Reiki was also prepared to take responsibility for the specific distribution plan of the medicine.

However, when he voiced his request to go along, Tsunade was taken aback.

"Are you going too?"

"Give me a reason why you want to go," Tsunade said, looking at Reiki with confusion.

Normally, Reiki found it difficult to leave the village for missions. He preferred staying behind to treat people. Why was he suddenly so interested in this?

"This..." Reiki hesitated. "Actually, I don't know why... I just want to go with you."

"Teacher, look, Master Jiraiya wants to go, right?" Reiki continued. "He has three apprentices in Yuyin Village, right? We can't let you lose face, teacher. We have to go with you."

Reiki glanced over at Nozuki and Shisui, awaiting their responses.

"Ah... that's right!" Shisui caught Reiki's gaze and nodded.

Although he didn't know exactly why Reiki was so eager to go, he was willing to follow. It had been a long time since he'd been exposed to tasks like this, and he was looking forward to any kind of battle.

"I also think we should go together. It can be some good training before we join the special training camp," Nozuki agreed.

That's right—if one person was making up reasons, how could three not come up with their own?

"Alright," Tsunade said, after some thought. "But let me make one thing clear. Once we arrive in the Land of Rain, you cannot act on your own. Everything must be followed by orders. After all, I'm handling a sensitive matter this time."

Tsunade thought for a moment and then nodded. She trusted her three disciples—they were reliable and never caused trouble. With the mission being what it was, it would also serve as valuable training for them.

"Thank you, teacher!" Reiki exclaimed, clearly pleased.

"Okay, I'm going to find Jiraiya and prepare some things. You all get ready as well."

"Even though you're going out on a mission, remember to handle the potion distribution," Tsunade reminded them before disappearing.

Konoha was under quite a bit of pressure, not because it wanted to dominate the ninja world, but because it sought to change the world's current state. If things were left to Uchiha Madara's plans, there would be chaos.

Later, as the group prepared to leave, Shisui asked Reiki curiously, "Why do you have to follow me?!"

Shisui understood that this mission was mostly about investigation. Since no new information had come from the other investigating ninjas, Tsunade and Jiraiya would take over. The real purpose was to deter any potential trouble, and there wasn't much likelihood of a battle.

"Indeed, Reiki, you're acting a little strange," Nozuki remarked. "Normally, you'd avoid anything troublesome like this."

She tilted her head, adding, "Tell me, do you have a plan?"

Reiki didn't answer right away. Instead, he asked, "You two... are you in love?"

"What?!" They both reacted in shock, faces flushing red.

"Boom!"

The next second, both of them were stunned, looking at each other as their faces turned bright red.

"Alright, I'll go prepare some things first. You two should get ready too."

Reiki took one last look at them, clearly guessing the reason for their sudden embarrassment. Without waiting for more, he slipped away.

Soon, Jiraiya and Tsunade were also ready. The five of them left Konoha on the same day, following Tsunade's orders.

A few hours later, in the Land of Fire, where the special training camp was located, Tsunade looked at Reiki with a puzzled expression.

"Why do you want to come here first?" she asked.

This place was still under construction, and many of its facilities weren't finished yet. Reiki had asked to visit because it was on the way to the Land of Rain, and Tsunade had agreed. But now that they were there, Reiki still wanted to go inside. Tsunade was confused.

"You requested to go on this mission... but now you're here?"

Reiki smiled slightly and replied, "Teacher, Mizukage-sama is injured. I want to go treat him."

"Just give me half an hour."

Reiki then rushed toward the tent marked with the symbol of Kirigakure Village.

Tsunade sighed but waved him off, saying, "Okay, let him go... you know how he is when it comes to treating injuries."

Jiraiya agreed, "Let him do it. It's only half an hour. It won't hurt anything."

"Rest up," Tsunade added, her tone still full of affection for her disciple.

Outside the Kirigakure tent, Bubble, the instructor, was voicing his concerns.

"Mizukage-sama, I still don't think this is a good decision," Bubble said, frustrated. "Look at the other villages—they only sent regular ninjas, and some didn't even send ninjas at all! But we've brought all the talented children in the village... This..."

Bubble's distrust was clear. He suspected that this special training camp was a covert plan by Konoha to recruit the best ninja talent in the world.

"If Konoha is up to something, I'll take everyone and leave!" he muttered.

Goji Yagura, Mizukage of Kirigakure, tried to reassure him, saying, "Konoha isn't what you think. You won't understand it until you see it up close. Konoha has changed."

But Bubble wasn't convinced. His mindset was still that of the ninja world's traditional thinking.

Just as Bubble was about to speak again, Reiki's voice came from outside the tent.

"Reiki, the medical ninja?" Bubble asked, surprised.

"Come in, please," Goji Yagura called out.

Reiki entered the tent, giving a polite bow.

"Master Mizukage, I—"

Reiki's gaze fell on Bubble. "Isn't this the instructor chosen by Kirigakure Village? Master Bubble?"

Bubble froze. This was no ordinary encounter—it was the Jinchūriki of the Six-Tailed Rhinoceros, Bubble.

Reiki's true purpose for coming was now revealed.
