One Piece: New Order

Onigashima. Dawn.

Having returned from Oden's residence, Kaido sat alone atop a mountain peak. Around him lay numerous empty alcohol jars.

Tap, tap, tap.

Crisp footsteps approached as King, dressed in full armor, stood next to him and looked out at the rising sun.

A clearly drunk Kaido mumbled, "King."

King turned toward him. "Kaido-san."

He slurred his words. "I'm going to create a world of freedom..."

A smile formed beneath King's mask as he spoke softly, "You'll make it happen."

North Blue. Germa Kingdom.

In the heart of a massive fleet, the ship carrying a huge castle suddenly shook with a loud crash.

Boom!

The top of the castle burst open as a dark figure smashed through it. A blue bolt of lightning struck right after.

Within the palace, no one had time to react. They stared in shock at the tall figure who had landed and made the entire castle tremble.

Judge was also stunned. "Wha—"

Unable to finish his words, his eyes widened in horror at the towering figure that appeared in front of him in a blink, a large hand grabbing his face.

Bam!

His head was slammed to the floor, cracking open the golden helmet covering half his face and leaving his mind spinning. Then his body was lifted by the head and a sharp pain shot through him as all four of his limbs were dislocated in an instant.

Snap! Snap! Snap! Snap!

More cracks followed while the metal gear on his body shattered.

Bullet looked down at the helpless man, tossed him to the ground, and pulled out a wanted poster prepared by Enel.

He read aloud to the bloodied Judge, "Former member and a leader of the illegal research group MADS. Vinsmoke Judge, your time's up. I'm here on behalf of the Marines. You're officially under arrest."

Judge coughed violently, his face filled with both fear and rage. "That... that was years ago! Who sent you?! I'm a king now, part of the World Government! You have no right to arrest me!"

Tap. Tap. Tap...

Footsteps grew louder outside. Moments later, a wave of identical clone soldiers poured into the hall and surrounded the intruders.

Enel's eyes lit up as he looked at the nearly identical soldiers. "This tech's solid. Impressive."

Still on the ground, Judge's heart went cold. 'Damn it... are they after my tech?'

He quickly began thinking of a way out.

Bullet spoke flatly, "We're acting under orders from Admiral Akainu. If there's an issue, feel free to file a complaint at the Marine HQ. But for now, you have the right to remain silent."

Judge kept his expression calm, but inside he cursed. 'As if I'd survive a trip to HQ...'

He took a deep breath and forced himself to speak through the pain. "I want to speak with your admiral. He knows full well the government pardoned those crimes. I'm a king from a member nation. He has no authority to detain me!"

Bullet sneered. "Weren't you listening? You can stay silent now."

Bang!

He kicked Judge, sending him flying into a massive mural that depicted him defeating the four kings.

"Cough, cough… damn it! Kill them!"

Judge's furious voice came from behind the broken wall as two modified soldiers rushed in to pull him out. After reattaching his joints, he immediately pulled out a Den Den Mushi.

At the center of the grand hall, a dense swarm of clone soldiers charged forward.

Bullet's figure was instantly swallowed by the tide. Enel, on the other hand, simply frowned. He remained where he stood as the soldiers' weapons passed right through his body.

Seeing that their attacks were useless, the soldiers all switched to combat mode and loaded bullets tipped with Seastone.

Boom!

A deep blue wave of overwhelming Conqueror's Haki exploded from Bullet.

Everyone in the Germa Kingdom seemed to see a demon, its entire body glowing blue. A twisted mouth stretched open in a feral grin, and a pair of crimson eyes locked onto them.

Layer after layer of crushing Haki swept across the kingdom. Even the emotionless clone soldiers instinctively felt a trace of fear. One by one, they collapsed under Bullet's tremendous pressure.

In the royal palace of the Germa Kingdom, Sanji, about to climb a tree to feed the birds, abruptly blacked out.

By the window, Sora smiled gently as she watched him. But before she could react to his collapse, a vision of a blue demon flickered before her eyes.

'That's... an Asura…'

She lost consciousness with that thought.

Everybody in the kingdom collapsed—except Judge.

He had just taken out the Den Den Mushi and was about to dial when his body froze. The device slipped from his hand and clattered to the ground.

'Damn it... Damn it... Move!!!'

He screamed in his mind, but his body refused to obey. Fear took over every nerve in his brain, rendering him completely immobile.

Tap. Tap. Tap. Tap...

Bullet strolled toward him with a sinister grin, bent down, and picked up the snail at Judge's feet.

Crunch!

It shattered into a pile of broken parts as bits of metal and flesh dropped from his fingers.

"There's no one left now. Hand over the technology, and we'll call it even."

Judge, ruthless and selfish as he was, still gritted his teeth. This was about his family's future. He couldn't give in.

This technology was the key to restoring the Vinsmoke name, once rulers of the North Blue. He couldn't...

Bullet scoffed. "Not talking? Good."

He casually kicked Judge to the ground, then took out another Den Den Mushi. A few seconds later, Sakazuki's voice came through. "What is it, Bullet?"

Squatting down, Bullet looked at the barely conscious Judge with a smirk. "This guy won't talk. Should I take him out?"

Sakazuki replied coldly, "Kill him and take whatever's useful. Tell Enel to bury the rest with a Raigo. No one will ever know. Let the Vinsmoke family, rulers of the North Blue, disappear for good."

Bullet chuckled darkly. "Understood."

His hand slowly reached for Judge's throat.

Lying limp on the ground, Judge's mental defenses finally crumbled at Sakazuki's words.

'Damn it... How many times have they done this? They're too used to it… I haven't revived the glory of the Vinsmoke family yet! No! I can't die here!'

"I'll give it! I'll give it!"

* * *

North Blue. On an island where a fleet was undergoing repairs, in a commercial street.

Sakazuki put the Den Den Mushi away and tucked it into his coat. He glanced at the little girl next to him, who looked stunned, then smiled and walked on.

He acted as if he hadn't noticed her pale face, or the way her back was soaked in cold sweat.

After an unknown amount of time, the girl, frozen in fear, flinched sharply when someone tapped her on the shoulder.

She turned around, and only then did she relax, gasping for air in relief.

Lorca frowned and caught the girl before she fell. "What's wrong, Robin?"

Robin shook her head. "N-nothing..."
