NOVEL NEXT Chapter 19: (15) Assimilation Progress
So as I stated at the end of last chapter, I'll make it more interesting!

• also thinking of adding another Reincarnated, but a rouge one, that'll chase after Katerina. If you want to be the Rogue then type the name here and who has the best name will get the opportunity to have that character as the main Villain for Katerina!

It was 1 week later when Katerina's eyes fluttered open and she released a strained breath.
She looked around and noticed she was in a medical room with Red Tornado and a few other members looking over her vitals, powers, and wings.
Her eyes went wide as she noticed the wings, 'Wings? What the hell happened? Ohh right, the bloodlines...urgh why does my stomach feel like it's doing flips?'
Red Tornado noticed her moving and wincing in pain, "Please Miss Katerina don't move, you're body is currently getting used to the new powers and changes to you're body, please take a look at this"
Katerina grabbed a tablet looking thing and noticed most of her organs have either gained size or doubled, and then she noticed that she didn't have just one heart anymore, she had two.
"How is this possible Red? I mean I felt pain and then poof darkness, wait, how long have I been asleep?"
Before Red Tornado could speak a loud crash grabbed everyone's attention, when Katerina looked over she seen Wonder Woman aka Diana Prince, with a food tray at her feet. With quick movements she was beside Katerina looking all over her.
Katerina placed her hand on Diana's cheek and made her look into her own eyes, "I'm fine, just a little pain but that'll pass, I'm sorry I passed out before we could really learn more about each other. I probably caused you so much worry, I am sor-"
Before Katerina could finished Diana placed a kiss on her lips, "It's fine, I mean it's really not but still at least you are fine, and plus with you awake now we can talk about us, but for now you need rest to let you're new powers fully situate as to not cause you harm later. Oh and you Batman had some 'questions' for you so be ready for that"
Katerina nodded with a pure deep blush, "I know what you mean by questions, anyway after that we will talk about a lot of things after the questioning, for now though I think you are right about resting" with that she kissed Diana on the lips again which caused both of them to blush.
As Diana left, Katerina sat up on the table and got on and began, slowly, moving around. She could subconsciously feel the wings on her back and make then flutter with little to no thought, 'sigh, who would have thought my first kiss would be in a new life, and not only that but my favorite female hero, I wonder if that was planned? Either way I am happy, but about these wings, could i actually fly?'
While she was contemplating her new life and new powers, Batman was sitting in the meeting room with Superman, John Constantine, and Shazam. They were watching Katerina mess with her wings completely forgetting about the ears on her head and the tails behind her, Shazam spoke up, "She's pretty but she's a bit ditzy right? I mean she's more focused on the wings then the other obvious changes, also do you think those wings can help her fly?"
They all gave him a deadpan stare before turning back to the monitors as John spoke, "What 'changes' confuse me is that she had so much Demonic Energy in her but now, it's a perfect harmony with another energy and it has to do with her wings" they all turn to look at him with a questioning gaze as he continued, "what I mean is that, somehow, she has gained Divinity. She's like a perfect combo of Demon and Angel. I'm not sure how she gained either, but for them to be in perfect sinc in her is, unique, almost never heard of"
Everyone's eyes were wide at the realization of what John told them, they all went back to looking at the monitor, Shazam spoke up, "But that doesn't really explain the ears and the tails though, how did she gain those?"
They all had wide eyed with confused gazes as they realized he was right, and they all had one question on their mind, 'How did she gain those ears and tails'
(A Few Days Later)
Katerina had remained in the room for the few days waiting for her Bloodlines to assimilate, they finally had and she never felt better, she wanted to see how good her luck was after the Bloodlines but at the same time she was worried about getting another blackout instance, but as they say: Curiosity killed the cat.
'System do 3 sign ins please!'

Katerina raised an eyebrow at the message only to gasp as she felt the air around her become basically readable, "woah, so this is Spider sense? Its...powerful"

This chapter wasn't as long cause it's a weekend chapter, but I still wanted it to be enjoyable for everyone!
