"It's useless, this is a spirit body. Physical attacks are useless!"

"You must use Armament Haki!"

After speaking, Lucifer waved his hand. "Flying sword!"

A flying sword, covered with Armament Haki, pierced through the air, instantly impaling the seven ghosts in the sky.

The seven ghosts exploded and disappeared without a trace.

Armament Haki is the nemesis of Devil Fruit users and can naturally attack the ghosts created by the powers of the fruit.

After dealing with the ghosts, Lucifer looked toward the courtyard of the castle.

Using his Observation Haki, he detected that Perona, the one who had created the ghosts, was hiding there.

And judging by the movement of her breath, she was trying to escape.

"She was quite decisive in running away."

In the original story, Perona also fled immediately after realizing the Straw Hat Pirates weren't so easy to deal with.

Now that Lucifer is much stronger than them, Perona naturally dared not stay.

While scanning the area, Lucifer also detected Moria's location.

He was deep within the castle, still asleep.

"Let's head to the courtyard. Some zombies are quite strong."

Lucifer recalled that Moria had created a group of powerful zombie generals, many of whom were well-known and strong during their lifetimes.

Captain John, the legendary pirate, was one of them.

There was also Ryoma, the dragon-slaying swordsman from Wano, who Cavendish could gain some combat experience against.

"Yes, Captain!"

Cavendish and Baby 5 split up to head to the courtyard of the old castle.

Looking at the gloomy structure before him, Lucifer grinned wickedly. "It's time to wake Moria up to receive his guests."

"Enel."

"Understood!"

Enel grinned ferociously. He raised his palm toward the sky and struck down.

"God's Punishment!"

Boom!

A thick bolt of lightning fell from the sky, striking the gloomy castle in an instant.

The lightning penetrated the roof, passed through the castle's ceilings, and soon reached its depths.

Boom!

An explosion shook the island, and the entire structure trembled violently.

"WHAT!!!"

A sharp scream echoed from within the castle, and then a large, bloated figure jumped out.

"Who is it? Which bastard dares to cause trouble in my castle?!"

Moria's voice was shrill as she bared a mouthful of fangs and growled.

Behind her, the castle was still billowing smoke, the rubble falling, threatening to collapse at any moment.

"Did you two bastards do this?"

Through the dust, Moria noticed Lucifer and Enel.

Suddenly, her pupils shrank, and her eyes widened in shock.

"It's you, Demon Lucifer!"

Moria finally recognized Lucifer's face.

Even though the Devil's Triangle was isolated from the outside world, Moria had still heard news of the outside while plundering ships.

As the strongest supernova of the Sea Circle Calendar of 1516, Lucifer was infamous, and Moria naturally knew of him.

"You bastard, you dare to cause trouble for me? You don't want to live?!"

"Shadow Horn Gun!"

Moria transformed her shadow into a giant spear and shot it at Lucifer's face.

Clang!

A cloud of sparks flew up.

Moria's Shadow Horn Gun was intercepted in mid-air by a golden rod.

"Zombie monster, let me play with you. You don't need to make our captain do it!"

With that, Enel transformed into a bolt of lightning and shot at Moria.

"Damn, how dare you underestimate me? Don't get too arrogant!"

Moria trembled with rage as the Shadow Horn Gun exploded, turning into countless bats that flew toward Enel.

"Scatter the bats!"

Unfortunately for Moria, when the bats met Enel, they were scattered by lightning.

"Is he really a Logia-type Devil Fruit user?"

Moria's expression darkened instantly.

"Yes, this is the power of God!"

Enel swung the golden staff, sending a roaring Brontosaurus toward Moria.

"Hmph, what god's power is this? It's just Logia, nothing impressive!"

Moria roared in fury, stepping forward with her giant body and smashing the Brontosaurus apart with a punch.

"Oh? Are you using Armament Haki?"

Lucifer, watching the battle, was a little surprised by Moria's move.

In the original storyline, Moria didn't have Armament Haki by 1520.

Otherwise, it wouldn't have been so easy for the Straw Hat Pirates to defeat him.

"Of course, who do you think I am?"

Being underestimated by Lucifer only made Moria angrier.

Considered the powerful former Warlord of the Sea, a world-renowned pirate, Moria was not used to such insults.

Lucifer looked at him with open disdain, as though Moria were nothing more than a weakling.

"Aren't you just a lazy homebody? You eat and sleep all day, your body's so fat it's like a ball!"

Lucifer smirked.

"Nani? What the hell are you saying?"

"Arrogant brat, this is infuriating!"

Moria seemed to have been struck in her pride. Her eyes turned red as if she was about to devour Lucifer.

"Bastard, go to hell!"

"Shadow Horn Gun!"

Another shadow spear was shot at Lucifer, moving several times faster than before.

"Really, I wanted Enel to deal with you. Why do you have to force me to step in?"

Lucifer shook his head, helpless.

Boom!

The Shadow Horn Gun hit Lucifer, and a powerful shockwave exploded, sending dust flying in all directions.

"Hee hee hee, bastard, you finally realize how good I am!"

Seeing her attack land on Lucifer, Moria let out a gleeful laugh.

But that laughter quickly stopped.
