My Favorite Game Followed Me!

Chapter 571

Anna's teachers were extremely happy about what happened on the 1st floor of the high-level dungeon. Not only were their students experienced battle with high-level monsters using their spells, but they also managed to harvest materials from a high-level monster, such as an Earth Dragon.

Anton learned from Anna that the parts that had been harvested from the dragon could be used for so many things like creating magic items, concocting powerful potions, and more, but what truly delighted the Supreme Wizards was that Anton, who technically owned the dragon since he was the one who killed it, did not care about the materials and did not sought any compensation from the wizards, just a reminder to take care of his sister.

Anna admitted that she felt that her teachers started looking at her like she was some sort of treasure, merely for being the sister of a powerful combat wizard. Her classmates kept asking her for details about Anton. Details like what he likes and dislikes, or favorite things to do, and some other silly things.

Anton felt a little apprehensive about that, but his father and Anna's teachers were just amused. Even if Anna's classmates were older than her, the three of them were around 17 or 18 years old, Anton would not touch any of them. He was not ready for any form of romantic relationship, and he was satisfied with visiting the ladies in the Angels Palace for any sort of physical stress relief. Besides, he knew that their teacher would not allow any sort of relationship to form since they wanted their students to focus on their studies. At least, that was what Anton thought.

Anders did learn about Anton visiting a high-class brothel, but his father just shrugged.

"You're an adult now and could do what you want. Just make sure to avoid siring a child to someone you're not ready to take in as a wife," Anton's father told him.

Bruce and Susan were ecstatic at the amount of fruit that was coming from the orchards. The fruits were apples, pears, peaches, cherries, strawberries, blueberries, and all types of citrus fruits like oranges and lemons. Norma's parents knew some products that they could produce using the fruits from the orchard, but their knowledge was limited, so they sought assistance from Mr. Jenkins regarding hiring a truly knowledgeable person who could help them.

They managed to find an elven gardener named Rodri, who was a friend of Elianah. Anton thought Rodri didn't care about the compensation that the manor offered, but was only fascinated by the orchard itself and the effect of mana water on the produce and the land.

Rodri was transparent in his goals of studying the fruits, the trees, the flowers from the gardens, the mana water, and its effects on the land. Since Anton and Anders were interested in those studies as well, they allowed the elf to do what he wanted as long as he shared his conclusion with them and made sure that the orchard would produce the products that they could sell to increase the manor's wealth.

Through the combined knowledge of Rodri and Norma's parents, the fruit orchard would be able to sell not only the fruits but also all other products that came from them, like dried fruit, juices, jellies, jams, preserves, fruit bars, and even oils and extracts.

Taken from Royal Road, this narrative should be reported if found on Amazon.

Because of the Mana Rain, just like the flowers from the gardens, the produce of the orchards was truly abundant, and the fruits lasted longer than normal fruits. They were also incredibly more delicious compared to normal fruits from other orchards.

Raymond reported to Anton that almost all of the people who passed by the orchard would leave munching on a fruit. Since the produce was abundant, Bruce and Susan didn't mind if the servants took a fruit or two. At least, the fruit orchard would make the people from the Rose Manor healthy.

Anton was delighted that the presence of fruits was now never absent from the tables of the manor. He also gathered a lot of fruits from the orchards and stored them in his inventory since they were truly delicious. Because of that, Anton made sure that the orchard and the gardens would receive constant Mana Rain.

Rodri admitted to Anton and his father that he was baffled why the garden and the orchards were not drowning from Anton's constant mana rain. It's as if the ground had an unlimited ability to soak the magical water, and the only result was to make sure that the soil was incredibly healthy and filled with green vitality.

When Rodri recommended that Anton store mana water in a water storage so the garden and the orchard would receive constant mana water even if he was not in the manor, Anton had to admit to the elf that the efficacy of the magic of the mana water would only last a couple of hours once it was cast. That information seemed to fascinate the elven man.

After about a week of being idle, where everyone was just behaving lazily in the manor, Anders became so restless that he announced that he and his mercenary group would start delving into the beginner dungeon earlier, instead of the planned month of rest. Besides, it was just a week more before the month of idling about was over and since everyone in Anders's group was also tired of being idle about since the only thing they did was to practice for several hours in the morning and the rest of the time was spent on their own, the felt a little ashamed of spending Anton's coin without contributing so they too, were excited in delving the dungeon instead of complaining about the schedule change.

Anton gave all the minor healing potions that he had collected to his father to make sure that they could deal with any injury they received from dungeon monsters. Since Anders and his mercenaries consisted of 23 men and women, including Anders himself and his two vice-captains, they had decided to create four groups that would dive the beginner dungeon's 1st floor to familiarize themselves first.

The funny thing was, Anders and all of his men were extremely well-equipped with powerful items from a high-level dungeon. Anton wanted to see the expressions of the beginner adventurers when they saw a group of men and women sporting high-level items delving the Beginner Dungeon, but Anders declined his offer to join his group. Anders said that he wanted to let his team members grow without learning to depend on Anton.

Anton found it a little peculiar that the items of this world did not have any form of level or stat restriction that could be worn by anyone, and even the items from his Diablo II system adhered to this rule. That was why his father and sister could wear the high-level items like the runeword Armor Enigma and the runeword weapon Heart of the Oak.

He just felt so amused imagining Anders' group of men and women wearing powerful items, then entering the beginner dungeon. He shared that thought with Anna, who laughed as well, so on the day their father and his mercenary group went to the beginner dungeon, which was just around a couple of hours' travel from the Rose Manor.

Because of that, the group that was going to the Beginner Dungeon increased. Not only Anton and Anna, even Anna's classmates, Luna, Alfred, their attendant, and Mr. Normandy, went with them. They had decided that once Anders and his group went inside the Beginner Dungeon, everyone else would spend the rest of the day shopping.
