Naruto: Damned Reincarnation

In a meeting room inside the Dokukuro clan.

5 elders and 5 elite ninjas sat across the patriarch of the clan while forming an organized line. Besides him was his wife, Ayaze.

The patriarch of the clan is a 36 years old man with a stern face, while his wife is 34. All the way across the room sat the previous patriarch, Motomaro.

Motomaro glared at his son, Tetsubo, with unknown meaning, only being understood by his own son.

One of the elders who was seated cuffed and officially began the meeting, "Patriarch, the young master Onochi has already reached the age of 7. It's time for him to practice ninjutsu and the art of being a warrior."

Ayaze frowned and looked at her wife with pleading eyes.

Seeing what Ayaze was doing, a different elder spoke, "Ahem, if I may speak. The young master is undoubtedly a genius, rivaling even the geniuses from previous generations. Keeping him untainted will merely hurt him in the long run!"

Tetsubo sighed then spoke, "Although he might be smart, I don't know if that will correlate with being a shinobi."

Although lacking much authority, one of the Elite ninjas spoke with a frown on his face, "It will, patriarch. The young master has already enlightened many of the younger generation in ninjutsus. Not only has he enlightened and helped the young, he's now teaching many adults about taijutsu."

"That may be true, but he is merely a child!" Yelled Ayaze

The youngest elder stood up and yelled, "A child or not, he must train! This world is filled with dangers, and subjecting a heir of a clan to being a normal person is suicidal! It's merely asking for him to die! And besides, kids no older than 4 are out there fighting for their lives, for their clan, and for fame!"

Ayaze glared at the bold elder, but the elder did not back down. He continued by saying, "Are we really gonna pretend that we ourselves did not fight when we were his age?!"

The elders and the elites nodded. Another elder stood up and was about to continue the argument, but was quickly interrupted by a ninja barging in.

The elder turned red, "How dare you! We're in an important meeting!"

The elders and the elites were about to reprimand the man until he yelled, "Young master Onochi has created a jutsu!"

The room was plunged into silence. It felt like that the very room was frozen in time, until a pen was dropped by one of the elites.

"W-What the hell are you talking about?" The elite stuttered 

The man who barged in explained what had happened, "Earlier when I was guarding the prince at the garden, I saw that he was writing something. Then he laid on the floor contemplating something. I didn't think much of it at the time, but then he fell asleep and so I wanted to carry him back to his room… But that's when I saw the book he was writing. Curiosity took over me and I read the book…"

"Well, what was it?!" Asked the Elite

Tetsubo and Ayaze glared at the man as he spoke. The man read something he shouldn't have, the personal notebook Tetsubo gave Onochi as his present. Although they were mad, they were also curious as to what Onochi wrote.

"Well… It was a ninjutsu. It wasn't complete, but I can easily tell it was a ninjutsu."

"What kind of ninjutsu?" asked Motomaro

Although it has been seven years since I got here, I still haven't trained in ninjutsu or any form of fighting.

I have tried talking to my parents and even hinting that I wanted to train, as I was intrigued by the anime. However, no matter how many times I ask, they would simply say I was too young.

Of course I did not believe them, as I saw many children younger than me practice walking on trees.

I looked outside my window and saw a fight. I imagined myself fighting in the battlefield and winning victories. 

Although I'm not adventurous, I am starting to become more of a weeb as I do nothing all day. I began imagining anime fights and how cool it would be… As to why I am changing so fast, it is because of the words of Okane and the fact that there is nothing going on for me in this world.

I already knew most things my parents are trying to teach me. In fact, I'm more proficient in some categories like running the clan, math, science, language, etc.

So now, I have nothing else to do but romanticize the things I missed in the previous life. Without my lethargy acting up, I can now roam the world freely without feeling gloomy or tired all the time.

But sadly, I can't, because my parents are scared.

It's understandable as I am their only child, and they have been married for 25 years now.

I sighed and looked around the room for something to do, until I saw a book that was given to me 2 years ago on my 5th birthday. It was a book meant to be my diary, but I haven't started since I've gotten it. 

I took the book and dusted it off. And as I opened the empty pages of the book, I remembered that I can theorize how to use ninjutsus.

Although I can't use ninjutsus right now, I can "create" existing ones from the anime and recreate it once I'm able to use chakra.

"But what ninjutsu should I recreate first….?"
