"Was all of this part of your plan? You truly are a terrifying man," Red-Haired Shanks said, his expression a mix of seriousness and surprise. He now realized that everything seemed to be unfolding according to the design of this young man before him. It was truly frightening!

The current situation was beyond even the control of the feared Four Emperors. It wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that this battle could potentially eclipse the Marineford War and change the world forever.

But what puzzled Shanks was that the Whitebeard Pirates and Shiro seemed to be at a significant disadvantage in this scenario. Although the World Government's forces were overwhelming, the Red-Haired Pirates, the Beasts Pirates, and the Big Mom Pirates were not compelled to side with Whitebeard and Shiro.

"Enough, Akainu," came the commanding voice of Kong. Even as the highest authority, Kong kept a tight rein on the impulsive Fleet Admiral.

"You have to admit, Akainu, Shiro's strength truly surpasses yours," Garp said, not missing a chance to taunt Akainu while taking a bite of his snack.

Despite the humiliation, Akainu could do nothing but simmer in silence, his anger directed solely at Shiro.

"Who would've thought that the Navy's most promising Rear Admiral would rise to become the most feared enemy of both the Navy and the World Government!" Kong said, locking eyes with Shiro as they stood on Dressrosa soil.

In Kong's eyes, Shiro was once the Navy's brightest rising star—a potential candidate for the position of Fleet Admiral. Now, however, he was the biggest threat to the World Government's stability, surpassing even the Revolutionary Army led by Dragon.
