"These damned scum of the sea!" Akainu Sakazuki growled.

He looked down at the newspaper on his desk, cold killing intent burning in his eyes.

The entry ticket rules set by Kaido were a complete insult to the Marines. They put every Marine in the crosshairs.

As long as even one Marine died because of this admission ticket system, it would show how weak the new Marine leadership was.

Just thinking about how the respect they'd built in the New World over the past few years could be destroyed like this made Sakazuki want to fly directly to Kaido and Alex's territory right now. He wanted to fight these two biggest threats to the death.

While the new Fleet Admiral vented his anger, Kizaru, Garp, and Sengoku sat casually on the sofa, looking like this had nothing to do with them. Only Aramaki, who acted like Sakazuki's biggest fan, agreed with the Fleet Admiral's angry words about Kaido's group.

"Calm down, Sakazuki," Sengoku said after the hot-tempered magma user finished venting.

Though intimidated by his aura for a moment, the three quickly returned to normal. Remembering they were here representing the World Government, one of the masked men became very unfriendly in tone.

"Watch your words, Sakazuki! Even if you're the Fleet Admiral, you're still a Marine under the World Government!"

Extremely hot lava dripped onto the office furniture, and the sound of burning filled the room.

At the same time, Sakazuki's right fist turned into magma as he prepared to strike.

"The group of lawbreakers must be wiped out. The World Government will send troops to fight alongside the Marines this time."

"Including CP0, special forces, and Seraphim weapons?" Sakazuki asked calmly.

This was Marine's high command level, and everyone present knew about the special forces that hadn't been revealed to the world yet.

"It's not just about that," Jaygarcia Saturn replied without revealing any details.

Then he looked at Garp. "But the Seraphim have an extra mission this time, Garp! We've already detected traces of the Straw Hat Pirates. If you participate, you will lead the Seraphim to arrest them!"
