Hair Pirates incident.

"Sakazuki, is this how you handle the Red Hair Pirates affair?"

As soon as the call began, Topman Warcury, with a birthmark on his forehead, spoke.

Obviously, he was holding Sakazuki accountable.

Upon hearing Topman Warcury's unceremonious question, Sakazuki frowned.

"Master Five Elders, didn't you ask me to handle the Red Hair Pirates? Is there something I didn't do right?"

"Oh! You blame me for not completely eliminating the Red Hair Pirates, right?"

Sakazuki said, a look of realization on his face.

"Sakazuki, stop pretending to be ignorant!"

"You know the Marines can't start a fight with the Four Emperors at will. This time, I just asked you to persuade the Red-Haired Man to retreat. It's better than starting a fight directly!"

Topman Warcury snorted coldly and exposed Sakazuki's little trick.

The World Government was still wary of angering the unpredictable powers in the New World, especially the Four Emperors.

Then, Sakazuki slowly spoke.

"Then let there be chaos within Marie joa so that they have no time to worry about the war between the Marines and the Four Emperors!"

After a short pause, Sakazuki continued:

"Hibari, please adjust Onigumo's position and send him to the Sabaody Archipelago to serve as the Marine Base Commander there!"

"I've pulled out the nail planted by the World Government. It's time to clean up the Sabaody Archipelago and teach the Celestial Dragons there a bloody lesson!"

A cold light flashed in Sakazuki's eyes.

These pigs can't die so cheaply, they have to be put to good use.

Hibari looked solemn.

He immediately started making phone calls to make the job transfer adjustments.
