Chapter 130: Dunkelwacht
"Cum inside of me Raphael!" Queen Eva screamed as the Dragon King drilled into her from behind, whilst two hands remained grasped on her ass cheeks.
He gave the woman what he wanted, planting his seed deep inside of her until she was leaking with semen.
Once done, the two lay on the bed, exhausted and naked.
"T-that was incredible." The red-haired said, propping herself up on one shoulder and looking at him with her green eyes. "I'm so glad you're back."
Raphael leaned forwards and gave her ass a smack before she made her way over to the washroom to clean herself.
Once out, the two sat down on the bed, the air around them was more serious as they finally tackled the more important aspects of the nation.
War.
"It's important that we first realise who our enemies are," Raphael spoke. "The West has made it clear that they are against us, but more importantly, I have personal enemies who seem to be more dangerous than King Diotames."
Queen Eva knew who he was speaking of, but he continued anyway.
"The Dunkelwacht."
The mere mention of the group's name seemed to fill the woman with fear. She looked away from him nervously.
"I understand you have some sort of... Personally grudge against the leader of their group. After all, it makes sense. You are very similar in powers."
Raphael nodded his head to the woman's words.
The God of the Flames.
The man who might carry the two remaining dragons.
"If you want to know more about him, you are better off visiting King Helix in his prison cell. My ex husband can tell you what you need to know."
Raphael nodded his head as he rose to his feet, and began to put his clothes back on. It was night, but a prisoner did not deserve the luxury of sleep.
I'll be paying the man a visit.
"But before you go, Raphael, there is something you must know about the Dunkelwacht."
Raphael turned to look at the queen, who still lay naked on the bed. Her naked body looked delectable, but he had already enjoyed it once today.
"The Dunkelwacht have goals that are even greater than conquering Vailstone."
---
Raphael walked through the dark tunnels of the palace underground. In his hand, he carried a torch, which lit the way ahead of him.
Finally, he reached a modest cell that rested behind metal bars. Inside, he spotted a ragged-looking man lying asleep on the tough floor.
A bloody bandage was wrapped around his arm, where it was missing from the elbow.
The wound that Raphael had given him in their battle.
"Wake up, Helix."
The words startled the man from his sleep, causing him to look around frantically. As his eyes landed on the dragon king, he was filled with a mixture of fear and anger.
He furrowed his eyebrows and snarled. "W-what do you want? Are you here to finish me off?"
Raphael let out a chuckle which echoed through the confines of the underground space. "You're hardly worth killing." He retaliated. "I'm here to ask you about something else."
Helix looked at the man in surprise as he waited for him to continue.
"I want you to tell me what you know about the Dunkelwacht and their leader."
Helix's face suddenly went grey, as he physically recoiled from the question.
"They're a group that you shouldn't worry yourself with. No one will ever be able to scratch them. Not even you!"
Raphael waved his hands in an uncaring manner. "Yeah, yeah. Just tell me what you know about them. If you don't comply, then perhaps I will finish you off."
The prisoner's eyes suddenly went wide as he looked at the stump of his hand. Raphael had already caused him great damage, so he knew that the man was not a bluffer.
And so, he told Raphael everything he knew about the Dunkelwacht...
---
The Dunkelwacht were a group led by a man named Valkatus, who due to his perfect usage of flames, he had earned the title of God of the flames.
He and his group started off as pirates, roaming the seas surrounding Vailstone, and travelling through each of the islands, making a name for himself and increasing his armies numbers.
Until one day, the man stumbled across a great rumour.
The BirthPortal.
Helix did not know much about it or what Helix suspected to reside inside of it, but what he did know was that the man had dedicated his entire life to trying to find it's location.
Rumours said that the man had gotten closer and closer and now believed that he would reach the portal very shortly.
No further information on how far along towards his goal he actually was, or if such a portal truly even existed.
There was to be known about the Dunkelwacht, their leader, and his close circle of powerful birthright users, but Helix did not further elaborate.
He had given Raphael the information that was most important to him. His goals.
---
After hearing the story, Raphael had one final question to ask him.
"Do you know where he was last seen, and where he believed the portal to be?"
Helix nodded his head.
"In the Volcanic Island to the west. He has been on the island for years, and believes the portal to be located there."
On the Volcanic Islands, just as Saint Michael said.
Raphael considered the information.
I have no idea where the man received information about a portal, or what could possibly be on the other side. But there is one thing I'm certain of.
If a portal does exist, I need to know what's on the other side. For power's sake. I should even try to reach it first.
What if it holds the key to further power, or is some sort of alternative world? I cannot allow a man like Valkatus to get there before me.
With a decision made, Raphael turned to leave the prison cells. He had received all the information which he wished to know.
"H-hey!" Helix called as he spotted Raphael leaving. "When are you going to let me out of here."
Raphael ignored the man's calls as he climbed the stairs to the first floor of the palace mind riddled with thoughts.
I need to build an army so that I can safely travel to the western islands.
If King Diotames tries to stop me, then I'll need to deal with him like I dealt with Helix.
