Naruto: You Call This A Medical Ninja?

The nine tailed beasts each had unique methods of growth and origin enhancement:

One-Tailed Shukaku, Four-Tailed Son Goku, Six-Tailed Saiken, and Seven-Tailed Chomei enhanced their origins by devouring life energy. Two-Tailed Matatabi and Eight-Tailed Gyuki gathered energy from alternate dimensions. Three-Tailed Isobu and Five-Tailed Kokuo absorbed natural energy for growth. Finally, Nine-Tailed Kurama possessed a unique ability due to the Fire God Seal within its body, which constantly generated chakra.

This special seal was why Reiki hadn't extracted much of Kurama's origin. Even so, the Nine-Tails within him had become the strongest of all. Improving Kurama's origin required a gradual approach since the chakra Reiki had obtained came from other jinchūriki, often through force or negotiation.

The Path Forward

Reiki contemplated his next steps. "It seems I'll need to have a proper conversation with the jinchūriki," he mused. Some, like Chomei's jinchūriki, had willingly shared their chakra, while others required persuasion or time.

Mochizuki, the original Ten-Tails created by Otsutsuki Ishiki, interrupted his thoughts.

"Reiki, have you mastered Yin-Yang Release?" Mochizuki asked. "If you can obtain pure Yin-Yang Chakra, it might substitute for the tailed beasts' origins."

Reiki nodded, raising his hand to reveal a crystal. "This should work. It's a Yin-Yang Escape Crystal purchased from the system store."

Building a Sage Land Model

Mochizuki and the Chakra Sacred Tree reacted immediately to the crystal, their forms shimmering with anticipation. "It seems effective," Reiki noted. "But it's expensive—I can only spare four of these."

Mochizuki hesitated. "Four will suffice to create the foundation of a Sage Land model, but making future changes will be difficult. You might lose some of the power you've accumulated."

Reiki smiled. "I understand. My goal isn't personal power but a stable foundation for the future. Do what you must."

Mochizuki took the crystals, placing two within the Chakra Sacred Tree while absorbing the remaining two. Immediately, the barren world around them began to change. Life began to stir, and Mochizuki's form grew more substantial.

Returning to Reality

Reiki returned to his home, dispelling the barrier. His shadow clone, stationed as a lookout, reported, "Six hours have passed."

Reiki sighed. "As expected. Time passes quickly in these moments."

After dispelling the clone, Reiki stepped outside. The special training camp was bustling with activity. Under his guidance and psychological support, the students' determination had reached new heights. Their foundational training had been solidified, paving the way for further improvement.

A Serious Discussion

Tsunade approached from behind, her tone serious. "Reiki, everything is proceeding as planned, but Orochimaru and Jiraiya wish to speak with you. I also have something to discuss."

"Teacher, is everything alright?" Reiki asked, sensing the tension.

Tsunade didn't answer and led Reiki to Jiraiya's quarters, where both Orochimaru and Jiraiya sat with grim expressions. The atmosphere was heavy, and Reiki couldn't shake the feeling that something significant had occurred during his absence.

"Teacher, Lord Orochimaru, Lord Jiraiya—what's going on? Did something happen in the special training camp?" Reiki asked, breaking the silence.

Orochimaru was the first to speak. "Reiki, you know I contracted with Manda in the Ryuchi Cave, but I was rejected by the Sage of the cave. My body couldn't handle their expectations."

Jiraiya followed. "In my case, I meet the physical requirements, but my understanding of Sage techniques is lacking. Despite years of practice, I still haven't mastered Sage Mode. And now, with Minato under control… I feel powerless."

Reiki's Resolve

The three sannin's struggles highlighted the immense challenges of mastering Sage Mode. Their vulnerability was stark, yet their determination remained unwavering.

Reiki took a deep breath. "I see. Let's work through this together. There's no situation we can't overcome with the right strategy. Tell me exactly how I can help."
