Inside the Netherworld.

Kiyoshi raised his right hand, bringing his index and middle fingers together and holding them vertically in front of him.

"Perfect Susanoo!" Kiyoshi shouted with force.

His usually calm face twisted with a fierce intensity, his Mangekyo Sharingan spinning so rapidly it was almost a blur.

Boom—

In an instant—

The overwhelming power of his eyes surged, and an immense amount of chakra burst forth from him like a torrent.

Roar—

At the same time, the massive blue giant mirrored his hand signs. 

As the overwhelming chakra continued to materialize, the towering blue figure underwent an astonishing transformation, its massive form growing even larger at a visible pace.

In mere moments—

It transformed into a colossal warrior, clad in blue tengu armor, imposing and awe-inspiring, a sight so overwhelming it seemed to blot out the sky and towered overall.

Standing there, it evoked both terror and reverence.

Thump… Thump…

The ground trembled relentlessly beneath its weight. 

The figure radiated an intimidating majesty, adorned in a richly detailed, resplendent blue tengu armor.

At the center of its forehead, a diamond-shaped chakra crystal gleamed, encasing Kiyoshi within its protection.

The giant warrior stood tall at around 250 meters, with massive wings on its back, remarkably lifelike. 

The wings themselves took the form of two massive, sheathed katanas, similar in appearance to Kiyoshi's previous sacred artifact, the Kagetsu Tsurugi, only much larger.

And incredibly—

The diamond-shaped chakra crystal in its forehead shone with a dazzling brilliance, exactly resembling the Kurogane Crystal, another sacred artifact that Kiyoshi had previously summoned, merging it perfectly with his fourth-stage Susanoo.

Had this spectacle taken place outside the Netherworld, it would have shaken the entire shinobi world to its core. Every faction would be unable to sit still, overwhelmed with fear and unrest.

"So... this is the Perfect Susanoo?" 

At this moment—

Kiyoshi, positioned within the giant's forehead, gazed upon the Susanoo he had fully unleashed with a tinge of awe and a hint of exhaustion. 

"I never thought it would consume this much chakra."

This was his first time using the Perfect Susanoo. 

Despite his potent eye power, which allowed him to fully materialize the vast chakra and maintain its form, displaying a true divine power, it was not without a toll. 

This was close to his current limit.

After two years of accumulation, he had barely reached the level to activate the Perfect Susanoo. 

Attaining an even more powerful form, such as using the Wood Release Susanoo or the Susanoo-infused True Several Thousand Hands or Kanzeon Lotus King, was beyond him for now.

In comparison—

Unlike Madara, who harnessed the power of the Nine-Tails through his Sharingan to activate the Majestic Attire Susanoo, Kiyoshi could achieve a similar feat if he were to capture a Tailed Beast. But for now, his focus was here.

The blue warrior, appearing like a god, spread its magnificent wings in a powerful motion. 

With a surge of air pressure, Kiyoshi, fully immersed in controlling the Perfect Susanoo, ascended into the sky.

Because the Netherworld was constantly reshaping itself around him as its caster, even at the breakneck speed of Susanoo's flight, Kiyoshi did not reach the end of the realm as he traveled several kilometers in an instant.

"The Susanoo truly is a power worthy of being called divine."

Experiencing firsthand the overwhelming might of the Perfect Susanoo, Kiyoshi soared above a three-dimensional landscape that continuously flashed by below. 

"However, compared to Madara Uchiha, Indra Otsutsuki, and the Sage of Six Paths, my Susanoo is still lacking in size."

But he wasn't discouraged. 

His current limitation was simply due to his insufficient chakra reserves. Given another two years, his Perfect Susanoo would surely become even more formidable.

Furthermore, armed with the Kagetsu Tsurugi and Kurogane Crystal, he was virtually indestructible.

With an impenetrable defense and unstoppable offensive power, his position was almost unassailable unless facing an opponent vastly stronger and operating on a different level. Otherwise, defeating him would be impossible.

The giant covered in tengu armor came to an abrupt stop, hovering in midair like a divine being, inspiring awe and reverence.

"Yasaka Magatama!" In the palm of his hand, three blue magatama formed, coiling together.

The magatama fused, shaping into a shuriken-like figure, spinning rapidly and generating gusts of fierce wind.

In the blink of an eye—

A massive blue chakra orb, visibly taking shape, was surrounded by countless wind blades slicing ceaselessly, forming a colossal shuriken that whipped up ferocious air currents. 

Under Kiyoshi's extraordinary control, this Wind Release Jutsu, more formidable than the standard Wind Release: Rasenshuriken, fused perfectly with the spinning magatama.

Together, they formed an incredibly destructive force, rotating and tearing through everything in its path, emanating an aura of devastating power.

"Yasaka Magatama: Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken." 

The giant raised its right hand, wielding this fused technique of Yasaka Magatama and Ultra-Big Ball Rasenshuriken, then hurled it forward.

Whoosh— The blue-white light beam surged forward like lightning, cutting through the ground as effortlessly as slicing through tofu!

Boom—

A resounding blast followed.

The blinding light and intense brilliance made it impossible to look directly at the impact, and a massive shockwave spread out in all directions.

Rumble!

Destruction in its purest form.

Surrounding crumbled, the ground split with a deafening roar, and an enormous abyss appeared, leaving anyone who witnessed it speechless. 

The sheer scale of power unleashed was unimaginable, only contained by the boundaries of the Netherworld.
