Hey, so my fanfic has been banned for a third time, so I gave up uploading it here. You can read the first 20 chapters in One Piece: Reborn in Ohara, but for the further chapters, I am uploading it in my p@treon only and you can read it just by visiting the site.

In the New World ruled by the Four Emperors, a blend of stability and change unfolds over time.

Whitebeard and Big Mom continue to secure their territories. Whitebeard, ever the voyager, steadily attracts new pirates eager to join his fleet. Meanwhile, Big Mom is rumored to be forming alliances, and, notably, she's several months pregnant, aiming to add a new, unique member to her family.

Kaido has claimed the Volt Sea area, where he's established a new Onigashima. There, he expanded his fleet, adding over a dozen pirate ships and recruiting another wave of eager young pirates.

Much of this intelligence reaches Alex through his shadow guards infiltrating the underground world. While Alex forges powerful connections in the dark underworld, he also leverages these ties to expand his influence covertly. Those adept at navigating the shadows often gather valuable intelligence, and Big Mom's network is reputedly the most extensive. Alex, however, intends to rival her dominance through his growing network of shadow operatives.

As his influence in the New World's underbelly strengthens, Alex assigns the management of the shadow guards to Robin. Her astute use of the Flower-Flower Fruit ability makes organizing and handling this vast web of information seamless.

Alex, meanwhile, adopts a hands-off approach for daily operations, leaving most duties to trusted allies like Toki and Robin. This allows him to focus on refining his own skills and training the next generation of powerful warriors.

Under his tutelage, Kuina has mastered the basics of swordsmanship, and Alex is now guiding her through advanced techniques. Both she and Perona are also training at the military base, learning Haki—particularly the two primary types: Observation and Armament Haki. Kuina shows a natural affinity for infusing her swordsmanship with Armament Haki, while Perona uses Observation Haki to enhance her ghost powers, making her an unpredictable and invaluable asset.

Over the years, Laffitte has specialized in Haki training, reaching the level of Armament Haki Emission, and he now spars with local experts to refine his skills further. Hancock and Maria, who excel in physical combat, continue to train rigorously, honing their Haki through combat practice. Although Hancock is powerful, Maria—having trained with Alex longer—maintains an edge over her.

As for Yamato, her understanding of electricity-based powers has greatly improved her Rumble-Rumble Fruit abilities. At one point, under Alex's intense training, both Yamato and Hancock successfully awakened Conqueror's Haki. Their progress has only intensified Alex's focus on their development.

Beyond training core fighters, Alex's policies have spurred Wanokuni's military expansion. The groundwork laid during the Big Mom incident has paved the way for Alex's next move—a formal, open call to grow Wanokuni's national army, strengthening its might and uniting the nation's warriors under a single banner.

In Wanokuni, anyone—regardless of prior skill—can volunteer to join the army, where they have access to a comprehensive range of training. New recruits are taught not only the mastery of hot and cold weapons, but also advanced martial arts like Marine's Six Styles, and the most practical combat skill in the New World: Haki.

The Isshin Gym, a renowned institution for training samurai, has become integral to military preparation. Alex himself has authorized its methods, and Koshiro, having won respect through battles with Wanokuni's finest samurai, has become a popular figure. Due to the army's overwhelming demand, recruits are divided into rotating groups to make training more manageable, reflecting the scale and appeal of Alex's military reforms.

These reforms, paired with new incentives, have sparked a nationwide surge of interest, with nearly half the population eager to enlist at the new military base. Despite this enthusiasm, Alex carefully controls enrollment numbers to ensure Wanokuni's other industries and developments aren't disrupted.

In addition to expanding the military, Wanokuni has emerged as a major grain exporter, rivaling the profits it reaps from weapons and seastone crafts. The success of this agricultural boom lies in the power of a Devil Fruit. Initially, Lilith—a noblewoman from a once-agricultural kingdom—was rescued by Alex.

Seeing her potential, Alex entrusted her with the Ripe-Ripe Fruit, given to him by Shinobu, which enables her to accelerate the growth of crops. (Emily the musician, Lilith the maid and Alice the cook, who were saved by Alex in Sabaody)

Though only established plants can withstand her ripening ability, her power has doubled the harvest seasons from three to six each year, allowing Wanokuni to meet its food demands and generate surplus for export. This surplus food, more critical than arms in times of need, has stirred the underworld markets and solidified Wanokuni's new reputation as a "grain powerhouse," even earning recognition in the World Economy News Paper.

The enormous profits have drawn the attention of rivals. Kaido himself attempted to negotiate a share of Wanokuni's food exports, but Alex bluntly rejected his demands. With power on par with Kaido's, Alex had no intention of letting him benefit from Wanokuni's success.

If it weren't for using Kaido to profit from the man-made Devil Fruit and simultaneously planting a world-class hidden threat, Alex would have considered killing him.

This hidden threat is none other than the Millet-Millet Fruit, which played a pivotal role in the battle at Onigashima. Although Alex does not yet possess this powerful fruit, he is determined to obtain it, especially if it's found in Wanokuni. His vision is to combine the Millet-Millet Fruit's unique ability with the artificial fruits, crafting a potent and highly sought-after weapon.

Such a development would not go unnoticed by the World Government, which would be eager to acquire a fruit with the potential to bolster armies. When the time comes, if Alex's plan succeeds, the resulting chaos in the New World will make for a spectacular reckoning.
