Meanwhile, Li Xiangmei appeared joyful. She had a fondness for Lin Yifan, and now he had helped her get rid of Doctor Luo, her unscrupulous boyfriend, and had confessed his feelings for her, making her feel that not only did she not lose anything, but she actually gained from it.

Lin Yifan did not want to be misunderstood again, so he clarified his earlier confession, "Miss Li, actually I..."

However, just as he was about to continue, Xiaoqing interrupted him, "Actually, Mr. Lin really likes you; he's just too shy to say it."
