"Hahaha, Ace, you got beat up pretty bad. And Yamato, you're almost as swollen as a pig's head." On the deck of the Moby Dick, Shin, who was unharmed, laughed at Yamato, who was tightly bound with seastone chains, and Ace, who was covered in bruises and blood.

Ace seemed all right, and Shin couldn't tell if it was because Whitebeard favored him or because of his weaker resistance to seastone, but he only wore a handcuff. On the other hand, Yamato had been practically immune to Sea-Prism Stone since she'd been exposed to it from a young age.

Ordinary seastone handcuffs barely affected her, only reducing her strength slightly. And given her resilience and fighting spirit, she was still active and ready for more, even while cuffed. So, they'd wrapped her up in layers upon layers of seastone chains, turning her into a bound caterpillar.

When Ace saw Shin, he immediately asked, "What happened to Deuce and the others? Weren't you supposed to escape?"

Shin shrugged nonchalantly. "Originally, Deuce suggested a sneak attack from the rear, but the moment he reached the coast, he got knocked out, and the whole plan collapsed. I saw things weren't good, so I saved my strength and surrendered."

"Wow, Shin, you're so unreliable!" complained Yamato, still bound up like a caterpillar. "Did you really surrender that easily?"

Shin grinned, replying, "After all, I'm just the ship doctor. It'd be a bit much to expect me to carry the team in battle, don't you think?"

"True," Yamato admitted. "It's just that you're usually so strong, we forget you're supposed to be our doctor."

At that point, Shin turned to Whitebeard, who sat on the deck, "Captain Whitebeard, can you unlock my captain's cuffs? I'd like to treat him."

While Yamato's face was bruised and swollen, she wasn't seriously injured. Once Ace lost, she didn't have much reason to keep fighting. Ace, however, had squared off with Whitebeard one-on-one for quite some time, and he was in much worse shape.

The power of Whitebeard's Tremor-Tremor Fruit was brutal, inflicting injuries that bypassed ordinary defenses. Despite Whitebeard showing mercy, Ace was still battered all over. He'd likely be in the ICU if he had been an ordinary person.

Sitting on the deck, Whitebeard swallowed his drink and gestured to Marco with a casual wave, who tossed Shin the key to the seastone cuffs. Catching it, Shin grinned. "The Whitebeard Pirates live up to their reputation, that's for sure."

The comment wasn't just directed at Whitebeard. The captains of the Whitebeard Pirates seemed to trust their captain completely, showing no concern even when Shin released both Ace and Yamato from their restraints.

Shin unlocked Ace's handcuffs and promptly swallowed him whole, a sight that surprised even the seasoned Whitebeard. The entire Whitebeard crew gaped, staring at Shin in disbelief.

Moments later, Shin spat Ace back out. His injuries were completely healed, though his lost blood and stamina hadn't been restored.

"What a powerful healing ability!" Marco remarked, his eyes lighting up. His Phoenix Fruit allowed him to heal rapidly, but only himself. Shin, however, seemed able to heal others almost instantly, a power Marco recognized as invaluable for a crew.

Shin acted as if nothing unusual had happened, moving on to free Yamato and heal her injuries completely as well. Once Ace and Yamato were fully healed, they seemed to settle down, realizing they were treated with respect despite being prisoners. They sensed that the Whitebeard Pirates had no interest in mistreating them.

Shin turned his attention to his real target, Teach, and asked with a grin, "How about you over there? Want me to heal your injuries?"

Teach's face remained calm, and he gave a naive smile. "No need, really."

"Come on, Teach, give it a try!" Marco urged. Whitebeard, seated nearby, gave a slight nod but said nothing.

"Huh?" Teach blinked and chuckled. "Afraid of a devil fruit ability? As if!"

Blushing slightly, Teach replied, "It's just a devil fruit, right? What's there to be afraid of? Go ahead."

Shin's eyes lit up. "All right, then!" Without waiting for a response, he opened his mouth wide and swallowed Teach whole. Due to Teach's larger build, Shin stretched into an odd shape, but he spat him back out moments later. Teach patted his back, amazed. "Completely healed! What an incredible Devil Fruit power!"

Shin suppressed his excitement, saying, "It's not just my devil fruit power; my medical skills play a big role too. The combination of my healing ability and medical knowledge can fully restore any internal and external injuries."

Marco's eyes gleamed with interest, but he didn't say much.

Though the Spade Pirates initially fought against the Whitebeard Pirates, they found themselves treated with respect by their captors. Marco treated them as fellow crew members during their stay, as long as they didn't cause any trouble.

Whitebeard clearly admired Ace and wanted him as part of his crew. He was aware of Ace's stubborn nature and knew that pushing too hard wouldn't work. Rather than trying to force anything, Whitebeard let Ace adjust on his own, understanding that Ace would need time to open up and accept the Whitebeard Pirates as allies.
