Happy new year, I hope you had a fantastic year. Let us welcome 2025 with a smile because my mom used to tell me that the way you greet the new year will be your predominant expression for the rest of the year. I roasted them one after another, causing the shinobi council to retract in fear. I looked around last time to see "Any other objection?" and saw no one raised their hands, hokage looked at me like I am his savior or something. 

"There is one last thing to do before we make it official," The third hokage said, "Tell me about your rinnegan. I already know all of that but what about the other abilities such as the six paths of pain and your unique ability." 

"You know quite a lot about it" I looked surprised at him, I never knew that he knew so much about the rinnegan. 

"Of course, my nickname is the professor. I did my research and also my student taught a rinnegan user" He said and ended with "He could teach you" 

"No need" I said at this the council was ready to burst again with me being arrogant but I already know that what I said did sound arrogant. I quickly continued with "My rinnegan comes with a built in manual that gives me perfect mastery over it. As such I have all six paths, less taxing and perfect mastery over all of them. I can even fly with my Deva path" 

"I see your unique ability" He asked again, I just smiled and sighed. He also understood the meaning and also smiled, I took a deep breath and spoke 

"My ability is called 'Trimarga Avatar'. It grants me 3 avatars each having a unique symbol and powers. I can switch between them but there is a time limit before I can change, there is also the fact that it takes humongous chakra. I mean the size of a high tail beast to use all the avatar. Thankfully, my rinnegan with its discount just needs Jonin to kage level chakra." This is a lie since it takes an average Otsutsuki level chakra to gain use of all three of them like sasuke used his ability, like a fucking uber. I then continued with

 "My first avatar, Genesis, has two weapons. A lotus flower which can heal someone from any injury as long as it is not dead but after use of the flower petals I need time to regrow them. The other one is a bead that can transform into anything in creation, there are only 5 beads though. Each one of them is thought to break but is possible with a tail best's bijuu dama." I took a break before continuing 

" My second avatar, Aegis. He has the armors and shield which can defend and negate any chakra, he also has a spinning disk called chackram which can control time by either stopping it or reversing it. It can only reverse the movement and not the state at which the body is in, the chackram is also an offensive weapon since I can control its movement. My third avatar, Oblivion. He has a chain that can burn you anytime and he also has the trident which is made from destruction and can destroy anything. When I say destroy that means there is no recovery even from my own lotus" I finished, and looked around to see the entire council in a state of shock slowly turning into panic and calm and then panic again.

It was hard to guess what everyone was thinking, even the hokage was just like that. He slowly walked back to the desk and took a paper and stamped it, the sound echoed in the council room as no one was speaking they were still trying to come to terms with what they heard. I took the papers and some more papers from the shinobi council and the elders before leaving with a checklist I need to have in 3 days. I left the council room as everyone sat there in silence as they came to terms with the ridiculous power of my eye. Although the civilians were more concerned with what I said about them this is something I never understood about them, do they have selective hearing or something? How do they not hear all those rumors about them? Most of the time it is someone from their neighborhood too. If so, Is it possible to learn this power?
