My Over-Powered Wealth System

Chapter 4: Chapter 4

As Chén Lóng walked down the bustling streets of Jihoning, the sounds of hawkers calling out their wares and the hum of traffic filled the air. He navigated through the crowded sidewalks with ease, his golden eyes scanning the surroundings with a mixture of curiosity and calculation.

His mind, however, was preoccupied with the mission ahead. Acquiring JinHai Auto Parts and turning it into a profitable venture within three months was a daunting task. Chén Lóng knew he had to move quickly, assessing the company's current state, identifying areas for improvement, and developing a strategic plan to turn it around.

As he walked, Chén Lóng accessed the System's database, retrieving information on JinHai Auto Parts. The company's financial reports, employee roster, and production data flashed before his eyes, providing him with a comprehensive overview of the business.

With this information, Chén Lóng began to formulate a plan. He identified key areas that needed improvement, including outdated manufacturing equipment, inefficient production processes, and a lack of innovative products.

A sense of excitement and challenge stirred within him. Chén Lóng was ready to take on the mission and prove himself. He quickened his pace, his eyes fixed on the horizon, as he made his way towards down the busy streets his meeting the Jinhai chairman wasn't in another four hours leaving him fours to do whatever he wanted but paused.

He was now the richest man in the world and could do whatever he wanted he grinned as he glanced down at the bank card 1 quintillion yuan that's what he had at his disposal.

And he knew his life was changed forever. Suddenly a memory came rushing back to him, if he was truly sent 7 years back into the past, then all the events in his life would still happen quickly hailing a taxi he immediately gave him his mothers address.

Chén Lóng stood outside his mother's flower shop, his eyes fixed on the familiar sign that creaked in the gentle breeze. He remembered this day vividly, this was the day his mother would lose the shop due to financial difficulties.

A sense of determination washed over him. He had been given a second chance, and he was not going to let his mother lose the shop again.

With a deep breath, Chén Lóng pushed open the door and stepped inside. The shop was empty, except for his mother, méng lóng who sat behind the counter, her eyes red-rimmed from crying.

Méng Lóng was a petite woman in her mid-40s, with a gentle face and a warm smile. Her long, dark hair was pulled back into a neat bun, revealing a few strands of grey that had begun to appear at her temples. Her eyes, a deep brown that seemed to hold a world of kindness, were red-rimmed from crying.

"Mother," Chén Lóng said, his soft."

His mother looked up, surprise etched on her face. "Chén Lóng, what are you doing here? You're supposed to be..."

Chén Lóng cut her off, his eyes locked on hers. "I'm here to help you, Mother. I'm going to pay off your debt, and you won't have to lose the shop."

Méng Lóng eyes widened in surprise, and she shook her head firmly. "No, Chén Lóng. I won't let you do that. You need that money to pay the dowry for your marriage to Lǐ Yīng."

Chén Lóng's expression turned cold, and he shook his head. "I've changed my mind, Mother. I'm not going to marry Lǐ Yīng."

Méng long eyes narrowed in surprise. "What are you talking about, Chén Lóng? You've been engaged to her for three years."

Chén Lóng's jaw clenched in determination. "I don't want to marry someone who doesn't value me for who I am. I deserve better than that."

Méng Lóng expression softened, and she looked at her son with a mixture of surprise and pride. "Chén Lóng, I had no idea you felt that way."

Chén Lóng smiled reassuringly at his mother. "Don't worry, Mother. Everything will be okay. I'll take care of the debt, and you can keep the shop."

Méng Lóng eyes welled up with tears, and she nodded, her voice barely above a whisper. "Thank you, Chén Lóng."

Chén Lóng took his mother's hand in his, his grip warm and comforting. "Come with me, Mother. We'll go to the bank and settle the flower shop's debt once and for all."

Méng Lóng nodded, and together they walked out of the shop, into the bright sunlight. Chén Lóng hailed a taxi, and they rode in silence to the bank.

As they arrived at the bank, Chén Lóng helped his mother out of the taxi and led her inside. The red Jade bank was a grand, imposing structure with high ceilings and marble floors. The walls were lined with dark wood paneling, and the air was thick with the scent of old money. The sound of muted conversations and the soft clinking of pens on paper filled the air, creating a sense of hushed reverence.

As they approached the counter, they couldn't help but notice the wealthy patrons scattered throughout the bank. They were all impeccably dressed, with designer suits and expensive jewelry. They looked at Chén Lóng and his mother with a mixture of disdain and curiosity, their eyes lingering on their worn clothing and humble demeanor.

The bank teller, a thin, pinched-faced woman with a condescending smile, looked at them with a similar air of superiority. Her eyes flicked over Chén Lóng's simple clothing, and her voice was dripping with disdain as she asked, "Can I help you?"

Chén Lóng smiled, his eyes never leaving the teller's face. "I'm here to pay off the debt of Méng Lóng s flower shop."

The teller's expression changed, her eyes narrowing slightly as she processed the information. "Let me check on that for you."

The teller's eyes flicked to Méng Lóng. "And who holds the debt for the flower shop?"

Méng Lóngs voice was barely above a whisper. "I do. Méng Lóng."

The teller's fingers flew across the keyboard, her expression disdainful. "The amount owed is 2 million yuan."

Chén Lóng nodded, his expression calm. He reached into his pocket and pulled his system bank card, handing it to the teller.

The teller's haughty expression faltered for a moment as she took the card, her gaze flicking to the logo emblazoned on it. She looked at Chén Lóng with a mixture of surprise and disdain, clearly not expecting someone of his humble appearance to possess such a high-end bank card.

"Well, well, well," she said, her voice dripping with condescension. "Look what we have here. A peasant with a black card."

She ran the card through the machine, a smirk playing on her lips. But instead of the expected approval, the machine beeped loudly, and the teller's smirk faltered.

"I'm sorry," she said, her voice icy. "The transaction has been declined." Chén Lóng's eyes narrowed. "Run it again."

The teller raised an eyebrow, her expression dripping with disdain. "I'm afraid it's not going to work, sir. The transaction has been declined."

Chén Lóng's voice was firm. "Run. It. Again."

The teller's smirk returned, and she ran the card through the machine once more. The result was the same, and she looked up at Chén Lóng with a mocking glint in her eye.

"I'm afraid you don't have sufficient funds, sir. Perhaps you should try using a different card... or maybe just come back when you're a little more... Loaded. She snickered"

The other patrons of the bank began to snicker and whisper to each other, their eyes fixed on Chén Lóng and his mother. One of them, a wealthy-looking businessman, chuckled loudly and said, "I can never understand poor people these days always living beyond their means!"

The teller's smirk grew wider, and she leaned forward, her voice taking on a condescending tone. "I'm afraid we can't help you here, sir. Perhaps you should try a different bank... or maybe just go back to whatever hole you crawled out of."

Chén Lóng's face darkened with anger, and he took a step forward, his fists clenched. The teller's eyes flicked to the security guard standing by the door, and she said, "I think we're going to need some assistance here. This... person has dared to come in here to cause trouble."

One if the security guards took a step forward, his hand resting on his hip. "Is there a problem here?" he asked, his voice firm.

The teller nodded, her expression smug. "This person is trying to use a declined bank card. I think they're trying to commit fraud."

The other patrons of the bank began to murmur and nod in agreement, their eyes fixed on Chén Lóng and his mother with a mixture of disdain and suspicion.

Lǐ Huā's eyes were wide with worry as she tugged on Chén Lóng's arm. "Chén Lóng, just let it go. Apologize and let's leave."

But Chén Lóng's face was set in a determined expression. He didn't budge.

The patrons of the bank, sensing an opportunity to humiliate Chén Lóng further, began to chant in unison. "Kí tóu! Kí tóu!" (Kneel down! Kneel down!)

"Ask for forgiveness!" one of them shouted. "You're just a poor, ignorant fool!"

Lǐ Huā's face was red with embarrassment and worry. She urged Chén Lóng again, "Chén Lóng, please, just apologize. It's not worth it."

But Chén Lóng's response was calm and resolute. He looked at his mother and said, "No matter how much the wind howls, the mountain will never bow to it."

The patrons of the bank laughed and jeered, but Chén Lóng stood firm, his eyes flashing with determination. Soon the teller's face turned red with rage. "Guards! Force him to kneel down and apologize!"

The security guards stepped forward, their hands reaching for Chén Lóng's arms. But just as they were about to grab him, a voice boomed from the back of the bank.

"Stop!"

The guards froze, and everyone turned to see who had spoken. A tall, imposing figure emerged from the private offices at the back of the bank. He was dressed in a tailored suit, and his presence commanded attention.

As he walked towards them, the patrons of the bank began to whisper to each other.

"It's Chairman Wú!" "The owner of the bank!"

"He's one if the most powerful men in the city it's rumored that he has ties to to Wáng family in the capital!".

"One of the most powerful men in the city!"

Chairman Wú's eyes swept the room, taking in the scene before him. His gaze lingered on Chén Lóng, and then he turned to the teller.

" They're doomed no one dares to cross chairman Wú another commented as they all stood to watch the unfolding scene.

"What is going on here?" he asked, his voice firm . The bank teller, still trying to maintain her composure, explained the situation to Chairman Wù. "This... Man here tried to use a declined credit card to pay off a debt of 2 million yuan. When I told him it was declined, he became belligerent and refused to leave."

Chairman Wù listened intently, his eyes occasionally glancing at Chén Lóng. With each passing moment, his expression grew stormier, his face darkening with displeasure.

When the teller finished speaking, he turned to Chén Lóng. "Is this true?" he asked, his voice low and menacing.

Chén Lóng stood tall, his eyes locked on Chairman Wù. "I tried to use my bank card to pay off the debt, but it was declined. I don't understand why."

Chairman Wù eyes narrowed. "And did the taller tell you how much money was available on the card?"

The teller's face froze, her eyes darting nervously to Chairman . "I... I didn't check," she stammered.

Chairman Wù expression turned glacial. "You didn't check?" he repeated, his voice dripping with disdain. "How incompetent can you be?"

Chairman Wù turned to Chén Lóng. "Give me your card."Chén Lóng didn't hesitate for a moment before handing over his bank card.

Chairman Wù took the card and inserted it into the machine. He tapped a few keys, and the screen flickered to life.

As he scanned the information on the screen, his expression changed from annoyance to shock. His eyes widened, and he took a step back, as if he had been physically struck.

He looked at Chén Lóng, his eyes filled with a mixture of confusion and awe. "Who are you?" he whispered.

The bank fell silent, the only sound the hum of the computers and the quiet gasps of the patrons.

Chén Lóng's face was calm, his eyes steady. He didn't answer.

Chairman Wù's eyes remained fixed on Chén Lóng, his mind racing with questions. Who was this young man? How did he have access to such an enormous amount of wealth?.
