With the announcement made, Grey descended into the mansion alongside Werner and Little Hong.

Little Hong clung onto his pinky as she looked around curiously.

However, seeing the child, everyone in the area froze.

"Adopted?" Lia immediately calmed down.

She almost heaved a sigh of relief, but she held it in; sighing at his words would be strange, right?

Besides, why was she even about to do that in the first place?

What would it matter to her whether the child was Grey's daughter or not?

Lia's expression stiffened at the thought.

Xia Qingyue had a serious expression on her face.

"You stopped time?" Grey was surprised. "I'm sure you used a lot of energy when you came out to save everyone."

"That is not the concern right now. I can recover at any time." Xia Qingyue turned to Little Hong and pointed at her.

"That child... she is extremely dangerous." Xia Qingyue spoke in slight shock. "I feel a powerful will from her. It appears to be the consciousness of something powerful and ancient."

"I forgot, you people of Blue Star do not know the real names of the evolutionary ranks." Xia Qingyue shook her head. "In Blue Star terms, it is the fifth rank."

"The fifth rank!" Grey became excited. "The fifth rank is called the Origin Manifestation Realm? Senior, how powerful is a being at the fifth rank?"

However, to this the immortal lady shook her head. "Far more powerful than you can imagine. A mere second ranker like you cannot comprehend their full power.
