Nindō: Dominion

Once Hinata left, Naruto went by with his day. as usual. Shikamaru came in a few times to ask about the research center. While they couldn't reroute the village's resources until the council meeting in a little over a week, they could still take care of all the necessary preparations.

As the sun was at its peak, Naruto had a meeting with one of the civilian council members. Since the previous head of the council had resigned under precarious circumstances, the succession of his position came to the next most senior member.

"G-greetings, Hokage-sama," The man entered Naruto's office with a level of deference that Naruto had never seen on these civilian council members' faces.

"Come in, take a seat." Naruto gestured for the man to sit.

"Thank you, Hokage-sama."

"Speak, what do you wish to talk to me about? Shizune tells me that you were being awfully cagey about the whole thing."

"Ahem. Hokage-sama, I asked your assistant to set this appointment to discuss this month's council meeting. The civilian council has discussed amongst ourselves and would like to put forth a few candidates to replace the position of the elders."

Naruto's expression grew cold, "Do you truly believe that I or the daimyo will allow anyone other than a respected ninja who contributed to the Fourth War to sit in that seat? I don't see how any of that is under your council's purview."

"Hokage-sama, I —" Naruto waved his hand to stop the man's words.

"Talk further, and you may find yourself in a position eerily similar to your predecessor. I recall that you have a major share in his construction company, no?" The Hokage delivered a clean and clear threat that left the already scared man quivering.

"I-I …"

"Leave now. Don't waste my time any further. Also, tell the puppeteer behind you that while I allow some underhanded contesting, he shouldn't start thinking of himself as a second Danzo."

"Who's …" The man's question was left unasked.

"Leave."

Naruto shook his head as the flustered man scurried off.

'How one reaches such high of a position without the knowledge of the true history of the village is beyond me …' He shook his head in disappointment. While the publicly available history of the village was a heavily curated version, people with a high enough political standing had access to such restricted texts. Yet, people from the Civilian Council seemed wholly uninterested in that.

'I will soon entirely disband those leeches completely …'

He shook his head and swiveled his chair around before leaning back to admire the view of Konoha now that he had almost an hour of free time after dismissing the man. Ever since the death of the two elders, the Civilian Council had suddenly gotten a lot more accommodating. The stacks of papers that used to populate Naruto's desk had now all but disappeared, merely leaving some crucial shinobi-related documents that absolutely required his approval.

'Why don't I test the effects of remote jutsu manipulation …'

As the thought took root in Naruto's mind, he focused on the connection he had to Karin, specifically, to her Dominion Mark. He instantly felt her location halfway across the village. With that done, he tried to use the Dominion mark as a medium to connect to the transformed Truth Seeker Orb that was currently affixed inside her.

It took him a few seconds of concentration, but once he figured it out, the connection was promptly established, and he could mentally control the orb as if it was still in his control range.

'There is a disadvantage to this … I can't exactly view her surroundings. It can work if I want to provide minor support, but it would be difficult for me to take an active role in case the mark holder is in trouble.'

Currently, at best, Naruto could leave a few Truth Seeker Orbs with the mark holder, and when the time comes, they can telepathically communicate with him to form those orbs into weapons.

'If only I could cast jutsu through the mark …'

The most that Naruto had figured out, for now, was to send his chakra through the mark, which would instinctively be absorbed by the recipient to refill and bolster their reserves and, in an extreme scenario, cause them to get bloated with chakra, leaving them incapacitated.

'Could I cast divine abilities through the mark?'

True Shinjutsu that the Ōtsutsuki utilize isn't cast through the use of chakra — that is just a medium for some of the abilities. Abilities like Kaguya's Space-Time technique, Yomotsu Hirasaka, and Jigen's Daikokuten could be used freely as they didn't stem from Chakra. As long as their bloodline source wasn't exhausted, those abilities were free to use for the Ōtsutsuki.

'Time for some experimentation …' Naruto had an amused gleam in his eyes as he started off by making the toy inside Karin vibrate.

Since he was actively observing her through the mark, Naruto could sense the spike in her emotions through the telepathic connection. He made the vibrations erratic and unreadable, spiking abruptly before dying down completely. Naruto expected Karin to start complaining in his head at any moment.

Surprisingly, the feisty yet expressive redhead endured silently for ten minutes under Naruto's assault as he abused her with a mere toy that was inside her butt.

[Hokage-sama~] Her voice came out sultry with some hints of resentment. [Please stop, for the love of — Mmm~]

[Describe to me your current setting, Karin.]

[Haah … You're such a bully.] She panted before speaking. [I was just watching TV on my couch when I felt that thing inside my butt vibrate. You owe me a bag of chips. I dropped my current one because of your actions. Now I have to clean the floor.]

[Are we going to pretend that I'm not the one getting you everything anyway?] Naruto teased her while manipulating the size of the toy.

[Fuck~] Karin's moan echoed through their telepathy.

Naruto could vividly imagine her squirming helplessly on the couch, ripping away her clothes to touch herself.

[It's getting bigger, hah~ stop, please … I feel like I'll burst if you keep going.]

Naruto obliged Karin's plea but intensified the vibrations further. As her panting and moaning filled his head, Naruto tried to use the orb as a visualization aid. He couldn't suddenly transform it into an eye, but he could focus on it to find out the difference between the air and Karin's flesh. He closed his eyes while in deep concentration, feeling like he had sealed off his senses to visualize something solely by the feeling of touch.

It took him a few minutes under Karin's deafening panting and moaning, but Naruto felt that he had a rudimentary image of the surroundings of the orb. Once that was done, he extended the orb that was outside to Karin's other entrance, obstructing her fingers from touching herself.

[Argh … Come on~] She responded with frustration.

[Since I'm providing you with pleasure, then you should be content with that, Karin. If you want to be my mistress, you should be obedient and let me sufficiently train your ass.] The words felt weird to Naruto, but he rolled with them. After all, that was the best way to conquer Karin completely and hold her loyalty.

[I … hah … never agreed … haa~ to that …] Her voice came out in stutters as the vibrations in her butt assaulted her relentlessly.

[Quiet.] Naruto said with a deep voice as Karin shuddered. [Now, I want you to kneel on the couch with your ass up in the air. Hold your hands behind your back.]

[Done …] She spoke with a suppressed voice.

Naruto could sense the movements of the orb inside Karin, and she hadn't made a single move just now, gambling on the fact that he wasn't there.

[You're lying to me.] Naruto's voice came as a deep growl. Before Karin could scamper into position, she felt something entering her through her butt. Before she could think further about it, she felt like her entire body had been ignited under a fiery torrent of arousal. By the time she came back to her senses, she found herself twitching and shuddering with half of her body hanging off from the couch.

[Now get into position. On the couch, ass up, and hands behind your back.] The voice in her head felt compelling enough that she instinctively obeyed, getting into position.

The toy's vibrations suddenly intensified even further, making her feel like her entire body was shaking. She was so lost that she didn't notice another Truth Seeker Orb appearing in the air behind her as it descended to her back. She didn't notice when it touched her arm and slowly moved along as if getting a feel of her skin. Soon, it reached her wrists, binding them together.

[Good girl. Now enjoy.] She didn't know if she imagined it, but the voice on the other side seemed very strained.

[Yes, master~] She responded instinctively as the familiar something entered her body through the toy, rocking her body. Under her restrained state, she could only helplessly writhe as the toy continued its relentless assault.
