My Eccentric Harem

Chapter 37: Chapter 37: Zombie Attack

After a series of heartfelt dates with his companions, Aoyama felt a sense of contentment. However, the Harem System had other plans. One evening, as he relaxed in the living room, the familiar golden interface materialized before him, accompanied by a soft chime.

Harem System Notification:

New Spin Available. Press to Summon.

Aoyama sighed, glancing at the button. "Here we go again," he muttered, reaching out to press it.

The room filled with a radiant light, and a swirling vortex appeared in the center. From it emerged a vibrant figure with mismatched shoes, a tattered yet stylish dress, and hair that seemed to defy gravity. Her eyes gleamed with excitement as she struck a dynamic pose.

"ZOMBANWA!! SUPER KAWAII ZOMBIE IDOL, KU KU KU KUREIJI OLLIE DESU~!!" she exclaimed, her voice energetic and loud.

Aoyama blinked, taken aback by her exuberance. "Uh, hello. I'm Aoyama. Welcome to... our home?"

Ollie beamed at him. "Nice to meet you, Aoyama! I'm Kureiji Ollie, but you can call me Ollie. I'm a zombie idol from hololive Indonesia's second generation!"

Before Aoyama could respond, Aqua peeked into the room, her eyes widening at the sight of the newcomer. "Whoa! A zombie? That's new."

Katarina followed, her curiosity piqued. "Hello, Ollie. I'm Katarina Claes. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Albedo and Mantis soon joined, each introducing themselves. Ollie greeted them with equal enthusiasm, her energy filling the room.

"So, Ollie," Aoyama began, trying to process the situation, "how did you end up here?"

Ollie tilted her head, thinking. "Well, I was in the middle of a stream, and then—poof!—I found myself here. It's kind of exciting, though! New friends and all."

Aqua smirked, nudging Katarina. "Looks like we have some competition in the energy department."

Katarina giggled. "I think she'll fit right in."

Albedo observed Ollie with a critical eye. "A zombie idol... This household does attract the most peculiar individuals."

Mantis smiled gently. "Welcome, Ollie. We're glad to have you."

Ollie clasped her hands together, her eyes sparkling. "Thank you, everyone! I promise to bring lots of fun and excitement!"

As the group settled in to get to know their new companion, Aoyama couldn't help but wonder what other surprises the Harem System had in store.

---

The next morning, the Harem System interface appeared again, displaying Ollie's initial profile. Aoyama read it aloud as the rest of the group gathered around.

---

Name: Kureiji Ollie

Role: Zombie Idol

Skills: High Energy, Social Connector, Chaos Enthusiast

Harem Affection Level: -30/100

---

Aoyama frowned. "Minus 30? That's… unexpected."

Ollie, peeking over his shoulder, read the screen and burst out laughing. "Oh, that makes sense! You see, I'm more into girls than guys. Sorry, Aoyama, but you're just not my type!"

Aqua snickered, elbowing Aoyama. "Ouch. Rejected before you even had a chance."

Albedo smirked, her wings twitching. "Perhaps the system made an error. It wouldn't be the first time."

Katarina tilted her head, curious. "You prefer girls? That's interesting, Ollie. But does that mean you're not interested in being part of the harem at all?"

Ollie shrugged, still grinning. "Honestly, I'm here for the vibes. I love making new friends, and you all seem super fun! But as far as romance goes… yeah, I don't think Aoyama has much hope."

Mantis smiled softly, her antennae twitching. "That's perfectly fine, Ollie. The most important thing is that you're comfortable here."

Despite her lack of romantic interest in Aoyama, Ollie quickly became a whirlwind of energy in the household. She organized karaoke nights, taught Katarina how to dance, and even dragged Aqua into chaotic TikTok challenges.

One evening, as the group gathered for dinner, Ollie turned to Aoyama with a mischievous grin. "So, Aoyama, does it bother you that I'm not into guys?"

Aoyama, caught off guard, nearly choked on his food. "W-What? No! I mean… it's fine! Everyone's different."

Ollie laughed, leaning back in her chair. "Good answer! You're a chill dude, Aoyama. I like that about you. Just… don't expect me to swoon anytime soon."

Aqua snorted. "Don't worry, Ollie. Aoyama's used to rejection. Right, Aoyama?"

"Thanks, Aqua," Aoyama muttered, rolling his eyes. "Your support means the world."

Harem System Update

Later that night, as Aoyama reviewed the Harem System, Ollie's profile had updated slightly.

---

Name: Kureiji Ollie

Harem Affection Level: -20/100

Notes: Preference for female connections. Progress with friendship may influence overall dynamic.

---

Aoyama stared at the screen, a small smile tugging at his lips. "Well, at least we're moving in the right direction."

Over the next few weeks, Aoyama focused on building a strong friendship with Ollie. They bonded over late-night gaming sessions, brainstorming ideas for her idol activities, and even sharing tips for managing the chaos in their ever-growing household.

One evening, as they played a co-op game, Ollie turned to him with a genuine smile. "You know, Aoyama, I wasn't sure how this would go at first, but I think I made the right choice coming here. You're a good guy."

Aoyama chuckled. "Thanks, Ollie. I'm glad you're here too."

The Harem System chimed softly in the corner, displaying another update.

---

Harem Affection Level: -10/100

---

"Almost out of the negatives," Aoyama murmured, grinning.

Ollie peered at the screen, her expression amused. "Let's see how far we can push that number, huh?"
