Shen Jingqi sat side by side with senior Li Baiyu on the spacious back seat while Uncle Li drove the vehicle, smoothly shuttling through the night as they headed to Li Baiyu's villa.

Inside the car, only the steady breathing of Uncle Li and the occasional sound of wind outside could be heard, making it exceptionally quiet.

Shen Jingqi turned his head to look at his senior beside him. She wore a simple white dress, with her long hair lightly pinned up, revealing a delicate face, her eyes showing a hint of fatigue yet exuding warmth.

He quickly adjusted his strategy, utilizing the vehicle's inertia, steering sharply before the bend, attempting to use the curve of the road to slow down. The tires screeched sharply against the ground, and the car, under Shen Jingqi's control, streaked through the bend like a black lightning bolt.

However, this was only the beginning. Shen Jingqi had to face challenge after challenge in the journey ahead. Each turn, every bump, tested his reaction speed and driving skills. Sweat gradually beaded on his forehead, but his gaze grew ever more resolute.

"Jingqi, you must be careful!" Li Baiyu tightly closed her eyes, silently praying in her heart.

Upon hearing, Li Baiyu quickly retrieved her phone from the bag, her fingers trembling while dialing for emergency assistance. However, due to the car's excessive speed, the voice on the phone became unclear. She could only anxiously repeat the address and situation.

Just then, a sharp bend suddenly appeared ahead of the car. Shen Jingqi's heart tightened, knowing that if he couldn't successfully turn at that moment, the car would likely rush off the road and plunge into the cliff. So, he gritted his teeth, gripping the steering wheel tightly, and exerted all his strength to turn left.

The car under Shen Jingqi's control emitted a piercing screech from the brakes, then abruptly swerved, thrillingly maneuvering through the sharp turn. However, due to inertia, everyone inside the car was thrown violently to one side, with Shen Jingqi and Li Baiyu colliding into each other, unable to stop themselves from groaning in pain.

But, at this moment, they couldn't care less. Shen Jingqi continued controlling the car, speeding down the winding road. Meanwhile, Li Baiyu kept yelling into the phone, trying to get the rescuers there as soon as possible.

The car, under Shen Jingqi's control, darted into the curve at an almost impossible angle. The tires and ground made a deafening friction sound, and the car body almost tipped over due to inertia. Yet Shen Jingqi, relying on astonishing determination and skill, managed to stabilize the car.

At the end of the bend, the car suddenly jerked, then slowly came to a stop.

No one knew how much time had passed before the car slowly came to a halt. Shen Jingqi and Li Baiyu both breathed a sigh of relief, exchanging a glance filled with the joy of having survived the disaster. However, when they got out of the car to check on Uncle Li's condition, they found him already unconscious, with breathing becoming increasingly weak.
