My Primordial Demon System

Chapter 81: Rage versus Demon

Silva locked eyes with the demon. "Peter, take Ella and leave," he said.

"I'm not leaving you here alone," Peter said.

"Someone has to protect her, please," Silva said.

"I'm not leaving, brother," Ella said.

"Now's not the time for that, Ella. Go, please," Silva said, then looked at Peter. "I'll create an opening and you take her."

Peter was reluctant, but he nodded. Silva got up, locking eyes with the demon.

"Honestly, you are really pissing me off," Silva said and lunged forward; he moved like a rocket headed for the target.

The demon frowned and fired another blast, but Silva dodged it and countered with a claw strike. The demon didn't expect the attack, but he easily dodged it.

"You have some tricks, but that's not enough," he roared and stomped his feet into the ground. Cracks spread out like a web; the ground cracked and broke apart.

Silva leaped into the air before it got to him. He flipped and came down with an axe kick; the demon blocked easily and pushed him back. Silva landed and lunged forward again.

Left, right, punches came flying. The demon dodged with ease, then grabbed Silva by the arm and threw him over his shoulder right into the wall, breaking through it.

Silva came back, shooting out like a rocket. He leaped into the air and attacked with claw strikes, unleashing a flurry of attacks.

The demon kicked the floor, retreating quickly and dodging them. Silva landed on the ground and lunged forward; he threw a punch and the demon punched as well. Their fists met midair and caused a massive shockwave that shook the air.

Silva's arm was thrown back, but a smile formed on his face. "Peter, now!" he yelled. Peter grabbed onto Ella, then used his wind, blasting himself fast past Silva and the demon.

The demon locked eyes on them. "You aren't leaving here!" he roared and lunged, but Silva got in front of him. "Stop rushing," Silva said before punching and releasing all the force inside the gauntlet.

BOOM!

The blast threw the demon back; he slammed into the wall and broke through it, rolling for a few meters outside. Silva rushed at him, jumping through the hole in the wall.

The demon stood slowly under the light of the moon. The two of them locked eyes.

"Get out of my way, or this will be your end," the demon said.

"Don't you get it already? I'd rather die than allow you to come anywhere close to my sister," Silva said and dashed at him.

The demon dusted his suit and then stomped, going into the ground. His demonic energy roared and wrapped itself around his body like armor. "Fine then. I'll break you and go after her, then I'll make you watch as I use her," he said and lunged forward, throwing a punch.

Silva blocked the attack. BOOM! Silva was thrown back and into the air. The demon leaped into the air, clasped both hands together, and swung down, slamming into Silva's chest and sending him into the ground.

BOOM!

He slammed into the ground and coughed blood, but he wasn't done yet. He looked up and saw the demon coming from above. He raised both hands and clapped them, releasing the force at that moment. It shot out like a blade. The demon crossed his hands; the attack cut and slashed through his arms, cutting both off and slashing the demon's chest.

The demon was thrown back; he hit the ground hard and stayed down for a few seconds. Silva got up and looked at the demon, thinking he had finished the fight, but the demon began laughing as he pushed himself up.

"Hahaha—" He flexed both hands and they immediately grew back; the wound on his chest closed up.

He looked at Silva. "Seems you are much stronger than you look, but if that's the limit of your strength, this battle ends here." Immediately after he said that, his body vanished. Silva looked around but couldn't see him, and then out of nowhere,

BAM!

A fist slammed into his chest and sent him flying. He slammed into the ground, rolled, and smashed through a house wall.

The demon followed quickly after, smashing the wall and grabbing Silva. He threw him hard through a wall again and followed after.

He caught up and began following with a flurry of punches, each one slamming into his body, shattering bones and tearing flesh.

Then he leaned back and threw a final one, slamming right into Silva's chest and throwing his body back through several houses into an empty space.

He hit the ground hard and bounced like a ball into the air. His body was a complete mess of broken bones. He lay on the ground, struggling to breathe, pain shooting all over his body.

He heard the steps of the demon approaching, but there was nothing he could do. His healing was working, but it wasn't working fast enough.

The demon stood right beside him and then raised his hands to end it all, but before the hands could come down, a blast of wind slammed into the demon and threw him back.

Peter came back. He stood there, breathing heavily; he had run all the way here. The demon looked at him. "Why do you want to die so eagerly?" the demon asked and shot forward.

Peter focused, and just at the right moment he blasted high into the sky, dodging the attack and then blasting down.

The wind hit the back of the demon and slammed into him, pushing him down. Peter landed on the ground; he had no sword, no weapon now, and what he was doing required all the guts he had, but he had to do it, he couldn't allow his best friend to die.

The demon got on his feet only to be met with a blast of wind to the face that knocked him back. "You are pretty annoying," the demon said. He raised his hands up and a red ball of energy formed between them.

He hurled the ball at full speed. Peter moved as fast as he could to dodge; the ball hit the ground and exploded. The force slammed into him—Peter hit the ground hard.

When he got up, the demon was already standing right before him. Peter tried to attack, but the demon grabbed him by the neck and began squeezing hard. Peter struggled, but nothing he did helped.

"You've done your best; now you die," the demon said and added more force.

But out of nowhere, a powerful stream of purple flames slammed into the demon. The blast threw him back; he slammed into the ground hard. Half of his suit burned up, and so was his skin.

He tried to heal the wounds, but the flames fought against it. "This... this is Hell's flame," he said and then looked up, and there Silva was, covered in bright purple flames, his eyes glowing with rage.

[Rage has been activated, Rage is growing]

Silva ignored the system message and blasted forward. He leaped into the air and came down like a bolt of lightning, ready to rip through the air.

The demon gritted his teeth in rage. "I'll destroy you!" he roared and punched up. Their fists collided.

BOOOOOOOOOOOOM!

The air shook; a shockwave spread out, ripping through the ground. Debris flew in all directions. Both of them were knocked back. Silva spun in the air, landed on the ground, and lunged forward again. He began attacking with a flurry of punches that shot fireballs at the demon.

The demon knew the effect of Hell's flame, and he wasn't fully healed from the last one. He had to duel each of them the best way he could.

He kept his eyes on Silva, who was attacking like a wild beast.

"How is this kid getting stronger? This shouldn't be possible unless he is using the power of, no, it shouldn't be possible. His sister is the one, not him.

'Arghhhhhhhhhh, I don't care. I'll take him down.'" He lunged forward, dodging all the fire and reaching Silva. He attacked with a punch, but Silva vanished. He looked for him, only to see him up in the air.

Silva raised his hands and a massive ball of fire began forming. He hurled it down at the demon. The demon tried to get away. The fireball slammed into the ground and exploded; the flames slammed into the demon and threw him. His body was burned even more. He got up, anger filling his eyes.

"Enough of this. Demonic art: Blood Lightning," he yelled. His blood exploded from his body and formed into lightning, crackling all around him. It was extremely powerful, ripping through the ground easily.

He looked at Silva. "To think I would need to go this far to destroy you, tsk. I'll make you pay for forcing me to use this; I'll surely make you pay."
