Recap:
Enverdolmal.
Loose translation from: *Een Vir Almal* which means: One for all.
Thousands upon thousands of years in times past, Enverdolmal was a lush and healthy world, yet it was devoid of animal life outside of four great and mighty Dragons.
These were the Living Elements: Water, Wind, Earth, and Thunder.
**Thunder here is the physical manifestation of sound in short. I know Lightning comes before Thunder, and is the Element whereas Thunder comes from Lightning. Nonetheless, this is fiction folks lol. I wont always stick to the Rule of Cool.**
From the sky came the Twin Dragons, a pair of Immortal Elements. From the darkness of space both Fire and Ice made Enverdolmal their new resting place.
These two were Life and Death.
The balance was upset and the world was bathed in Draconic conflict. The six Dragons found peace and truce in the form of a great and all encompassing slumber. An age of Ice and nothingness. One that would see them fade away physically, and become the very Aether that fueled the new world and its rapid growth after the Great Thaw.
With the Great Thaw came new life. New death.
Animals, one and all evolved from countless lineages of Dragon dust and essence.
Fanged. Feathered. Furred. All came to be and evolve from that which was once Dragon.
Humans, born of the need for not only guardians, but caretakers of the new world.
From them, and time, and exposure, came the many varied Humanoid species.
From the Forested-bound folk, the Elf.
From the Mountain-bound, the Dwarf.
And as they grew, and learned, and loved, and hated, and warred, they intermingled and became even more: The Tinker-kin (also referred to at times as the Halfling) the Dwarfym, and the Elfym.
From the need to balance and mayhap even counter the existence and rapid expansions of Humanity, came Monsters. They were born from the most desolate and polluted parts of nature (most of these places came to be that way due to Humanity in one fashion or another) and sought only to kill, to hunt, and to breed.
Among them were the Goblins, the Orcis, the Ordin: A disturbing cross species of Goblin and Orcis, the Troll, the Ogre, and a list of many other cross and subspecies.
War found Enverdolmal as was inevitable.
But then, and always, so-to would peace.
With time and effort, Kingdoms and Queendoms where erected, Boarders were lined, and maps were drawn. The world came to know some semblance of what it is today.
The balance between Light and Dark is in constant flux, but this is in our favor (my good Reader) for how else would such tales come to be?
Welcome one and all, to the ever-evolving world of Enverdolmal.

Kingdom of Lumaleza.
Current ruler: King Luranelly Zyn.
Regional Elemental Affinity: Fire and Earth.
Military Force: The Legion of Lumaleza & The Magistrate of Mages.
Lumaleza is in many ways the polar opposite of its Northern neighbor Zentram, thus the two share a deep and storied history of many wars among their ancestry. Lumaleza's economy is fueled by mineral exports, its legendary sell-sword Guilds that dot the Kingdom from North to South, and it's unmatched turnout of renowned Mages via the Magistrate of Mages.
The Magistrate is located at the center of a large city called Irgenia which in turn is at the center of the fork where the great river Vanonasu splits and flows South-East into the Crater Coast Collective and South-West further still into Lumaleza.
Lumaleza has always been a supporter of the Guild system in place of a more traditional Knighthood, thus the plethora of greater and lesser Guilds that it utilizes as a major source of income via external request. Its boarder with Lustria is also lined with small dorpies and villages that share many mutually beneficial trade routs. A strong, loyal history of both imports and exports from Suidelain has left the two Nations with an unyielding and healthy relationship in stark contrast to that of its relationship with Zentram. It's boarder with the Crater Coast Collective has proven to be it's most problematic, as the two nations can rarely agree on when to support each other in times of need. This had lead to many tense political situations, as the C.C.C has a very complex and often round-about way of communicating between its five boroughs.
Major Exports and points of interest:
-Rare minerals mined from the splitting rivers shoreline and shallow cave system.
-Locally produced Tomes, Grimoires, and Wands.
-Political Guild/Mercenary work.
-The Magistrate of Mages can be requisitioned for very specific needs and occasions. They will dispatch a Mage or a pair of Mages who possess skills of relevance to the situation if the list of prerequisites are met.
-The Legion of Lumaleza is known for it's balance of Might and Magic. Being the only nation with four neighboring Kingdoms/Queendoms, Lumaleza's military force is both large and well trained to face and adjust too many styles of both Aetheral and physical warfare and combat tactics.
-------------------------
Basador Bridge, Lumaleza/Zentram boarder.
The Basador Bridge was constructed by the Dwarves of Onlyndebar with assistance from several Dwarven clans from the Fiefdom of Onkerdoun. The later would travel across the land from their home on the Eastern coast in order to lend a hand in the massive and awe-inspiring construction. This was an act of loyalty and familiar bonds, as the two Fiefdoms have deep ancestorial ties that transcend the negative history between their two nations. Basador was constructed from stone cut from the Great Valley Kraak, in conjunction with several powerful forms of High magics of the Earth based variety. A long and complex process indeed.
The bridge would fall and be rebuilt half a dozen times due to many causes.
War and weather mostly.
The last and final time it fell (this due to giants migrating) it was reinforced with the Aether of nearly five hundred Dwarven Stone Smiths from both Onlyndebar and several surrounding Fiefdoms . This process has made it so sturdy that has come to be known as a natural part of the world around it now, and thus it has forever more been taught.
-Excerpt from "Diamonds in the dark. Part 1."
"On the thirteenth day out from Theodora they had passed up and over the Basador bridge from its Eastern approach. It was a massive natural viaduct that connected the two ridged sides of the colossal canyon know as Kraak, through which flowed the great river Vanonasu nearly fifty meters below."
----------
Onlyndebar, A Dwarven Fiefdom of the Kingdom of Lumaleza.
Loose translation from: "Onder die berg" which means 'Under Mount.'
Mentioned in "Diamonds in the dark. Part 1."
Onlyndebar is a subterrain trade and mining city. The Dwarves of Onlyndebar are open and welcoming to any and all who would come in the spirit of fair trade. They often host grand carnivals and feast to celebrate caravans who complete the long and often perilous journey that is required in order to reach the secluded city. Clan Darkerstone is the current ruling clan. Being Mountain Dwarves, the many clans that coexist within the Dwarven city are brothers in arms, one in all, and thus it is fairly often that they can be found doing battle with the many and varied creatures of The Deep. This includes but is not limited to Deep Lurk Raiders from the aforementioned Deep, and Urdu Goblins (also known as Khaki-Gobs due to their light-brown skin tone.) from the shallow caves that are common at the base of most mountains.
-Excerpt from "Diamonds in the dark. Part 1."
"The Mercantile branch of the Dwarfs of Onlyndebar, nearly a thousand strong, had been waiting with a large feast and above-ground festival for their caravan. King Giafray of Clan Darkerstone had personally joined them in their joy making as well, gifting the Sell Swords with beautifully crafted swords of Deep Steel, and a small palm-sized sapphire satchel for each of the member of the Theodoran Knighthood. They were asked to open them on a later occasion, as tonight was to be one of celebration. He also made it clear that this was because -in his own words-
"Ye other-minded folk be detracted by trinkets with far to ease. Gawk later! Drink, eat, and dance NOW!"
And so they did."
----------
Dyvulzold, Lumaleza.
Dyvulzold is an ancient volcano that has been active and rumbling for more then four decades with no real signs of erupting. This has lead the people of the surrounding areas -but especially Mountbase- to utilize the many caves at its base as mine shafts for many a generation. The name Dyvulzold is derived from the term "Devils Gold." which is the nickname given to the sulfur that is mined from the Mountain and its surrounding likes. Dyvulzold is also home to many tribes of Goblinoids, the most common being the Khaki Gobs (Urdu Goblins) and the Deep lurks.
----------
Mountbase, Lumaleza.
A lone and isolated mining town that has been around for at least four generations of mining folk. This life style -and the towns location- has brought its people into direct contact and conflict with the Goblinoids that also inhabit the cave in which the people make their living. Mountbase has long been a rest stop for many a traveler and group as they pass through the rough and often unforgiving mountain range for either Onlyndebar to its North or Stenkule to its South. Due to the stench of the sulfur, the heat from the mines, or the constant worry of Goblinoid attacks, not many stay long if at all for more then a few days time.
----------
Irgenia, Lumaleza.
The capital of Lumaleza and home to the world renowned Magistrate of Mages, Irgenia is named after an eccentric and powerful wizard by the name of Argil Irgens, he whose bloodline rules and runs the Magistrate till this very day. Irgenia was built in a day. Literally. The original twelve Mages who pulled of this feat have been memorialized and forever cast in brilliant Aether stone statues that are displayed in a grand circle at the very center of the "City of Metal and Marble."
----------
Cumber Forest, Lumaleza.
The trees of Cumber Forest are a little less like trees, and a lot more like massive fruit. More accurately, they are very akin to cucumbers that seem to have grown beyond their natural size, and have even sprouted branches. The South-Western edge of Lumaleza is covered in these strange and beautiful plants, and they seem to be as natural to the environment as anything else in the area. Although no one can say for sure, many science-minded folk believe that they were once ordinary in size, but feel victim to some sort of curse. Was it one that was of natures design or something/someone more supernatural? that part is still yet to be discovered. At the North-Eastern edge of this forest sits a lake that is composed of salt water. This too is a highly contested topic among the scientific community of Enverdolmal.
----------
Pecel Lake, Lumaleza.
Some say that some of the last Dragons can be found in and about this lake.
Not many Humans or Humanoids have ventured to it in order to find out.
Not many, but at least ONE Humanoid we can say for certain.
The truth is a bit stranger than the fictions that surround it,
Pecel lake is one of the many anomalies to be found in Enverdolmal. Its waters are nearly 10% salt by weight, making it not only unpalatable to nearly all life forms, but very nearly toxic as well. The high salt content is caused by what is in fact an ancestorial relative to the Dragons, a small and ballistic-minded species known as Dragonious Gundarious.'
These stout Dragonoids are known for their fishing/hunting methods which see it launch stones towards its pray at surprisingly high rates of speeds. This technique has been charted as 85% lethal.
The lake is avoided outside of the occasional hunter or researcher, and is in fact off-limits to any who are not licensed by the Klyptorin Zoological Society.
-Excerpt from "Take me there. Part 1."
"The Dragonoid had dipped below the surface after a silent, rapid inhalation. Its ribcage had expanded to twice its size with the effort, making it temporarily more buoyant. It rose, and just as soon as the tip of its snout began to break the surface, it "spat" a stone from just below the water.
She had thought that she had seen a small flash of fire shoot from the Gundra's mouth either alongside the stone or due to some reaction caused during the... launch?
The stone had flown through the air with astounding speed and accuracy."
