Myth: The Ruler of Spirituality

Chapter 479 The Roadblock

Olympus, before the Golden Palace.

The Well of Reincarnation inverted in the sky, the Codex of Creation sealing the realms.

The shadow of Asgard loomed indistinctly, and for the first time, the remnants of the Nine Realms, once ruled by Zeus, were exposed so directly to all beings.

The deities and nymphs on the Mount of the Gods looked at each other, incredulous that the Divine King, who had just displayed great power, had suddenly fallen into the divine realm he had once 'created.'

But this was not the main issue. The greater problem was that the divine artifact from the Spirit Realm and the power it brought were restrained, but the deities themselves were not.

With the shadow of the Nether Moon on her back, wings unfolded behind her.

Vast divine power surged above the Mount of the Gods, making it impossible for those with anything less than intermediate divine power to even gaze upon it.

Liana knew that, in principle, her task for today was completed.

With Zeus trapped here, he could no longer expand the scope of his sovereign power in the short term.

The core of the starry sky, the edge of the Earth, Hades' passive resistance... these issues were already enough to delay him as long as he didn't personally intervene.

Yet just walking away left Liana somewhat unsatisfied.

These present-day gods had been comfortable for too long, with flourishing life forms giving them more adoration than in any previous era.

Innumerable mortals racked their brains to curry the favor of the gods, just to praise the glory of the gods.

So much so that figures like Ares were emerging in droves, having forgotten what it means to show reverence.

Her gaze shifted, and Liana looked towards the deities on the Mount of the Gods.

There was more than one powerful divine force remaining here, but if she called in a few more people, even if they joined forces to resist...

"Hmm?"

She slightly raised her eyes, frowned slightly, and reached out toward the distance.

In that direction, a faint aura resonating with Zeus's power of royal authority was rapidly approaching, heading straight for her.

Surrounded by lightning, with a glow accompanying.

Looking at the chaos of Olympus, Hera couldn't hide her fury, even though she didn't yet understand what had happened.

Hebe had just been harmed, and in her rage, she went to handle the matter, only for such a change to occur in Olympus, making it impossible for her not to take notice.

"Stop!"

With a stern shout, Hera invoked the power of the Heavenly Empress.

An invisible ripple swept across, merging with the thunder around her, crashing onto the shadow of the Nether Moon.

Buzz—

Silver and purple intertwined lines spread through the void, tearing through the nine clouds above and below the Mount of the Gods.

Retracting her right hand, despite not being at a disadvantage.

Yet vaguely, Liana still felt a hint of pain.

Facing the gods, without the Divine King's permission, Hera could not suppress them with the power of the Heavenly Empress.

But against the enemies of the Olympian Pantheon, this position granted her power second only to that of Zeus.

But this was not enough; as an interim overseer of the Spirit Realm, Liana had far more resources to mobilize... However, at this moment, her pupils suddenly contracted.

Beside Hera, a figure that should have been sealed slowly appeared.

"This is..."

"—A bluff!"

After a brief hesitation, Liana immediately discerned the truth.

The true form of Zeus had indeed been sealed in Asgard; what was appearing here now was his previously shattered incarnation.
