NTR School: S Rank Student

Chapter 66: Duelling A Queen

Raphael couldn't believe the situation he had found himself in.

Not only was it his first time standing so close to the Crown and Cloud queens, finally getting a chance to see their beauties.

But it was also the first time he had been in a room with all five queens at once.

I haven't even conquered Cecilia yet, but I've somehow been put in this situation.

The crown queen stepped forward, flicking a golden lock from her face as she kept her chin high.

Raphael knew nothing about the woman, but her pride was evident. It was clear that she would be a difficult woman to deal with. Perhaps even more than Cecilia, the Sword Queen.

"I knew it!" The woman said sharply, glaring at Raphael, before looking at Harmony with disappointment in her eyes. "You've been letting a student join your meetings. A mere student!"

Before anyone could answer, she looked at Maria, who, of course, was blushing intensely, trying her best to cover the wet patch of her skirt. Luckily, she was from the Phoenix School who wore black, so the stain was less evident.

However, the crown queen still had a clear sight of the puddle on the floor.

"I'm not even going to ask what that is. But you guys disgust me."

Raphael wanted to step forward to confront the rude woman, but a soft voice stopped him in his tracks, despite the words not being addressed to him.

"Persephone... P-please be nice. The queens are our friends."

The voice came from the woman in the long white dress. The Cloud Queen. Raphael was taken aback by her shy demeanour. All the other queens seemed to have some sort of backbone. Except for her. She was the complete opposite.

Instantly, he could tell that he would like her.

Persephone, The Crown Queen, brushed off the Cloud Queen's words.

"Friends? Don't be foolish, Rosalind. These women are not my friends. Especially not after seeing them treat a mere student as if he's our equal."

So that's their names. Persephone and Rosalind.

Raphael now knew the names of all five Queens.

Harmony butted in, no longer able to listen to such disrespect.

"Raphael is not a "mere student" and you know this yourself. You've heard of his feats. This man will aid us in the upcoming war, regardless of whether your schools decide to help us or not."

After hearing his name, Persephone looked at Raphael with calculating golden eyes.

"Ahh, so this is the infamous Raphael Brooks. My students speak of him as though he's some sort of god."

Then, she stepped closer, looking him up and down.

"But all I see is a brute. He's large; I will admit that, but there are many muscular students in the schools. I see nothing special about him."

As Persephone, The Crown Queen, spoke, Rosalind, The Cloud Queen, still stood by the door nervously, twiddling her fingers.

Raphael had grown tired of being silent.

"You can say what you want about me, Queen Persephone." He said, keeping a confident tone. "But the students of your school know the truth about me. None of them could hold a candle to me in battle."

If the words bothered her at all, the queen didn't show it. Instead, she chuckled to herself.

"Alright, Raphael Brooks, here's a proposition for you."

A dull hum suddenly sounded through the room, and at first, Raphael had no clue where the noise had come from. However, after a few moments, he found its source.

The queen's golden eyes had begun to glow, and with it, they carried an ethereal power that Raphael was able to sense. It didn't seem violent, but still, it managed to throw even him off edge.

"Let's battle. Both you and I. In an official duel to determine whether you are as worthy as you believe yourself to be."

Instantly, everyone in the room had visceral reactions to the call out. Even the cloud Queen, who had travelled with her was completely taken aback.

It was Harmony, however, who reacted the strongest. She went to stand up, ready to protest against the Crown Queen.

However, Raphael simply raised an arm, forcing her to stop.

His gaze met with the glowing eyes of the Crown Queen Persephone.

"If a duel is what it will take for you to understand the man that I am, then fine. I accept."

Rosalind the Cloud Queen stepped forward, hands shaking nervously.

"P-Persephone, you really shouldn't. Not with a student!" The woman pleaded, but Persephone didn't care.

"It seems like these 3 queens have done worse stuff with a student than just battling them." She said in a mocking tone, gesturing towards the puddle on the floor. "If I have to put one in his place by kicking his ass, then I don't see a problem with that."

Maria looked away shamefully. The words of the Crown Queen were clearly getting to her.

After all, she knew that the puddle belonged to her.

"Then it's settled," Raphael said, making his way to the door uncaringly. "We can do it in the school gardens."

---

The simple sight of the five queens making their way to the hilltops of the five school gardens was enough to draw the attention of the students.

But what caught their eyes more, was the student that walked with them, Raphael Brooks.

"Look over there. Why is the Dragon Son with the five queens?"

"Do you think he's fucking them? I wouldn't even be surprised."

"No, wait a minute. Don't you notice that strange air between them? It's as if they're about to fight."

Once Raphael and the Crown Queen turned to face each other, it became official to the students.

"No way, you're right. They're about to duel! That's why he's eyes are glowing. She's activated her birthright!"

First, there were ten students, but that number quickly rose into the hundreds.

And they all circled around the queen's and Raphael, making a tremendous amount of noise with their chatter.

They could not wait for the spectacle that was about to take place.
