Chapter 24: The Shift

Victor turned to me, his eyes encouraging.

"Now it's your turn, Emily," he said. "Focus on the moon, and let your body respond to its power."

I nodded, feeling a sense of determination. I was ready to try.

I closed my eyes, focusing on the moon's power. I could feel its energy coursing through my veins, calling to me.

Slowly but surely, I began to feel my body shift. My senses grew sharper, my muscles stronger.

I opened my eyes to find that I was standing on four legs, my body transformed into that of a wolf.

I felt a sense of exhilaration, knowing that I had finally mastered the shift.
