Morning

Under Might Guy's somewhat incredulous gaze, Bai Xuan learned all of the moves of Konoha Strong Fist.

Noon

After training, Bai Xuan invited Might Guy, Tenten, and Naruto to lunch.

After eating, Bai Xuan left.

When Tenten and Naruto went back to exercising and trying to catch up to Bai Xuan, Bai Xuan went to buy weights from Tengang.

Afterwards, Bai Xuan and Hayate went to where Hayate had seen the crows a few days before.

Bai Xuan approached the location of the crows, and he saw large wooden bird houses, and the size was enough to house and accommodate at least one thousand crows.

At this time, it was time for the crows to be fed. Uchiha Shisui input his chakra into a sealing scroll, brought out ten buckets of minced meat that he had cut, and began feeding the crows.

The crows were hovering overhead, eating, drinking, or standing on the branches around Shisui, quietly waiting and watching for their food.

My name is Bai Xuan, and this is my ninja dog companion, Hayate.

Before he could speak, however, Bai Xuan continued. "I would like to raise a crow with chakra as a summoning beast. Senior Shisui, if it's not too much to ask, I would like to purchase one from you. 

I can pay in Ryo, or if you have a different method of payment you would prefer, please tell me."

After Bai Xuan spoke, Shisui fell into thought.

Looking Bai Xuan and Hayate up and down, Shisui considered once again that Bai Xuan's chakra was exceptional for his age, and he also began to appreciate Bai Xuan's mind.

To be able to communicate with a stranger so efficiently at such a young age, Shisui thought that maybe Bai Xuan might have an interesting answer to a question he had been considering.

So, although every villager is instilled with the mantra of the Will of Fire, they still behave relatively normally.

In his analysis, Bai Xuan decided that these problems stemmed from a lack of proper education. In his old world, regardless of the nation, most if not all children went through educational courses where different understandings of the concepts of morality, ideology, and justice were discussed.

While their were still some who basked in their own imagined moral superiority, the majority of citizens still had a grounded view of reality thanks to their childhood education.

But in this world, there is only the Will of Fire for Konoha, making their moral values and ideological ideals somewhat distorted.

Thinking of this, Bai Xuan finally responded to Shisui's question.

"It should be a problem related to the conflicting environments.

Within the Uchiha clan, parents probably tell their children that they are members of the Uchiha clan, how great the Uchiha clan is, instilling the need to live up to the Uchiha name and the pride of the Uchiha.

Whether it is the parents, elders, or friends around them, they are taught to believe that the Uchiha are superior, and over time, they will begin to believe that as well.

So to answer your question, the reason why someone from the Uchiha would consider the Uchiha clan more important than the village is because they have been told that throughout their entire lives that the Uchiha are superior to the common people, and so they naturally believe that their interests within the clan are more important than the interests of the village as a whole."

Bai Xuan used a pretty conventional answer to respond to Shisui, but after hearing Bai Xuan, Shisui seemed to be in deep thought.

What Bai Xuan said made sense, the Uchiha were indeed like this.

But this brought about a new question, and Shisui began thinking.

'If this is the case, how do I solve the problem?

Can I still save the people who have the idea 'The Uchiha are above everything' rooted in their heads?

No, they can't be changed quickly enough for it to matter.
