[Shika's POV]

'Where are you, Shika Kun….'

I paused, out of nowhere I suddenly heard this, was it an imagination?

'That voice… was that ?' I wondered but clearly, I didn't have time to think much when the boy I was fighting saw my momentary loss of focus and shifted his weight, only to turn around and deliver a round hose kick right at my face.

So mean…

I shook my head, getting my head back into the game, I could daydream later after kicking this guy's butt. And with that said, I effortlessly sidestep the incoming roundhouse kick right at my face.

I stepped back, making a little distance between us and then sent a quick jab towards him, which he blocked and went for another kick, this time a low one, targeting my knee.

This guy was getting more and more rude and brutal as time passed, I couldn't help but sigh and my shadow started to extend towards him, making him stop his attack midway with urgency and jump back, frantically getting out of the way of my shadow.

He jumped back and while getting back his hands formed a series of hand signs, and the next second he formed a giant fireball out of his mouth and sent it hurdling right at me.

I frowned, though we didn't confirm on it, but I thought that we were not using ninjutsu upon seeing he was only using Taijustu all this time. But now I see it, I use my shadow to retreat him soo... hmm whatever...

I sighed and rotated around, while rotating I also used Max Elephants water while doing it.

A water dome ended up creating around me as I rotated, this was Hyuga clan's technique which I learned from Hinata. Well, I was actually helping her learn this technique but through the process, I picked up how to do it with water nature. However, the original technique was supposed to be done with the help of Bayakugan and Pure Chakra, like Rasengan.

As the fireball came, it got smashed right into the water dome and evaporated.

"This technique again." My opponent seems to get annoyed when I use this technique against him for defence. It pretty much renders his offensive fire jutsu useless.

"Sorry Sasuke, but Fire Style not gonna work against a Prominent Water style user like me." I taunted, as I stopped rotating, though I have practised with this technique but it still leaves me dizzy sometimes. How those Hyuga do it, with 360 vision no less. Or maybe because they have 360 vision they don't get dizzy?

Sasuke didn't react, he quickly formed hand signs and soon lightning started to crackle in his hand. "Chidori…"

He is faster now, seems like he has been working real hard…I can't help but smile seeing his progress. Sasuke still only had normal Sharingan but the one year of hard training made him and everyone for that matter, really strong.

"Fine, I will do it too then…" I smirked and made two hand signs and the same jutsu appeared on my hands as well. In fact, mine was better, more exactly I could do even better, like Raikiri level better but I rather keep my hand right now than to suffer another week running away from him while he demand a rematch.

Let's aim for a nice sweet draw, to make both parties happy, shall we…

So, with that intention in my mind, I too rush at him, colliding my Chidori with his.

"Damn it, how it's still a draw, I swear Shika, if you are holding back then I will kill you…" Sasuke all but shouted, clear annoyance and irritation were on his face. For months he can't seem to win a single match against Shika no matter how hard he trains or what new jutsu he comes up with.

It mostly draws and occasionally when he was feeling a little too cocky I beat the shit out of him.

"Mah mah… Sasuke, I wouldn't dare, I gave my all, see I'm sweating all over and gasping for air. You have become strong. Maybe in another few decades, you can beat me."

"Bastard…. I demand a rematch…" Sasuke seems to lose it at that last comment and rushes at me again. But just as he was about to hit me with his fist, suddenly a refreshing cold breeze blew and even before anyone could realise an ice wall appeared between both of us.

"Hm… keep out of this…" Sasuke, still annoyed looked at the person responsible for this and said.

"Ah Haku, I was wondering where you are today. Good Morning, you are looking more beautiful somehow. Careful, I heard both Karin and Guren plotting another sting operation on you to get your beauty secret…" I smiled, enjoying the cold air, for one year staying in the land of snow, one just gets used to it.

Or dare I say, I Adapt… hehehe….

"Thanks, Shika Kun, but don't worry, I will not let them succeed." Haku had a helpless smile on his face. He wasn't sure what was more ridiculous, his leader teasing him because he looked like a girl or the real girls of the team going behind his back to raid his room, 'aka' the said sting operation…

Sigh…

"Yo boss, we all are here. Why do you suddenly call us all ?" Suddenly came a recognizable sound of one Suigetsu Hozuki. He was looking just as childish as ever even after a year's worth of training, all those muscle gains through training not helping him the slightest.

"Good, to the round table… let's talk there… I have made Nara a special Egg for everyone…"

"You mean boil egg. Again…" Suigetsu's wide smile visibly faltered upon hearing this, a year was enough for others to learn how lazy a Nara could be, it certainly didn't help my reputation any better.

Why the hell I am even on the cooking shift in the first place, ain't I the boss, this people have no respect for their superiors.

"Come on already" Grumbling I made my way to the table.

It's been a year since we started our training, it was a hard gruelling task, never thought we would even finish it but surprisingly none gave up. Though the 1 million Ryo rewards I placed for completing the training successfully certainly helped in that regard.

We all have come a long way.

Sasuke, Guren, Jugo, Kimimaro, Suigetsu, and Haku all have improved, even Karin has saved her reputation from becoming a slightly better Sakura due to her innate healing abilities.

[Just joking, post-time skip Sakura is pretty cool]

However, though I don't want to over exaggerate it and I consider myself somewhat of a humble guy, but the person who has seen the most growth is me.

Even after trying to manage this bunch of misfits and singlehandedly trying to run this organization, I still was able to take out time to train.

'I mean does anyone here even have the slightest idea how bloody hard it is to form your very own information network or place even a few real good working spies around the world.

Let me tell you, it's fucking hard… and that was the tip of my worries.

From creating a barrier to stop those peeping toms zetsu's out of my turf to finding a way to stop any spacetime jutsu from working in this place except mine, to prevent some love-sick Romeo turn psychopath coming uninvited and pulling a Uchiha Massacred 2.0.

So, it was a lot of work, and in amist of all that, I still found enough time to train.

However, training wasn't the reason I have gotten strong, oh no… it was because of Tsunade. At least indirectly.

After few days of leaving the hidden leaf, she ended up promoting me and most likely both Karin and Sasuke as well. I haven't been to the village so I can't say for sure. So the question arises how come I know this?

Because System Sama is all-knowing.

The moment I became a Jonin, the system gave me the option to get any Jonin's powers, skills and talent who I have beaten or killed in the past. Pretty neat…

"Oi, what are you zoning out on…" Karin who was chatting happily with Haku, still in the illusion that she was a girl, asked.

"Ah nothing, just wondering something. So are you all done do let's get down to business…" I smiled, seems like the power reveal had to wait…

"So, tell us already, why call all of us here all of a sudden." Guren who was looking more mature now and even more deadly asked.

Over the course of one year, almost everyone here became friends, some might not agree to that openly, mainly the tough guys like Sasuke and this girl but I can see they all have started to look at each other as comrades, this was a good thing.

"I call you all, because today, we can officially have completed our one-year intense training camp…" I said, bringing complete silence to the room.

"It's over…" Karin asked with a dumfounded look on her face.

"Yup, it's been a year already…"

"For real ?"

"For real-real"

"God, I felt like I would be stuck will all of you for my entire life, finally it's over."

"I'm never going through that hell again. Are you sure it's over…"

"I promise it's over, as for the hell, I can't say…"

"Hm… so what's now, what we do now ?"

"Now we hunt…" my smile faltered and I rested back to the seat, looking at all of them with intensity.

None made any noise, by now they had learned enough when I was serious and actually ordering them and when I was just guffing around.

"We are going to make teams, much like Akatsuki… a pair of two and hunt them down one by one." I continued.

"Haku and Suigetsu, you are in a team. Seeing how both of you are from the hidden mist and how both of you complement each others powers, this is the best team match for you both…" I said and both Haku and Suigetsu nodded. Not denying.

"Kimimaro and Guren. Both of you have known each other for long enough and have worked together so it should be easy for you to get along right…"

Hearing this, they both didn't respond anything for a while but then ultimately nodded. I earlier planned to put Guren with Sasuke but both are headstrong and I can't have that.

"Jugo and Sasuke. I know what you are thinking Jugo, don't worry, Sasuke is strong, he can stop if the situation so demands."

Again both agree without any problem.

"And Karin, you are with me, someone has to look after that perfectly round yet useless ass of yours right…"

"Hey, that sexual harassment. But if that means that I get too lazy around like you then sure count me in…"

"Sigh…"

"Whatever, from now on use the secret message route to contact HQ, Karin will be placed here almost all the time to respond. Remember you can't come to the HQ, to keep it secret, I have hidden this place well.

"Lastly, make sure that you all stay alive, I won't wanna look around for new members and give them training any time soon…."

"Any Questions ?"

"..."

"Good, then we..." Just as I was saying someone put his hands up.

"What ?"

"Its been a year, at least now tell us what you gonna name this darn Organization of yours ?" It was Guren who ask this.

"Oh, yes...

"Well how about...
