"Phew, it's finally over." Shen Jingqi gasped for breath.

Li Baiyu looked at Lin Wan'er, "Thank you for your help multiple times."

Lin Wan'er smiled and shook her head, "We're a team, helping each other is what we should do."

Shen Jingqi and Li Baiyu stood side by side in the open and technologically filled hall of the Time Administration Bureau, surrounded by clocks seemingly freezing time, with their hands unmoving.

Having just gone through a heart-pounding time travel, their mood should have relaxed with the completion of the task, yet at this moment, an inexplicable tension hung over them like looming clouds.

"This book, how can it be…" Shen Jingqi's voice was deep and puzzled, the Secrets of the Time Axis in his hand glowed with a strange luster under the light.

Li Baiyu took the book and examined it carefully, his brow furrowed, eyes swiftly moving over the pages. "The text… has changed." He softly spoke, with an incredulous tone.

The text on the pages had indeed changed. The previously clear records of time nodes and event directions had turned blurry and chaotic, as if arbitrarily altered by some force. Each character seemed to be jumping, exuding a bizarre aura.

"This is impossible." Shen Jingqi muttered to himself.
