My College Teacher is My Children's Mom

In the afternoon, the entire middle class gathered at the soccer field.

Mr. Li organized the children and began chatting with the parents.

"We hold activities like this every year to let the kids experience sports firsthand!" he explained. "Next, we'll take the children on a tour of the facilities. These talented players will tell you all about the fun of playing soccer, basketball, running, and more! We hope this will inspire a love for sports in the children and expand their knowledge on the subject. After all, just talking about it, watching it on TV, or reading about it in a textbook can't compare to letting the children experience it for themselves."

A short while later, five soccer players arrived. Dressed in sportswear, they greeted the children with bright, sunny smiles.

They proceeded to show off their skills, explaining some basic, easy-to-understand concepts about the sport to give the little ones a better understanding of soccer. The players spoke with humor and wit, and the children listened intently.

After the storytelling portion, a Q&A session followed.

"Come on, let's play together!"

They handed out soccer balls to the children. These were smaller balls designed for kids, so they weren't tiring to kick.

Four of the players left, leaving one behind as a goalkeeper.

"If you can kick the ball into the goal without me catching it, you win!" he announced.

The children were thrilled, each one scrambling for a chance to kick the ball into the net. This required a bit of acting on the player's part; occasionally, a child managed to score.

Or rather, the ball would roll in.

He still had to pretend he couldn't save it and then lavish the child with praise. That happy child would then run over to hug their mother.

"Mommy, I like soccer! It's really fun!"

"Really? I'm glad you like it. When we get home, we can buy a soccer ball so you can play with your friends!"

"Great!"

He wasn't the only one; many of the boys declared that playing soccer was a lot of fun. This was precisely the goal the school had in mind for the event.

Mr. Li joined in as well, calling out, "Come on, parents, you can participate too!"

Some parents declined, pleading a lack of energy. But the children wouldn't take no for an answer, dragging their parents onto the field to play.

At the urging of the quadruplets, Zhang Yuxi and Lin Feng also joined in.

Lin Feng took a shot, and the ball flew past the player into the goal. The speed of the ball left everyone stunned. The goalkeeper, in particular, slowly turned to Lin Feng and said with a smile, "This parent's got a great kick. Let's continue!"

The goalkeeper kicked the ball back to Lin Feng and assumed a defensive stance.

Lin Feng kicked it again, aiming for the corner of the goal. Though he gave no outward sign of his thoughts, he wasn't entirely sure he could make the shot.

And then, he just did it.

The ball shot forward with incredible speed. For someone who had undergone Purification and Marrow Cleansing three times, his physical condition was exceptional.

The goalkeeper hadn't expected a shot to the corner, and the ball was moving unbelievably fast. He leaped, reacting with incredible speed, and just barely managed to catch the ball.

WOW!

Only then did the children get to see how skilled the goalkeeper truly was.

One of the quadruplets was the first to shout, "Daddy is amazing! Go, Daddy, go!"

The player tossed the ball back to Lin Feng. "Have you trained before?" he asked.

Lin Feng shook his head. "No, but I know a little basketball…"

The player laughed and brought out one of their own, professional-grade soccer balls.

"Let's continue!"

This time, his expression turned serious.

And so, the field became a stage for just the two of them.

A child standing next to the quadruplets said with admiration, "Wow, your dad is so cool! It feels like he can do anything!"

The quadruplet puffed out his chest with pride. "Of course! My dad is a superman who can do anything! There's nothing he can't do!"

Feeling their classmates' envious and admiring gazes, the quadruplets swelled with pride.

After the last ball was kicked, Lin Feng waved his hand. "No more for me!"

But the player was still keen. "With your height and physique, why didn't you become a professional athlete?"

Lin Feng simply smiled. "I never considered it."

The player felt a pang of regret.

Mr. Li then dismissed the class, telling the parents to take their children home to rest.

"Tomorrow, we'll be trying out other sports! Get a good night's sleep, everyone!"
