My CEO Boss Is A Masked Internet Sensation

Chapter 328: Everyone Gathers

(Arata)

We took our daughter home the following day. She was healthy and there were no complications, so we were discharged.

Caysir gladly carried her inside from the car while Karsten remained by my side, guiding me, holding my hand.

"She is too cute, Mrs Karsten," he lovingly smiled at her, his eyes filled with affection, holding her with such care.

"She is." I smiled.

Her grandma Camilla had brought a bassinet for her. Caysir placed her inside, and she slept peacefully with a red flower headband on her forehead, which her father insisted on keeping on her.

We had decided to hold a naming day party the next day and invite all of our friends and relatives from both sides of the family.

Olphi and Asbela were here to help us out with the preparations.

"Welcome home and congratulations," Asbela excitedly hugged me.

"Thank you! Glad you are here." I returned her affection and she turned towards the bassinet with a hand on her mouth.

"She is like a cinnamon roll."

Caysir, Olphi and Asbela gathered around our little one, watching her with love and discussing who she looked like.

Everyone had a different opinion about that.

Karsten and I settled on the sofa watching them in peace. Mom had gone to her room to change.

Karsten's fingertips slowly rubbed my scalp. "So we agree on the name?" He tenderly asked.

"We are. Let's celebrate the birth of our daughter." I relaxed against him; his arm kept me close, enjoying his warmth.

"Let's!"

The next day began and everything had been arranged. We had chosen our vast garden to be the place to hold the celebration.

Grandma, Baba and Zaylen were the first ones to arrive.

Grandma hugged me and kissed my forehead. "My child, I am so happy for you. Thank you for making me a great-grandmother."

"I love you, Grandma." We held each other for a while before I helped her to settle beside Mom so she could meet our little one.

"Such a doll, she is." Mom placed her in Grandma's lap and I turned to meet my Baba.

"Arata Chan! Welcome to motherhood." Baba affectionately hugged me, his smiling face saying it all.

"I am glad you are here, Baba." I hugged him for a long time, letting my heart feel his closeness.

"Where is my niece? I want to hold her first." Zaylen zoomed past me, looking for the little one. We burst out laughing at his actions as he spotted her in grandma's arms.

Instantly he plucked her from her arms and brought her closer to him, gently kissing her forehead.

"She is so cute and looks just like me."

Baba, Karsten and I laughed while Mom shook her head and said, "No, she looks like her father."

Baba stepped closer to Zaylen and gently took her from him. He sat on the sofa while holding his granddaughter. Their beaming faces revealed the love they held for my little one.

"Nah! She looks like Arata and she has my hair," Baba declared with finality.

"Old man is never going to like me," Karsten huffed in my ear, making me thump his arm in pity.

"There there, maybe someday." I had to bunch my lips so I wouldn't laugh at my husband's crestfallen face.

Now that Baba had our baby in his arms, Zaylen finally hugged me.

"I am going to spoil my niece and there is nothing you can do to stop me."

I separated from him and held his shoulders and squeezed.

"Brother dear, don't forget you are going to have babies too someday. I will take all the revenge." I winked and he just rolled his eyes at me.

"When is Stella getting here?" I asked.

"In a few hours, she had an important meeting, so she would come after it with Aunt Huria." I nodded.

Asbela served refreshments while all of us sat and had a family time.

Grandma Martina was next to arrive along with Camilla.

"Arata dear, how are you? You have no idea how happy you have made us all by giving this family a baby." She seemed emotional as she balanced herself on her walking stick.

I held her hand and guided her forward, seating her beside my grandma.

"And you accepted me with open arms. I am blessed to have you." I smiled at her and she just held my face and placed a loving kiss on my forehead just like Grandma Meena.

"Stay blessed, child."

"Here." Grandma Meena handed her our little bundle of joy.

"My great-granddaughter is so adorable. She has Karsten's features for sure." Grandma Martina held her in her wrinkled hands. Her thumb rubbed against her soft cheek as she slept peacefully.

I couldn't help but observe that four generations had gathered under the same roof.

Olphi gathered all the gifts in the garden on the special tables we had arranged for the purpose.

The decorations were all set. A huge banner with 'Welcome Baby Girl' in golden colour had been displayed on the glass window. Tables and chairs had been arranged for guests to be seated. The food was here and so were drinks.

I took the little one to our room and changed my daughter's clothes. A fancy frilled red frock her father had brought especially for this occasion, along with red boots and a headband.

"Baba's girl. She looks so pretty." Karsten carefully took her from my arms once I was done feeding her and dressing her up.

"The frock suits her." I complimented while getting up.

Taking my own dress off the hanger I held it in my hands. It was a red gown Karsten had arranged for me. My belly still bulged out, the extra fat had accumulated and I knew it would take time for it to go.

Seeing me stand there with the dress in my hand, lost in thought. Karsten took a step towards me and said in a comforting voice.

"You will look beautiful in that dress. Don't stress, you have just given birth. Plus extra fat means more skin for me to kiss and ravish."

A smile his words brought to my face.

"You always have the right words. But after we are done with celebrations you are going to help me get back in shape. Hit the gym with you. I might not eat the bland food you love, but I will have a healthy body."

He pulled me into himself his lips brushing against mine. "Whatever you need Arata, I love you the way you are and will always do."

I kissed him back, sharing this moment with him before getting ready.

Then I held his arm and said.

"Let's get this party started."

We headed outside in the garden, where everyone was gathering now, and met the guests that had arrived.

Roshra and Rahsir had arrived. Roshra automatically took the little one from Karsten's arms.

"OMG! Look at her, she is a ditto copy of me." As usual, Roshra dramatically gasped while chucking her Chanel bag away as if only her niece mattered to her.

Rahsir congratulated us and watched the little one over Roshra's shoulder.

"Nah! She looks like her father. Sorry sister." He shrugged his shoulders, trying to burst Roshra's bubble.

"Haw! Jealous much. She looks only like me." Roshra placed her cheek alongside her and just rocked her, insisting Rahsir captured plenty of pictures.

Karsten and I watched with satisfaction as the garden began to fill up with everyone we cared about.

Soon it will be time to reveal the name of our daughter. The one I had chosen because of how resilient she had been to come into this world and be a part of us.
