They stayed like that for a moment, and it felt like the world around them was silent and still.

When they finally pulled apart, Arianna smiled, with her eyes looking they were about to tear up, and her cheeks red. "Thank you for that answer."

Aiden smiled, without saying anything. Then pulled her close, cupping her face as their lips met in deep, affectionate kisses again that continuously grew more passionate.

Arianna's hands tangled in his hair, drawing him nearer. She let out a soft gasp as he kissed her neck, his touch sending warmth through her.

Aiden felt Arianna reach down towards his trousers desperately trying to take his zipper down. With that, he reached to help her undress as well.

They tugged at each other's uniforms , shedding them quickly until they were skin to skin.

Slowly they sank to the hard stone ground, the cool floor a stark contrast to their heated bodies. Aiden's mouth trailed lower, capturing one of Arianna's huge breasts, sucking gently at first, then with more hunger, his tongue swirling around the sensitive peak.

She arched her back, a low moan escaping her lips as pleasure rippled through her, her fingers gripping his shoulders.

Aiden then pulled his head back gently, as they met eye to eye. Without any words said, she nodded gently, giving him the go ahead to take this even further.

Then she lay back, pulling him down with her, and he entered her gently, drawing a sharp gasp from her lips.

His thrusts started slow and deep, each one pulling moans from her as she wrapped her legs around him. "Aiden," she whispered, her breaths coming in quick gasps, nails digging into his back.

He moved faster, their bodies rocking together in rhythm, his groans mixing with her rising cries of pleasure.

The connection between them felt electric, the trust, the longing, building with every thrust until they both shattered, with her moan echoing his as they climaxed together.

Later on that day at the guild, Bernard was in a frenzy.

Laela, Elena and oliver, looked tired and hopeless as they watched him paced back and forth in the guild's main room.

He was muttering to himself as he clutched a piece of paper covered in scribbled notes.

They had been searching through the market in search of certain ingredients, but unfortunately they weren't sold in Dragonhold.

Instantly, Aiden and Arianna warped back to the main room with smiles on their faces.

Immediately they noticed that the others were there, their smiles receded into more serious looks and their hands that were held together broke part gently.

Laela had that slight burning sensation in her chest, but it quickly faded. Arianna was going to be a co-wife with her someday, so these jealous moments only lasted nothing more than mere seconds.

Bernard looked up, with relief flooding his face. "Aiden! Thank the gods. I need your help."

"With what? What's going on?" he asked

At this point Arianna had walked away from Aiden's side and went to mix with the other girls

"The cooking contest," Bernard replied, holding up the parchment. "The recipes i'm working with, I need to test them out, but here's a problem"

"What kind of problem?"

"The ingredients I need," Bernard said, his voice rising slightly. "They're in Xathia. Specific spices, a particular type of flour. I can't get them here."

Aiden nodded as he listened, waiting on Bernard to get on with the rest of it.

"Piers left with Captain, not sure where they went.." Bernard then looked at him hopefully. "But you can help, right? With your teleportation magic?"

Aiden smiled and nodded. "Yeah. I can take you. Let's go."

Bernard's face lit up. "Thank you! I'll grab my bag"

The trip was quick. One moment they were in Dragonhold, the next they were standing in hidden corner, closer to the bustling market district of Xathia's lowercity.

Bernard wasted no time, moving from stall to stall. He haggled, inspected goods, and filled his satchel with ingredients.

Aiden followed, carrying the heavier bags, and after about an hour, Bernard was done and satisfied. "That's everything. Gods, I'm going to make the best dish they've ever tasted."

Aiden smirked. "I'll hold you to that."

As they walked back toward a quieter area to teleport, Aiden paused.

"Actually," he said. "There's one more stop I want to make."

Bernard looked curious. "Where?"

With a happy smile on his face, Aiden said, "A friend's place."

Aiden and Bernard had just arrived at Alaric's premises. They weren't with the bags of ingredients now as Aiden had sent it all into his inventory.

They had just walked through the wooden gated when two high-pitched voices rang out from the yard.

"Aiden!!!"

Mira and Kira were running toward him, with their faces lit up with pure joy. They crashed into him, wrapping their small arms around his legs.

Aiden laughed and crouched down, scooping them both up effortlessly, one in each arm.

They squealed with delight as he lifted them.

"Look at you two," Aiden said with a grin "You've gotten so big!"

"We missed you!" Mira said, throwing her arms around his neck.

"Where have you been?" Kira added immediately. "Are you staying?"

Aiden laughed as he carried them toward the house, where Elara and Nessa now stood in the doorway, smiles on their faces.

"It's good to see you, Aiden," Elara said warmly.

"Really good," Nessa added, her eyes soft. "It's been a while."

"Can you teach us magic?" Mira threw in a random question into the mix.

Without waiting on an answer, Kira chimed in "Did you fight monsters?"

"Girls," Elara said gently, stepping forward with a laugh. "Slow down. Let the man breathe."

Aiden set them both down carefully, still grinning. "It's alright. I missed this."

Nessa smiled and gestured inside. "Alaric's not back yet, but would you like to come in? We have meat soup."

"I'd love to," Aiden said, "but I can't stay so long. So where would i find Alaric at?"

Elara then replied . "He's at Garant's shop right now."

"Garant's shop," Aiden repeated, nodding. "Alright. I'll head over there."

He turned back to Mira and Kira, who were still staring up at him with wide, expectant eyes.

"Before I go," Aiden said, crouching down to their level again. "Do you two want to see a magic trick?"

Their faces lit up instantly. "Yes!" they shouted in unison.

Aiden smiled and held out both hands, with his palms up. There was a faint shimmer of light and fifty gold coins materialized in each of his hands.

Mira and Kira gasped, their eyes going wide.

"Whoa…" Mira breathed.

"That's so cool!" Kira said.

Aiden held out his hands toward them. "Go ahead. Take them."

The girls hesitated for only a moment before each reaching out and taking the coins, their small hands struggling to hold them all.

"These are for you," Aiden said. "Keep them safe."

Behind them, Elara and Nessa had gone still, their expressions shifting to shock.

"Aiden," Nessa said quickly, stepping forward. "That's… that's too much."

"We can't accept that," Elara added, her voice gentle but firm.

Aiden stood and waved them off. "It's fine. Really. They can keep it. Consider it a gift."

Elara and Nessa exchanged glances, then looked back at him.

"Are you sure?" Nessa asked quietly.

Aiden nodded with a smile. "They deserve it."

Mira and Kira were already counting the coins excitedly, their voices overlapping as they chattered to each other.

Elara's expression softened, and she stepped forward, placing a hand on Aiden's arm. "Thank you. Truly."

Nessa nodded, her eyes glistening slightly. "You're always welcome here, Aiden. Always."

Aiden nodded, patting each of the girls on the head gently. "Be good, you two."

"We will!" they said together, still clutching their coins.

Aiden turned to Bernard, who had been standing off to the side, watching the entire exchange with a fond smile.

"Come on," Aiden said. "Let's go find Alaric."

Bernard nodded.

And just as they were about to leave, Mira yelled, "When will we see you see you again Aiden?"

"Soon" Aiden said and nodded with a smile on his face. And together they left the house, heading toward Garant's shop.
