Chapter 7: Seizing Uchiha Bloodline, Manipulating Uchiha Itachi!

Hidden in the shadows, Uchiha Yi had been watching the entire time as Itachi mercilessly slaughtered his parents and then "educated" his younger brother, Sasuke.

He had no intention of interfering in any of it.

Initially, his plan was to wait until Uchiha Itachi finished his business and left, then appear to seize Uchiha Fugaku's bloodline and Mangekyō Sharingan.

If Sasuke were hit, there would be nothing left of him but ashes!

Though Itachi couldn't understand how someone managed to use this Mangekyō Sharingan technique without possessing the Sharingan themselves, his protective instincts over Sasuke kicked in.

As a maximum-level protective older brother, Itachi could never stand by and let such a thing happen!

Moving with lightning speed, Itachi appeared in front of Sasuke with a body-flicker technique, activating the skeletal form of Susanoo to shield Sasuke from the flames.

While defending, Itachi simultaneously hurled a few shuriken toward Uchiha Yi, showcasing his exceptional ninja talent.

It wasn't an attempt to kill but merely to disrupt and gain more reaction time.

After all, someone who had been hiding undetected, seemingly possessed unknown powers, and potentially wielded space-time ninjutsu couldn't be underestimated!

However, Uchiha Yi didn't even glance at the incoming shuriken.

Reaching out, he grabbed the bodies of Uchiha Fugaku and Mikoto, allowing the shuriken to pass through him and embed themselves in the wooden wall behind.

To Itachi's shock, the stranger seemed entirely unharmed as if the shuriken had passed through thin air.

His earlier actions were merely a distraction, exploiting Sasuke as a means to disrupt Itachi's focus.

Once he secured his targets, Uchiha Yi wasted no time. Activating his Flame-Flame Fruit ability, his body ignited in flames.

Using the fire as a medium, he performed a combination of techniques: Fire-Walking Escape Technique augmented by his fruit's power.

The two abilities worked in perfect harmony, allowing Uchiha Yi to vanish almost instantaneously with Fugaku and Mikoto's corpses.

The entire process, from appearing to disappearing, took less than two seconds.

"Ensure none are left behind in the buildings!"

Upon seeing the carnage, Hiruzen Sarutobi frowned deeply, issuing swift orders to the ANBU.

"By the way, who could've done this?"

A masked ANBU ninja with white hair couldn't help but voice his confusion.

"It was Uchiha Itachi."

At that moment, Danzo Shimura approached with members of Root, speaking coldly.

"He despised his clan and harbored immense hatred."

"He even killed Uchiha Shisui, taking his Sharingan!"

"This internal strife among the Uchiha is what led to this tragedy."

Danzo's explanation was absurdly far-fetched, almost laughable.

Anyone familiar with Itachi would struggle to believe such nonsense.

But Danzo didn't care whether others believed him. To him, what mattered was presenting his version as the truth.

"Stop wasting time!"

"Handle this quickly and ensure fear doesn't spread throughout the village!"

Perhaps realizing Danzo's words lacked credibility, Hiruzen interrupted him sharply, asserting his authority.

On the surface, it seemed directed at Danzo, but anyone paying attention could sense the underlying conspiracy.

Yet, no one dared question Hiruzen's authority, and the group disappeared in an instant.

In the blink of an eye, only Hiruzen and Danzo remained.

"All issues are now resolved."

Danzo spoke calmly as he walked to Hiruzen's side.

"Resolved? This is like a large bone stuck in our throats!"

"Don't you understand?"

Hiruzen retorted angrily.

"Hmph! It's just a small bone."

Danzo sneered, his disdain for his old friend evident.

Even now, Hiruzen pretended to be righteous, as if anyone believed his act.

And thus, Uchiha Yi's schemes continued in the shadows, while the tragedy of the Uchiha clan set the stage for darker days to come.
