Ryu, the village chief, at a mere twelve years old, had transformed this hidden paradise into a miniature nation. Five years ago, he had initiated ambitious projects:

* Industrialization: A glass-making industry flourished, utilizing the abundant local sand.

* Military Training: A rigorous ninja academy churned out skilled warriors, with specialized classes for medical ninjas, sealing techniques, and even experimental ninjutsu like the Rasengan.

* Medical Advancements: Recognizing the lack of medical ninjutsu in this era, Ryu prioritized medical training, establishing a dedicated hospital and fostering a unique medical ninja corps.

* Infrastructure: A robust barrier protected the village, maintained by a dedicated team of sealing experts.

The village had grown exponentially, attracting refugees and families seeking a peaceful haven. The population now exceeded 4,000, with a formidable military force of 1,000 ninjas, including 50 elite Jonin. Intelligence gathering was handled by 12 ANBU teams, led by two formidable Shadow-level ninjas, Daisuke and Eichi, who had surpassed even Ryu in strength.

Ryu, however, was not content with merely protecting his village. He believed in peaceful coexistence and accepted only missions that benefited the community:

Now, an invitation from the Senju clan, seeking medical aid for their wounded after a recent conflict with the Uchiha, presented a unique opportunity. Ryu, accompanied by an escort of 20 Jonin, 10 elite Jonin (including himself and the two Shadow-level ninjas), and two ANBU teams, prepared to embark on his first diplomatic mission.

Arrival at the Senju Clan

Approaching the Senju clan compound, Ryu's entourage was met with a tense atmosphere. The guards, mistaking them for an enemy force, readied for combat. Ryu, displaying his village's headband, quickly diffused the situation. However, the presence of the Uzumaki clan within the Senju compound had initially heightened the alert level, given the Uzumaki's unique bloodline techniques.

Butsuma Senju, the clan leader, and Ashina Uzumaki, the Uzumaki clan leader, were awaiting their arrival. Stunned by Ryu's youth and the awe-inspiring presence of the two Shadow-level ninjas standing behind him, they quickly composed themselves.

"Welcome, guests," Butsuma greeted them warmly. "Please, be seated."

Ryu, maintaining his composure, declined the offer, stating, "First, I believe it's crucial to address the immediate needs of your injured. My medical ninjas are eager to assist."

Eichi, leading the medical team, immediately departed to tend to the wounded.

Butsuma, impressed by Ryu's maturity, nodded in approval. "Indeed, the situation is dire. We were hoping you could provide some insight into your advanced medical techniques."
