Naruto: After Seclusion Becoming Naruto Grandfather

Chapter 34: Chapter 34

"Casino?"

The group froze at the unexpected word. Orochimaru and a casino—those two concepts seemed worlds apart. Was it possible that Orochimaru, short on funds for his experiments, had resorted to gambling to secure resources?

A bizarre image formed in Neji's mind: a pale-faced Orochimaru losing a bet and, in a fit of rage, cutting down his opponent. The thought sent a chill down his spine. Is this what makes an S-class traitor so terrifying?

Before they could act on this information, Naruto and his team crossed paths with Kabuto, who was returning with Sasuke in tow.

"Why are you here?" Sasuke asked first, his eyes narrowing at the familiar faces.

His gaze lingered on Naruto, sensing a stronger, more commanding presence radiating from him. Could it be that Naruto has also gained power from Orochimaru? Sasuke wondered, his hunger for strength growing with every passing moment. He looked forward to what Orochimaru might offer him.

"Why are you here?" Naruto countered, his eyes scanning Sasuke's restrained form. Despite knowing Sasuke wouldn't flee, Kabuto had bound him with a rope, an image Naruto found both strange and amusing.

Sasuke scoffed and turned away, unwilling to engage further. But inside, his emotions churned violently. Once dismissed as a dead-last ninja, Naruto had ascended to a level rivaling that of a Jonin under Uzumaki Chito's guidance. Sasuke struggled to accept this reality, though he knew he had no choice but to face it.

This internal turmoil ignited something within Sasuke. His Sharingan activated, the two tomoe in his eyes swirling with intensity. Then, driven by a storm of negative emotions—helplessness, frustration, and jealousy—a third tomoe began to manifest, transforming from a faint outline to a solid shape.

The birth of the Three Tomoe Sharingan unleashed a surge of chakra, distorting the air around Sasuke. Overwhelmed by the sudden influx of power, he broke free from the ropes binding him.

His newfound Sharingan focused on Naruto, and a wave of genjutsu surged toward his former teammate.

"Naruto!" Neji called out in alarm as Sasuke launched his attack. He prepared to step in, but Guy held him back.

"Don't interfere," Guy said firmly. "Naruto can handle it, and Sasuke needs to release the full potential of his Sharingan."

"But..." Neji hesitated, watching Sasuke closely. The Uchiha's newfound power radiated an aura of menace, and Neji's instincts screamed danger. As a member of the Hyuga clan, he understood the Uchiha's Sharingan better than most. He knew firsthand how terrifying those eyes could be.

Naruto, unfazed by the genjutsu, shifted into his Three-Tails Kyuubi Mode. The dense chakra of the Nine-Tails enveloped his body, its fiery energy radiating outward.

"Don't think I'm weak," Naruto said with a scoff, his tone dripping with confidence. His control over the Nine-Tails' power had reached an impressive level.

Sasuke's determination burned brighter. His Sharingan flared, and he charged at Naruto with blinding speed, a shuriken aimed directly at Naruto's eyes.

But Naruto barely moved. With a casual wave of his hand, the protective chakra of the Nine-Tails batted Sasuke aside like a ragdoll. The impact sent Sasuke flying, crashing into the ground with a sickening thud.

Sasuke groaned, his body screaming in pain. He felt as if his bones were on the verge of shattering. Looking up, he saw Naruto standing over him, his expression cold and dismissive, as if Sasuke were nothing more than an insect.

"This is the power of the Sharingan?" Naruto sneered. "Weak."

"You..." Sasuke gasped, his voice trembling with rage and humiliation. But his anger only deepened his despair. His Sharingan dimmed, the third tomoe vanishing as his strength faded. Blood spilled from his lips as he coughed violently before collapsing, unconscious.

"That was easy," Naruto said, clapping his hands together as if brushing off dust. Compared to his daily training with Guy, this fight had been a disappointment. Though the Three-Tails Mode wasn't Naruto's strongest form, it was more than enough to overpower Sasuke.

Neji watched the fallen Sasuke with a mix of emotions. The Three Tomoe Sharingan was equivalent in power to the Hyuga clan's Byakugan, yet even that couldn't hold a candle to Naruto's strength. If I want to become stronger, Neji thought, then the Tenseigan is my only path.

Kabuto observed the scene with a smile. "As expected of the disciple of that man," he muttered to himself. Naruto had grown into a formidable force, someone even high-level ninja would find difficult to face.

Turning to the group, Kabuto addressed them. "So, you're here to find Orochimaru-sama? You're in luck—I know how to contact him. Follow me."

Without waiting for a response, Kabuto hoisted Sasuke onto his back and began walking toward a hidden path. After exchanging brief glances, Naruto and the others followed.
