Mrs. and Mr. Smith

Chapter 2816: Invoking the Divine

"Brothers, are you heading to the Eight Desolate Beast Domain?"

The trading market had been scoured for several days.

There was no team heading to Divine Silkworm Ridge, but a team going to the Eight Desolate Beast Domain, about a thousand miles away, was found.

"That's right, but our team only accepts people with the Power of the Waking Summit above Path Spirit level, I'm afraid you won't qualify."

A young man with a crew cut directly declined.

The awakening of the Pinnacle Force has a special aura that combines with a cultivation skill.

This aura is different from Divine Power, and much like a body scent, it cannot be concealed.

Thus, with just a glance, he knew Ethan Smith and Sithur Fatty had not awoken the Pinnacle Force.

This was a gigantic team, with seventy-eight people in it.

Looking closely, it was indeed as the young man with the crew cut said.

All seventy-eight people had awakened the Pinnacle Force! It was incredibly terrifying!

Even during Heavenly Sin, such a magnificent lineup was never seen.

"Bro, don't be too shocked. It's a long journey. There are many people now, but along the way, some will fall off, and who knows if even a third will reach the Eight Desolate Beast Domain."

The crew-cut young man remained quite amicable, introducing with a smile.

"Brother, I'm just about to grasp the Pinnacle Force. Can you cut me some slack?"

Sithur Fatty squeezed his fat face over.

"It's not that we don't agree, brothers. It's just the fundamental requirement, and entering these lands controlled by Different Races can be life-threatening for those who haven't awakened the Pinnacle Force. Being unmatched in strength can affect the safety of the team, which is absolutely not allowed."

The crew-cut young man directly refused.

"Forget it, let's find another route."

Ethan Smith shook his head. These hard criteria were the hardest to meet; they indeed did not fit the requirement now.

"It's not workable, boss. You lack long-distance experience. Without a large caravan, even just rushing along would consume a lot of our time, and the expenditure is not small!"

Sithur Fatty leaned in, whispering.

"That young guy is right. We have to cross over numerous dangerous places, and if it's just the two of us, it might take much more time. Reaching that area could take even longer."

The territory of the Path Profound Holy Kingdom is vast, with some natural gourd-shaped terrains.

To pass through, there's only one place to go, and some places are inhabited by fierce and numerous living beings.

Yet it's so barren that even killing them yields nothing valuable.

These places are what everyone doesn't want to touch.

Even in a black place like Divine Silkworm Ridge, if you're lucky, you might stumble upon a Top Grade magical artifact or encounter some fortuitous event.

But in such barren lands, there are no Magic Weapons whatsoever.

Not only does it consume a lot of time, but there's also no gain at the end.

"I'll go and discuss with him!"

Fatty perked up and followed them inside.

"Get lost!"

As soon as he caught up, he heard a cold voice.

Ethan Smith's expression changed dramatically, ready to strike at once.

"Ethan, boss, I can handle it!"

Almost simultaneously, Fatty's body erupted with a burst of Golden Light.

The Star-Shifting Talisman automatically lit up, a level ten protective charm.

At this moment, a dark palm print appeared on the Talisman; if not for the Talisman automatically lighting up,

Fatty might have sustained a serious injury.

"What do you mean by this?"

Ethan Smith coldly eyed the one who struck.

"It means nothing, just wanted to kill the annoying flies."

The man had a Dark Vulture-like look, bald with twelve round burn scars on his head burned by incense, yet filled with a murderous aura.

He looked nothing like a Monk as he leisurely walked towards Ethan and the others.

"To take one of my strikes, even with a Magic Weapon, is commendable. Better roll away before I change my mind."

The Monk flashed a smile.

The blackened teeth emitted a chilling sinister cold.

The twelve burn scars are from the Buddhist practice of burning the flesh with incense for purification.

Each scar requires a long trial to form, and a monk with twelve burn scars is extremely rare.

Even Dust Sand's head might not have so many scars, Ethan Smith secretly became vigilant.

"Screw you! Do you know who you're dealing with? Ah damn, my Star-Shifting Talisman! There's not many left."

Fatty was infuriated, never expecting the guy to strike out of nowhere.

Hee hee hee!

Fatty's body was completely shattered into sparks of Golden Light.

With another strike, Sithur Fatty's Talisman exhausted its power altogether.

Such speed!

Ethan Smith's pupils narrowed. The speed of that attack was again enhanced.

This bald bastard had obviously awakened the Pinnacle Force, but the exact level wasn't clear.

I'm screwing with you! No one can save you today, you damn bald! I said it!

Fatty was again enraged, furious at the twice unprovoked attacks.

"Hahaha, this monk is on a rampage again, these two little guys are quite unlucky."

Sarcastic voices came from around.

"Who told these two little guys not to know any better, with such weak strength and no awareness. It would be weird not to die."

"Shut up, all of you!"

Sithur Fatty angrily shouted, as the young master of the Sithur Family he had never met with such frustration.

"Invoke the Divine! Thunder Child!"

Sithur Fatty's face was filled with rage.

A Talisman was crushed in his hand, and an overpowering sense of thunder pervaded the entire space.

In that moment, there seemed to be some kind of change in his pupils.

Two identical marks of thunder appeared in his eyes, followed by a surge of turbulent Pinnacle Force.

The violent Pinnacle Force, like magma, rapidly spread across thousands of meters.

"To even change the aura of the Divine Soul, and to awaken the Pinnacle Force while in this state, this isn't just a simple Divine Talisman! Interesting!"

The monk allowed that Pinnacle Force to bombard him.

His robe was lifted by the violent lightning, revealing bronze-toned muscles.

Typically invoking the Divine only temporarily borrows part of the invited God's strength.

The core strength cannot be fully harnessed, let alone the Pinnacle Force of the Divine.

But the Talisman in Sithur Fatty's hand could temporarily merge the invited God with his Souls, awakening the Pinnacle Force; it was already somewhat defying the heavens!

Ethan Smith was unfazed, knowing Sithur Fatty possessed even more divine-defying magical artifacts.
